The staff was welcoming, the room was clean and comfortable, and the location was perfect for exploring the area. The breakfast buffet had plenty of delicious options, and the service was excellent throughout my visit. Highly recommend and would definitely stay again!

A very nice newly renovated hotel in the center of the old town. Nice buffet breakfast. Rooms are a little on a smaller side but very comfortable and have everything needed. Everything is close by.

Hotel is not a 4star hotel. Rooms are ok as there are recently renovated but WiFi does not work well. Location is great, close to all the major attractions. Breakfast a disaster. On the last day there were no more eggs, broken toaster , broken coffee machine and the employees were not really helpful. We ended up having breakfast somewhere else. I guess the hotel is ok for the price but more like a 2-3 star hotel

Did a 7 night stay at Safir Hotel and the main reason I will give it 5 star is for the excellent customer service by the staff, especially Ali Rahman - Very polite, helpful and responsive to any issues. Yes the hotel is old and the rooms are smaller than the usual double bedrooms, but how much time do you spend in your room in ISTANBUL when there is so much to see and do!! The beds we’re comfortable and the shower was good, air con worked and plenty of options for breakfast and that’s pretty much what we needed. The location is perfect, 10-15 minutes walk from all the popular tourist hotspots such as Sophia Hagia, Blue Mosque, Topkapi Palace and Grand Bazaar. Above all the area feels safe and lots of shops and restaurants open until 2am. Thank you team Safir for making our stay comfortable!

Centrally located; very central and close to everything especially transport; very friendly staff and always willing to go above and beyond; rooms are extremely old and need a serious make-over; the room we stayed in had a bath so high as my waist which made it a mission to get into to; we had a standard room first and it's extremely small and basically for 1 person; ask for a superior room; amazing nee hammam that recently opened and 3min away walking distance. Comfortable and spacious eating area but the variety wasn't great.

A well-redecorated Ottoman-style building that serves now as a hotel. The day reception was really helpful. The breakfast was delicious and had a variety of food.
Clean, rooms are adequately roomy.
The only thing I would say is that the hotel is located on a road that is difficult for cars to get to.

The word Sapphire means in Arabic a high diplomatic rank, and it is also the name of one of the precious stones. The location is very excellent and close to all axes of interest in Istanbul. The service is distinguished and comfortable, but the problem of the rooms is that they are small, but this will not be your first concern while you are visiting this dazzling city in this wonderful country.
Overall, it deserves four stars, and it is recommended.
Of course, when talking about the cost, the reservation prices here are very competitive, and you will feel that the value of money has been utilized to the maximum extent.
