Just Inn Hotel

A terrible smell in the rom, never changed till we left. And one of the receptionists just told me to get my own coffee. Just to sleep if you don’t have much money.

My stay at this hotel was an extremely unpleasant experience. From the moment I arrived, I was shocked by the disrespectful behavior of the reception staff. They greeted us with hostility, aggressively questioning us about our arrival time, despite the fact that we had already paid for the night.
The breakfast was also deplorable. The waiter, clearly unprofessional, used his phone to inform us that we were only entitled to two cups, even though the service was supposed to be a buffet. We were the only guests to receive this treatment, under the pretext that the hotel only had 20 cups for 20 rooms.
Later, a reception employee repeatedly knocked on our door, insistently and threateningly demanding that we open. After insisting on knowing what he wanted, he ordered us, without any explanation, to stay away from the wall. This attitude was incomprehensible and made us very uncomfortable. Shortly after, the reception called us to ask us to be quieter, even though we were already asleep.
In addition, the housekeeping was neglected. The room was not clean, and toiletries were rarely replaced. Finally, the frequent passage of the tram near the hotel caused unpleasant vibrations in the room.
At the end of this stay, I felt that I had been discriminated against because of my origin. I cannot recommend this hotel, especially to Arab women who may suffer the same treatment. Before booking, I encourage you to prioritize your well-being and health.

Attention!! The air condition issue still exists in this place, which is reported almost a year ago. We are sleeping 3rd night with out air conditioning.

Rooms are very small and very old furniture's. Toilets are very small and clogged. Sliding toilet doors are horrible with a gap. The management of this hotel are not friendly at all. Please don't select this place foer your relaxed holidays.

They will smile at you here, and lie to your face. I'll start with the fact that here they tried to cheat me on the sale of tours, they sell tours at prices higher than real ones, and on the tour you will find out the real price.
The hotel itself is very average, they save on everything, very small rooms, old furniture and plumbing, there are no light bulbs in the lamps, there is no ventilation, the room is not ventilated at all. And at the end I got robbed in this hotel!!!!
Cleaning lady stole golden earrings and bracelet, silver chain and bracelet from my suitcase! Even though it was a sign DO NOT DISTURB on my door, she entered my room and stole jewelry from gift box! That is proven by video camera! But management of the hotel did nothing and covered their employee. They behaved aggressively and denied everything! Please, BE NOTIFIED!

The only value the hotel offers is its location as so if you really need to stay in the old town. The pictures are misguided, the rooms are much smaller (3-4 sq m) than the advertised. You can potentially find better places a few streets around cost the similar range.

The hotel have a major problem with his air-conditioned system.
we spend the first night without AC under extremely hot weather. So I really got very Bad impression about all my trip !
The hotel didn't told us about the problem from the beginning and we shocked by behavior of reception staff was don't have any professional tact,I believe that they should offer any Compensation or to give the castomers free choice to cancel the reservation instead they act like "this is the situation, manage yourself"
After a searching on the websites you will surprise that there's Many complaints about this matter, which indicates that it is not the first time and that the hotel has not acted seriously to solve it, without regard for guest complaints.
So please think & check twice before your choice.
