I came here with my family on one of my many business trips to Istanbul, and quite honestly, it has to be one of my favorite establishments to stay in when visiting this beautiful city. The location is great, and the room was spacious, quiet, and clean.
The staff were very welcoming and accommodating toward me and my family. Overall, I am really satisfied with my visit and will definitely be staying here again in the future.

They gave us an apartment in the back of the hotel with an entrance in an alley, 2floors up without elevator. Once we objected, told us there was a problem with the room we booked in the hotel and there is no other room available and they have upgraded us to this room! It took me 2hours of call and talk to the agency I booked the room from and all the sudden they a room inside the hotel building was found!
One of our cards(keys) was not working. each time reception got it/changed it with expectation of fixing the issue, however, the same scenario happened again and again.
Renovation for bathroom is needed.
Breakfast was boring.
I do not recommend this hotel.

Well, I got a chance to stay here twice a week on my one week holiday. The young lad works in the morning (They Call him Bell Boy) is lovely. He has been really helpful and cheering. Really loved that he used to smile whenever he saw me! All full star just because of him! On the other hand, the guy at night time, who is young lad too and call himself the manager, was really rude and definitely not helpful. He has been really loud noiced to my brother when he asked to bring a friend in the room.

If you are looking for a smooth clean relaxing stay please don’t choose this hotel.
Starting from the people on the front desk they weren’t helpful or welcoming at all, I asked for a room with good AC they wanted to give me even worse room.
Moving to the room, it was extremely small, the AC wasn’t working, the WiFi was HORRIBLE the sink was blocked.
Also put in mind that water, coffee, and tea is complimentary only for the first day (which I wasn’t aware of)
The AC in lobby is not working.
The room view was horrible.
The room fridge wasn’t working and I asked them MANY times to change but as I told you before they were horribly rude.
Related to the price ( which is not cheap) it’s not worth it at all.

The rooms were spacious. But the AC was not working during our stay. Seems a bit old and needed a bit of an upgrade to the rooms. Sounds could be heard from other rooms.
This hotel seemed to be the main choice of Indian travel agents and their maximum guests I saw during my stay were Indians. I also had to see some unhappy guests at the reception during my check in and check out time.
The washrooms were clean. The staff were good. The location was also great in a busy street.

The location is just perfect, Just a short walk to taksim Square and the bus stop is just 20 steps away . staffs are nice and friendly the neighborhood is ok and quiet there is a good grocery store by the bus station and the breakfast is good and complete definitely recommended

One of the best hotels in Taksim area. The staff are the nicest and most helpful hotel staff I have ever dealt with. They were very attentive and helped in every step during our stay. Would recommend this place to anyone staying in Taksim area !

This hotel is beautiful and classic. Its location is great. It is close to the clothing stores of Şişli. It is close to the station. The road is not difficult. The breakfast is 8/10. The rooms are comfortable and clean. The staff is excellent. Good treatment from the reception, especially the employee Ozcan, who is courteous and nice. His treatment is polite and wonderful. The hotel is very good.

Location is great. Everything else like a quiet room, a good air conditioner, food is a big, big let down. A big zero to the front desk staff, who almost think they are doing the customer a favour by renting out a room, which, by the way, has been pre-charged. They seriously need to told that there is a better way to deal with issues rather than their stone-faced, insipid responses.
In summary, never again for us and be advised of the plenty of options around Taksim Square, other than Konak and more importantly, their High Nosed staff

The worst hotel, the receptionist want to steal money from us. He asked for extra money, i do not recommend any one to stay here
