Please, please take my comment seriously, I am a customer like you. Unfortunately, our stay at this hotel was disappointing.
- The shower smelled bad,
-For allergy sufferers, be careful, the whole room is dusty, especially the room carpet.
- In addition, the wifi connection was very bad.
- the breakfast options were very limited
Breakfast full of olives, cheese, jam and tomatoes as if we were in a pasture.. -The room was very small, and the bed was very uncomfortable.
The only positive point is the location, which is convenient for visiting the city. But overall, I would not recommend this hotel.

-There is no professionalism in everything young children working in it without experience and without any professionalism.
-There are two elevators, only one works.
There are no amenities here..

Friendly and helpful staff in reception.

The problem is with the rooms .
Very dirty and small.
Dirty walls in the bathroom with mold.
Dirty carpets.
Small beds.
The pictures on booking are far away from reality.
Missing supplies like no fridge at all of the rooms (?) Is that possible?
We had injections to keep cool and we gave it to the kitchen of hotel.
We had to ask about toilet paper from reception even if the cleaners were entering every day.

I recently stayed at this hotel with my friends and it was the worst stay we had until now. The rooms were unclean and bathrooms were dirty. No hot water in the bathrooms and no remote for the air conditioner. I feel sick because of this. If you call the reception for any query, the only solution they have is to change the room the next day. And we also changed our rooms, but the same problems and to top it up there was no wifi connection, so we couldn’t use our phones. The breakfast was really bad and the staff at the restaurant have no manners and no experience on how to behave with hotel guests. The only person in the hotel who was helpful was the person at the reception during the day - “Sefa”. My advise would be not to stay at this hotel, unless you want to be sick during the rest of your trip.

Everything bad that is possible happened

I recently stayed at this hotel and, unfortunately, the experience was terrible. The bathroom was stinking and broken making it difficult to use. The Wi-Fi was not working, constantly disconnecting.
Breakfast was another letdown, with very limited options and poor quality food. Additionally, there was no remote for the AC, making it difficult to adjust the room temperature due to which one friend got fever because the room was either too cold or too hot, and we couldn’t regulate the temperature. To make matters worse, the shower had no hot water, which made for an uncomfortable start to the day and had to use cold water in 2 of the 3 days

Lastly, the staff seemed inexperienced and unhelpful, unable to resolve any of the issues I raised during my stay. I would not recommend staying at this hotel.
The only good thing was a receptionist named Yusuf Sefa who tried to help many of our issues else we could not have survived the 4 days.

The only good things about this place are its location and reception. The rooms are very small and dark (no light from the outside and there is barely any light inside).
The facilities need renovation.
Team not helpful at all; I accidently banged my head against the door and they wanted to charge me extra for a few cubes of ice.
In summary, not at all a 4 stars hotel.

Nothing is good so far . Small rooms, dirty , the staff and the manager are so rude!
Bathroom is disgusting with awful smell. Should be rates less than 1 star..
Think twice before you book here !!

Housekeeping isn't good they don't clean the room as they suppose to
When we arrived we didn’t find shampoo, water, and hair dryer
Breakfast time is very short, and the woman behaved in a bad way just because we were late for 5 mins
Breakfast is very poor
Air conditioner (AC) wasn’t working
And many more disappointing things happened..
Only Yilmaz and Cihan served us in a great way…
