I had a standard double which as a solo traveler thought it was fine. But even for 1 person it was small. I wouldn’t call this a 4 star. Everything about this was very average. The only positive was the location. It’s in the centre of everywhere so amazing location. The breakfast buffet was not good. No juice? And I can after 9 one day and they ran out of eggs.. also when it gets busy there’s no where to sit. Average I think for prices need to a bit lower for what they offer.

The room are not soundproof we can't sleep whole night distrubnc from traffic noises.
Telephone for service in the rooms are not working for everything we have to reception myself.
In both rooms all sauckate are not funtion or not working. We cannot our phone
S.al mini bar (fridge) also out of service or not working
Nobody bothered after our complaint
Room are very conjusted.
We book different room they gave us different
They don't even have black coffee 😒
Most important it's not st at 4 star it's supposed to be 3 star...
Wifi is really very poor can't even talk on WhatsApp
Since the past three year we have been trying different hotels so our remarks on trully experience based .even 3 start hotel are much better then this
It's been 2am and the car noses e can't sleep like windows are open but 🫥😶🤥

To Whom It May Concern.
Coming to Turkey and not getting scammed one way or the other is not normal and unfortunately it was the entire reception desk team of Raymond hotel this time.
I booked a room through agent and when I arrived the room was not ready, they provided me a room after and hour and guess what ? The room was on the roof with tilted ceiling where I could not use half of the room. When I complained the reception mentioned that this was the room I was promised. My agent had paid €57 and it was the market rate for a standard room but this was a room on the back side of the hotel and on the 6th floor which did not even have a lift to go to and this was the economy room of the hotel. When I asked for another room in the hotel the reception said they are all booked while offering to rooms to new incoming guest infront of my eyes. Upon protest the guy threatened me to cancel my reservation. Reception guy kept lying to my agent and to me in the broad day light and did not accomodate. The entire team was involved in scam and rude and in the end when I cancelled my reservation and got another hotel, they guy said “Oh I am sick that’s why I was a little rude” huh ?!
Don’t stay in this hotel.

We had very good experience stayed in Raymond blue hotel. staff was very helpful.breakfast was very good with different variety every day. Everyday rooms were clean and nice. Very good location.

Friendly staff. Excellent location. Very near to all the shops and restaurants and attractions.
