The spa was better than expectations although steam room was not working and no one was there to take care after us.

I booked this hotel for two guests, Barbaros and Oğuz, and they had an exceptional 5-day stay. They were extremely satisfied with their experience. The breakfast was delicious, the location was perfect, and the hotel rooms—along with the spa and swimming pool—were ideal for relaxation. The staff, especially the receptionist Bilal, was incredibly friendly and welcoming, making them feel right at home. They truly enjoyed their time here and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking to stay in the heart of Istanbul, with many attractions and excellent restaurants within walking distance.

The name " endless art " hotel should be ENDLESS LOVE , ENDLESS CARE, ENDLESS HELP AND SUPPORT. Special thanks to the host named Mr. Ahmed who went out of his way to accommodate us. That man is the real example of goodness left in the world and deserves much praises. All the hosts were very helping and provided the most comfortable service we've ever received. Hotel provided many services like good breakfast, pool theatre spa and much more at a very affordable price but it's the hospitality offered by that place which we will always remember.
Thanks again for all the guys of ENDLESS ART HOTEL who host us and made our stay so relaxing and comfortable.

On an extremely steep slope, 5 mins walk up to get to the bus stop
Poor breakfast choices
Overall it's a decent place for me if I was alone as it's worth the cost, I'd avoid with family.

It is a small hotel above Taksim square with all the comforts.Its a bit far away from the centre but the metro station is very close.Also It has a thermal pool, hammam and sauna which were ideal for relaxing after walking around the city.They gave us a free room upgrade and took us to the suite. The staff was excellent especially Bilal and doğukanand they helped us a lot with the taxi and everything else we asked for. Very kind guys, I would stay again!!

Our three-night stay at the hotel was ruined by a deplorable experience. On the second night, we noticed a cockroach in room 103, but by the last night, the room was infested. Despite our warnings, the receptionist acknowledged the problem but offered no solution, forcing us to sleep under these conditions.
The next day, Director Dogukan made us wait unnecessarily before finally offering inappropriate "gestures of goodwill": a massage session before our departure, a taxi to the airport, or a future stay at their hotel – all ridiculous offers after such an experience. After persistent requests, he promised a refund for the last night, but two weeks later, we still haven’t received anything.
The staff's casual attitude, lack of professionalism, and empty apologies made this experience unbearable. A shameful management that shows complete disrespect for customers.

every thing good breakfast massage cleaning rooms are well designed and fantastic i enjoy jacuzi and relax massage also staff was amazing hotel is new and price is good i will prefer this hotel again for accommodation , there is theatre 4 times a week
