Great location, but avoid rooms on the 7th floor due to unbearable noise from the restaurant.
Friendly reception staff.
Unprofessional attire and demeanor of spa staff.
Enjoyable pool, although water temperature is cold.
Rooms lack sound isolation.
Breakfast is satisfactory.

We stayed in this hotel for 6 nights.

We changed our room because previous one was too small for 2 people with a baby. For 2 days they didnt want to change the room, claiming they are full and the rooms are same-sized, but one morning I saw a room that is opened, it had more space and was obviously empty, so I asked for it and they changed it.

The hotel is overally good, but there are some things, like dirt under the bed, the shower water takeout didnt work well, so the water stayed in it. However they changed the towels and gave toilet papers and water every day. We also had a baby bad.

The breakfast are averige, almost the same every day, poor coffee and juice is made out of powder.

The welness was a disapoitment, the pool is cold and not very clean, the hamam is small and dark and a bit dirty- so nothing really pleasant. We booked this hotel because it had wellness, but it was not really worth to be at.

There is noise from the street - trams and people, but we are used to it. So I would give this hotel 3 stars, not 4. But for the price 54€/ night per two people it was Ok.
