PREFACE:
Our stay at the Hotel Erbil in August 2016 for 9 nights.
My original report was, unfortunately, too long and had to shorten it significantly. However, I will complement on the occasion of important points.
All information was made to the best of our Knowledge and belief and can be confirmed by two travellers (a couple) and some of the witnesses.

CONCLUSION:
Our stay at the Hotel Erbil is the purest Horror. We do not recommend this Hotel.
To call this Hotel as a Hotel would definitely be an understatement.
It is much more of a run-down Hotel, in the obviously, no more money will be invested and it serves only the money of the levy.
The rooms are dirty, the bathrooms moldy and calcified and that's not only unhygienic, but can even be harmful to health. I have made numerous pictures give a small insight, but the overall picture is considerably disastrous.
To not know whether at two in the morning or at five in the morning, in this Hotel, there seems to be something of a night's sleep.
If in the middle of the night a guest checks in in the next room, is directly declared in front of the door in a non-reduced volume of the new guests with room access card, Breakfast times, Wifi access and much more. Or the number of guests who return in the middle of the night with a cheerful mood of your trip, rum talk is still 10-20 minutes in front of the door, running in the hallway, slamming the door, banging the next Morning when room neighbors at the door, so that he stand, etc... A madhouse.
In this Hotel there is a feel-good atmosphere, feeling of being on holiday or the like comes unfortunately to no time.
It is a mystery to me how such a Hotel as before. It has no existence. Still insolent, I find, however, that there are all sorts of tour operators, hotel pages, and co. there, the lists of this Hotel and thus work together.

NOTE:
It was in our case, a package tour that we have booked for professional reasons, unfortunately, only in the very short term. In addition, the trip was relatively very expensive, because we have in the short term, booked in the main season.
Everyone knows package holidays, also know that a hotel bill of exchange or similar is in the case of a package travel is almost impossible. I had the Hotel on your own posted, I would be checked out on the very first day.
