We just adore this hotel, the perfect accommodation for holidays in Istanbul.
Great location, close to everything, transport facilities and the hotel provides a lot of facilities also.
Above all, we would like to thank each and everyone for your kindness and everything you’ve done to make our stay unforgettable. We are already looking forward to come back again.

We stayed for 6 nights, family of 5 to explore Istanbul.
Location is great, walking distance to the main Istiklal St, taxim Square and the tunnel tram which we used daily to reach Karakoy tram and sea port.
Plenty of cafes, restaurants, street foods all walking distance from hotel.
We had the family rooms which consists of two interconnecting rooms, 2 bathrooms, 2 single beds, 1 double bed and a large sofa bed. Rooms are comfortable and were more then adequate for our stay.
Breakfast on the 8th floor terrace with views of the sea was good and enough choices for all our family members. Big thanks to Raser, Claudia and all the staff members who looked after the dietary requirements of my children. Top service.
Also have to mention the hotel management including Yusuf, Oktan, the young lady at reception and young lad who we named Ronaldo for his resemblance to CR7! All very helpful, professional and friendly.
All in all if your looking for a great location, friendly service and a fairly priced hotel, this is the one. This was my second vist to this mega city and stayed in Sultanahmet the first time, however the location of pera hill was much better for our stay and yes, we would definitely stay again.
One thing to consider, there is a bar next to the hotel and 2 night out of 6, music was played till the early hours. This did not bother my children as after a days exploring this great city, a cozy bed is all they needed.

I will first write about the con’s after which I will move to the pro’s.
We selected the hotel based on their rating of “4” on Agoda. However, after checking-in we experienced that the room was very small for a “4” star rating hotel. We had two big luggage along with carry-on’s and we were confused to hell where to adjust those bags since there was no space to walk.
The central air conditioning was not up to the mark so we had to request them for a pedestal fan to make the room bearable. Thank God, that we were travelling / exploring Istanbul which used to exhaust us and made it easier for us to doze off after the whole day or else it would have been difficult for us to sleep in the room.
Our breakfast was included in the package and I must say that I was disappointed to the core. There was no variety as such in the breakfast and the lady that served us egg took ages to make them. Coffee and Tea was terrible and will recommend to not select the breakfast and rather eat on the Istiklal which is near to the hotel.
Moving to the Pro’s
1. We couldn’t have ask for a better location as it is very near to the main Istiklal Street. Moreover, bus stations Omer Hayyam and Tepebasi are on walking distance from where you can get onto the buses. Top marks on the location part.
2. Hotel offered us free of cost taxi service for drop-off to Airport from the hotel.
3. Hotel Staff / Management were very polite and used to listen to all our queries. However, due to the limitations those queries were not resolved.

Overall satisfied. The room was very small, but that was already mentioned on the website. Breakfast was OK, lots of cheese and some good salads, Rasha and the other Lebanese lady at the restaurant were very helpful. The hotel is close to Taksim Square and also across the street from the public bus that goes to fatih.

Starting with the location, very central just behind the main shopping road, Taksim. The rooms are clean and well stocked with amenities. Now to the big issue, the staff, they are very kind and helpful. The lady in the bar downstairs is so hospitable and friendly, same as with the staff on the 8th floor, especially Ms. Rasha, who didn't spare a moment with being kind to us during breakfast.
I sincerely recommend this hotel for any visitor to Istanbul

The Pera Hill Hotel offers a fantastic location just off the bustling Istiklal Street, putting you in the heart of Istanbul's vibrant action. This prime spot means you are steps away from a myriad of bars, restaurants, shopping venues, and nightlife, as well as being within close proximity to the iconic Galata Tower. You can also enjoy a leisurely 45-minute walk to the historic Grand Bazaar.
The rooms, while functional, appeared quite dated and in need of some refurbishment; the bathtub was falling apart. The hotel staff was mostly accommodating, though the manager seemed intense, overbearing, and often overwhelmed. The check in process was chaotic, and while there is a satellite parking lot available, I'd highly recommend that you find other transportation.
One of the highlights of staying at The Pera Hill Hotel is the delightful rooftop breakfast, included with your room, which offers stunning views of Taksim and the Bosporus and a nice spread with an egg/omelette station.

Location and staff was excellent, they went out of their way to make us happy. Rooms were average, we did smell some sewage up on the 4th floor some days. Best part about this hotel is the view up top, where you have breakfast.

"I recently had the pleasure of staying at this charming boutique hotel in Istanbul, and it exceeded my expectations in every way. The staff were incredibly friendly, the food was excellent, and the room was both comfortable and stylish. The hotel's location in Taksim Square made exploring the city a breeze. One highlight was the rooftop restaurant with its breathtaking views of Istanbul. I want to express my gratitude to Claudia, whose assistance made my stay even more enjoyable. Highly recommend this gem of a hotel!"
