I never leave the testimonial. But this time I really want to do it. It was the worst beginning at the hotel, I could imagine. Man, on the reception, said we don't have reservations because our agency canceled it. It was February 8, 2025. We arrived at 20.00. It was rain in the street. I gave him 3 passports. We were 3 women. He decided he could have money from these three women at the rainy evening. He was nervous. He was running along the reception deck. He said his hotel was full and we could go outside and find somewhere else the hotel for sleeping. I said No. Because I paid for room from 8 till 15 February. And asked to call the manager or administrator. He called someone. It was not manager for sure. I am not a fool. That man said sorry, but my agency canceled the reservation. After that man at the reception deck proposed to pay a deposit 100$ per night. I understood he just bribes. But I didn't have another way. I paid 100$. And at once, they said our room is ready and waiting for us. I knew it. At the room, I wrote to Trip.com manager support. And they helped me in 15 min to get my money back. Thanks to the team of Trip.com.
Now about the hotel. Very dirty, old hotel. Blanket cover is torn, with holes. No bottle water that they propose on their website every day on my bed in my room. No clear towels. No cleaning every 2 days like they write in his information book in the room. Towels for 3 persons must be 3. We had only 2. Cups, glasses are in amount 2, not 3. Water from the shower is very slow 🐌 and there is no chance to wash hair. And Cockroaches! Yuck. Terrible hotel. Terrible staff. I will never propose to my friends and colleagues to go there. And I will never come back again.👎

The hotel is very dirty, there are clouds of dust and bottle caps under the bed. The breakfast plates and glasses are also poorly washed. I do not recommend it.
