The most important thing - it's not a 4 Star. At all. It's 3 with some additional issues.
Lobby/restaurant interiors are rather old and remind a train from 60s.
You probably found this place as a "price for value" option. I stayed here exactly because of that.
But I couldn't predict one day without hot water 😅 I was lucky. (That's why my personal rating is 2 instead of 3)
No issues with the staff. Nice people.
I love the district. Quite and not overcrowded. Many awesome cats around. The shop is in the same building after the corner,

No hot water. Was not fixed for over 5 days and was never told until I really jumped up and down that there was a hot water issue.
Had to wait for refund before I posted a real review
Manager threatened me with withholding refund if I posted a bad review
But the Staff were very helpful and friendly.
The person behind the desk deserves a big thank you for his help and service. couldn't ask for better. He helped make it possible for a refund.

I read some reviews about the hotel , so a made reservation for one day, later I decided to stay for all my business days in here
It's great hotels that actually deserve 5 stars
The staff were very friendly, the front desk employees speak English, the room is extra clean , the breakfast was great with a lot of choices , it's close to everything, metro, public transportation, banks, malls
It's very safe and comfortable to stay in

One of my best hotel experiences in Istanbul
We absolutely love staying here. This was My Husband's second time and First time for me! will be back again!The front staff were extremely friendly especially Murat . He was amazing and very helpful. The breakfast was exceptional with a lot of Turkish options.Gizem and Gülhan were very nice and welcoming. Hotel location was beyond expectation. I highly recommend to stay here worth every single penny.

nthe hotel is located in a nice location in bostanci very close to the sea, we checked in at 6am, due to a travel problem we arrived very late, at our arrive we find a beautiful room ready waiting for us, hotel has also spa, restaurants with room service which made our stay even more comfy and nice, we can advice this hotel for a nice stay in istanbul. see you

It's a good choice for location (close to train station, metro, shops, pier) . Also price vs services is good. Staff is super nice and helpful.
The only thing that I'm complaining is the smell in the room cause is aloud to smoke inside. For the nonsmokers is a minus.

Very ideal place to stay, clean, comfortable and good people.
can be a little far from central but just go on the ferry, or metro. Ferry for the views and it’s both quick cheap and access to most of Istanbul hotspots and other locations
