Very nice hotel. Exactly the same as in the photos! The staff is very kind and willing to help you with anything you need! Daily cleaning in the room which is very important! Breakfast very nice and different every day! The location is very close to the tram and attractions! Thank you! Pantelis&Penny

One of the best hotel . I stayed here for 3 nights the staff was fantastic kinde nice and friendly. The hotel was clean ( by the way they cleen your room every day and change the sheets) you have a good breakfast. And the hotel is in fantastic place . Cozy and family hotel .

Bad hotel, I booked 3 nights for 150 euros, very narrow rooms that could barely fit a bed, no place to sit, almost a dark room with no lighting, a bathroom without an extractor, any bad smell would enter the room, I went down for breakfast, only a few options, so I went to a restaurant near the hotel And I ate breakfast. There is one electrical outlet in the room and it is far from the bed, so you have to charge your phone before lying down. A very bad experience. I did not feel comfortable. I changed the hotel after spending only two nights.

I have lived in İstanbul before. To be honest I wouldn't stay here if it wasn't for my foreigner friends so that we can be close to them..
Location is good that's really good.
However I don't think cleaning was the best and I have to wash the bathroom before I go in!!! I a bit regret not paying slightly higher price for better hotel or just book better Location for more comfort.
I guess this is more suitable for people who is coming in for nights only - and don't mind about quality hotel of much.
I wouldnt recommend to Turkish people much.

Good hotel, great location especially for a first visit, you can easily reach destinations by foot, tram and marmaray. The staff was super friendly, especially Abdullah bey. The rooftop terrace is cozy. We stayed in a standard room with sufficient space and no noise at night, probably because our room was on the back side. We stayed here for 6 nights and felt quite comfortable. One thing that can be improved is the interior, especially the bathroom needs an upgrade.

Perfect location in old Instanbul. All of the tourist attractions are in walking distance (Hagia Safiya, Topkapi Palace, Basilica Cistern, Bosphorus Ferries).
Staff are super friendly and accommodating. 😄 Thank you to Mr. Abdullah, who lent us his transport card when we got confused on how to reach Taksim.
The reason we gave 3 stars is because the furniture and appliances in the rooms are old. The mini fridge doesn’t work. Also, the cleaning lady forgot to top up shower gels on some days, and to give slippers.
The breakfast is okay but the same everyday. We stayed 10 nights, it would be nice to see more variety next time.

Clean hotel ,great location to most of the landmarks in sultan Ahmed area ,, but breakfast not good .

Location of the hotel is perfect. I’m visiting Istanbul every year, and always stay in Sirkeci. Metro and other public transportation is 3 min waking distance. Hotel is clean and staff is amazing. They are so helpful and friendly. And roof top restaurant is sooo nice! Food is also delicious. Definitely gonna be coming back

The location of the hotel is amazing. We spent our honeymoon here and we were satisfied with everything. It was very clean, and the food was brilliant.
