I stayed at City Loft during a short business trip to Istanbul, and it turned out to be the perfect choice. My room was modern, spacious, and had a relaxing atmosphere — exactly what I needed after long workdays. The staff were incredibly courteous, and Mr. Oğuz went above and beyond to ensure everything ran smoothly. The quiet environment made it easy to focus and rest. I found City Loft for my Istanbul vacation upon a friend’s recommendation. We stayed in room number L10. The place truly feels like home — clean and peaceful. Transportation is very convenient, and Mr. Oğuz assisted us. I sincerely thank him for his attention. I highly recommend it to everyone.

Nice staff
Hotel seems to be small and kinda isolated with no lobby

Well I can't complain the room was clean the service was good I can only recommend you to write an email beforehand and maybe it will be cleaned extra

Contrary to photos my room doesnt include any window apart from some small roof window.

The room wasn’t cleaned when we arrived and the toilets were dirty. Also the staff are extremely rude. The receptionist almost shouted at us.

Wow. The best customer service!! After checking out they let me leave my baggages at their place so I can travel around the city. Totally recommend this place. Room is super clean and fresh.

+ good location for the asian side of the city , very clean rooms and building .
- just airconditioner and wifi sometimes can be annoying because it seemed to me aircon totally out of our own control. wifi could be developed either, it is weak
