Regard Hotel

Its good but must be much cheaper for what you get. I remember trying to speak with the staff but never getting them to understand me even though the hotel is fairly close to the biggest touristic hub in the city.

If you’re booking this hotel, you need to know that the service is bad. The rooms are dirty. The room I stayed in was 607. The bathroom had mold the shower floor had mold and ventilations had mold the bedroom is very tight. The bed sheet was never replaced with another new one before I got the room. I even found hair on it, plus the pillows are not comfortable at all. The floor was dirty. You can never walk barefoot.
Also they do not provide dental kit or an iron. We stayed for a conference there so our formal clothing we’re not ironed. Also, if you’re two staying in the room there’s only one access card for each room. There’s a smell of sewage everywhere and the breakfast is not fresh. It’s from the night before.

We have been traveling for leisure and work in different countries and staying in different 2 to 5 star hotels. This is the worst experience in these 25 years. The rudest front desk receptionist. The breakfast is very simple and cold in the basement floor. The carpet is dirty. The bathroom is not clean and leaking. Definitely not up to 4 star standard and not worth over 150 USD. We stayed in one lovely family run small 3 star hotel in Taksim area below 100usd is much better. Good luck to all.

Really! What a joke of service and terms of use! Probably one of the worst hotels in the area. Business partner not allowed to enter the hotel due to their policy and no one even can show you their policy on paper or in their terms and conditions. Not even offered business area to use!
Never again and I don’t recommend this hotel to anyone!
