Perfect position as is situated 5 minutes away from the tram that goes to the other par where there are the major attractions : Gran Bazar and Blue Mosque..Cistern..
The hotel is very clean and very nice common living room area.
I liked a lot also the breakfast dining area. The breakfast was ok.
They have a wonderful view in the night from the rooftop.
There is a very good and honest hair dresser just 5 minutes away. We had 2 bedroom (with also a kitchen).
Good price for a good stay.

I went here with my family and it was so good, even though it was cold, I had a great time. The room was very clean, the staff were very nice and the view is incredible. Recommend this to someone!

Too good only in the photos. Old rooms, poorly maintained and neither clean enough. They gave us a first floor room that was pretty noisy for 60€ per night. Worst breakfast I have ever tasted. The only good thing was the location of the hotel, as it is near to Taksim square and tram station.

DO NOT GO HERE. We arrived in Istanbul on the 30th September - as soon as we arrived at this hotel things were terrible. We had booked two rooms, one room was for £2.50 for three nights on booking.com - we had paid £135 for three nights for the other room, so we knew this was a mistake and we had agreed to rectify this on arrival. We were then told that both rooms were priced wrong and should be £145 a night each, with the guy behind the desk saying on several occasions 'check booking.com now! The price is on there' then tried to charge us £800 for the three days we were due to stay - or 'special price £300', we obviously said no and found another hotel. We stayed one night in one room (which we certainly wouldn't have paid £145 for!) came down in the morning and they genuinely seemed shocked we weren't staying. One of the travellers is very hard of sight and uses a white cane to get around, I genuinely am so disappointed that this was our first experience of Istanbul.
Booking.com fortunately for us gave us a full refund for the one night we stayed. Honestly not sure how there are so many 5 stars on here!

I came to this hotel with my family and stayed in this hotel for 10 days. The hotel members were very helpful especially ALPER was an amazing person. He treated us with love and kindness. My experience was outstanding in the hotel just due to the hotel members and Alper.

Location: It is situated in a quiet neighbourhood and is just a few minutes away from public transport. But it is located on a hill so walking up some stairs is unavoidable.
Food: breakfast was nice but it always ran out near the end. However, if you ask them they will refill it.
Room: the room overall was clean but the floor was a bit oily and the ventilation in the bathroom was not very good, they don’t provide free daily room cleaning service. We had a balcony with a great view facing the sea though.
Service/staff: they are all very friendly and helpful. They are reachable all the time.
Overall, we enjoyed our stay :)

Very disappointed by this hotel, i reserved with family and my 2 kids (one baby 2 years and one 3years ) and they scammed me and didn’t want to reimburse me . By the excuse that they have construction they forced me at 1 am to go to another guest house (not hotel) with a very bed condition

Unfortunately, I can't recommend this hotel. First, the rooms were not clean, especially the bathroom l. Second, the staff decided to serve breakfast only on two of the four days we were there. They just skipped breakfast on two mornings despite us paying for breakfast. The food served was the cheapest possible option.
