Room smells heavily of smoke, and hallways are dark. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay. It's perfectly situated and served its purpose. It's a budget friendly option, so don't expect 5⭐️ service or amenities.

The staff are great, very helpful and kind. The location of the hotel is very good. The breakfast is good as well. wifi connection is strong. Yes, there are some gaps, the facilities are old. That's why the hotel has some nostalgic breath and it's fantastic.

Stayed here for 3 nights starting October the 6th. I was lucy to get the cleanest and noise free room I enjoyed my stay and recommend anybody tryimg to find a Jotel in central izmir.

We had a very nice stay in Ibis, the staff was very helpful and very caring for their clients. Sad to say I didn't get the names of the people in the reception who helped us checked in. Air conditioner worked at the limit, it was stuffy. on the last day of the trip the housekeeper did not come. when we were asking for clean towels or water at the reception everything was OK! The cat on the ground floor is super cute! 😻

The hotel is located very close to the Alsancak train and tram stations and not too far from the Alsancak ferry dock which makes most of Izmir, the airport and Selcuk/Efesus and Bergama easily accessible by public transportation. Excellent value for money, we received good service for very little money, we stayed in the center of Izmir for longer than we thought, the maids are for special praise because of their kindness and discretion. system as much as you can eat. All things considered, we can overlook some minor flaws.

I don't have good memories of the hotel. The rooms are correct, that is not the problem. The point is that, one week after booking the room and receiving the reservation confirmation, the day before arriving I received an automatic message that they could no longer confirm my reservation and they did not respond to my messages asking for clarification. But the reservation system did not let me cancel...

Food was good and the place is relatively cheap and cheerful. Service they showed me friend a sea view room before and then put us in a box with a view of the neighbouring room. I recommend not bringing a car I don't think it's safe and the valets keep moving the car..in the space.of three days the car kept moving around 7 times per day

Bad Wifi. My room had loud high pitch sound constantly coming from the pipes every time anyone uses water, day or night. Roosters crow at 4am and 5am every night. They tried very hard to insist on double charging me even though I prepaid using a travel website. Location is pretty good but many homeless and migrants on the street. Clean rooms, nice showers, decent breakfast for the price.

The hotel is right on the expressway. Not recommended if you need rest. There is a fridge but it is only for decoration. the room only smelled of nicotine. Traveled as a dad and son. For what I paid it wasn't worth it.

An amazingly beautiful family hotel, definitely the only place I will come to, we would like to thank retired teacher Mr. Yaşar and his wife Ms. Hacer for their hospitality. Alaçatı hacamimis mah. It is 10 minutes walking distance from Alaçatı bazaar, and you stay full until the evening with a rich breakfast. And you won't be able to get enough of Hacer Hanım's incredible pastries.

We stayed for 4 nights as 3 ladies. It was a great experience, everything was very enjoyable. The rooms were clean, the breakfast was very filling and nice. While we were looking for a holiday, we met Hacer Hn at the suggestion of my friend. Even while talking on the phone, I felt the warmth. They gave us a great week. Everything makes you feel at home. First of all, being a family business makes you feel at home. Hacer sister, her husband and daughter are very friendly. The breakfast is very satisfying, the rooms are clean, walking distance to the market. When we come to Alaçatı, this will be the place we will stay again :)

The hotel is in a great location and rooms were clean and comfortable. I was able to use the spa at at the Swissotel nearby for an extra fee. Which was Amazing! Barekay the staff was very helpful on suggestions nearby.

Great Hotel in Izmir with spacious and clean rooms. Housekeeping is great and reception staff are very courteous! Parking Valet service is also great and the hotel provides free parking! Im ok with the room. But on my first day, the room service came without me requesting and knocked twice and open the door without asking if i was jnside. Luckily i was wearing clothes.

Breakfast is served at the roof top and this enables one to have a view of the ocean.

The hotel is older, but the rooms are nice. Air conditioning works perfectly. There is a 24/7 reception, staff was nice. Everything is 15 minutes walking distance.very good price ratio. Overall it is a good Hotel and affordable. However, be careful when you eat and drink things in the fridge. You will be charged a fee when you leave.

A simple beautiful place close to the fairground in Izmir

The room is big and clean. We stayed for one night and the breakfast is at a normal level. Being in the center provides convenience for transportation.
