The room was nice but in the shower they made a mistake that said that if we turn right the water would be cool but it was the opposite. Everything else was good and it had delicious breakfast

Disappointing hotel. Only redeeming quality is the position: in walking distance from the bazar.

if this hotel is 4 stars my house is a skyscraper
no one knows English the room was dirty until the third day when I had to report it the fridge was not working the room was very small for the price and the staff was irrelevant

Since the beginning of my vacation this was the worst experience ever as hotel.
- they gave us the wrong room type (they changed it)
- The room was really tiny and the bathroom was terrible
- The Air condition was too loud
- The fridge didn’t work
- We asked for something to drink at midnight and the answer was “sorry the restaurant is closed”…. WHAT?
- Breakfast was bad. Really really bad.
- We finally got a coke and we asked to pay in euro (EVERYWHERE euro is accepted here) and he said “it’s not possible… if you want you can pay by credit card”. I didn’t want but I had to

This hotel is not 4-star quality. I’d say more of a 2. My room was not great. First, they allow smoking in the rooms, so my room smelled heavily of cigarettes. The room had paint peeling off the wall, a cracked bathroom door, and leaks around the sink. It needs some loving. The location is great, but not the quality I was expecting from being rated a 4-star.

They upgraded us to a suite which was really nice and the valet was very helpful showing us a good place to park the motorbikes and with our bags.

A very welcoming and hospitable hotel. maximum customer satisfaction is at the forefront. I would definitely recommend. very high quality and comfortable.

I stayed twice in this hotel, first time was in winter 2020 and second time this Summer, the only good thing about it is it’s location in the city business center,
It’s 44 degree and the air conditioning is broken for the third night, we changed 6 room in less that 48 hours of our stay just to find a room we can relax at.
The smell is so bad as well, humidity is super super hight inside hotel facilities, staff cannot speak English ( except the old receptionists)
Save your money and stay somewhere else.
