Great location. Just a minutes away from the center. Lost of gifts stores, 17 minutes walk from Grand Bazar!!!lots of places to go around. Safe location. Room is so clean, housekeeping comes every day, fresh towels, water, anything you need just a call away. Staff very polite. So happy we booked this hotel! Highly recommend.

Lovely hotel with friendly staff especially the employee ( Ufuq). He was very helpful, respectful and friendly.

We stayed there for five nights.

Safe and great location that is close to almost everything like Gulhane park, restaurants, Hafiz Mustafa, sea and main streets.

Breakfast has good variety. However, some of the vegetables ( cucumbers for example) were not replaced with fresh ones for three days.

Room was clean. Bathroom was spacious. Sometimes the toilet has bad smell.
House keepers will not clean your room/bathroom well if you do not give them a good tip.

Otherwise, I do recommend this hotel 👍🏽….

I stayed for 2 nights at this lovely hotel. The reception area was nice, and the staff were helpful. The breakfast was excellent with plenty of options. The location is superb, just a few steps from the tram, mermary, and within easy walking distance to major historic tourist sights like Blue Mosque and Hagia Sophia. Despite being in a relatively calm area of Istanbul, it's close to many attractions and public transport options.

However, the walls are thin, and I could hear noise from neighboring rooms, and the hallway. Additionally, the airport transport is expensive.

Overall, due to its prime location and excellent breakfast, I definitely recommend staying here.

Lovely hotel. Reception area was nice and staff were helpful and friendly. Rooms were spacious, bathroom as well. Room had a kettle with coffee. We had a family room with no views. Amazing fuss free hotel in a prefect location. Made our trip to Istanbul very pleasurable. Loved their Spa. We stayed in it for very long especially their Hamam. Their attention to detail made us all so happy. They sent a cake unexpectedly to our room for my sons 13th birthday... they probably saw it on his passport - sweet gesture . Breakfast could have more options for warm eggs as in Europe we aren’t used to the Turkish breakfast and would have liked more egg options . As a family of 4, 2 adults one 13 and one 19 year old we all rate it high!! Walk to the Blue Mosque and the markets was so easy. I asked for the balcony room. We could have don’t without the balcony as the view and the upkeep of the balcony was not very great.

Very nice hotel well located. It has a good range of services and the overall pricing is more than affordable for the quality. The staff is greatly helpful. Big thanks to Lifuk and his team for the warm welcome

Amazing hotel, amazing service by housekeeping staff, great food from kitchen team. As stated clearly economy rooms were small and window without any view. But only problem i faced was centralized air conditioning with only heating, which caused issues in night.

Amazing! Such a good hotel with very friendly stuff! We were there in January so it wasn’t very busy. The pool and spa facilities are great and you feel so relaxed. Breakfast is huge and you can be full all day. They clean the rooms every day and the location is very central
