The hotel is nice, with big clean rooms and kind staff. Even though I don't know Turkish, they were very accommodating. The area is safe for walking. The only downside was the thin floors; I could hear the people above me moving around, which was a bit bothersome as I'm a light sleeper.

Perfect location, near to the city center police station and the banks not forgetting transportation.
Rooms are big, clean, and comfortable
Excellent services and great kitchen staff with amazing delicious dishes.

This is not a 4 star hotel. This hotel has a lot of problems. No stable internet. When you turn the airco,you smell cigarette. My neighbor was making noises, so I told the reception about it. Still they haven't solved this issue. But the location was great, you can visit multiple shops nearby. Also you can get better hotels nearby

Air condition was making a strange noise because it was broken. A little bit smelly room.
We asked for a none smoking room it was a nin smoking sing at enterance but room was smellimg also there was an ash tray in the room 🤔🤔🤔🤔 breakfast very simple. 350 per night is so high for this qualiy. Back street of hotel was very dangerous at night. Workers were helpfull but hotel is very old i think renew is needed. Toilet was very old and shower was not good and stable also very small kabin.
Location was close to some tourist attractions and subway.
Overall Not recomended. There are other hotles around. Many of them.

Friendly stuff is the best thing in this hotel. otherwise everything is normal

Price and room size good, but all flat smelling smoke, even i chosen non-smoking room. And also other facilities are poor.

Stayed 3 nights at this hotel. Rooms are honestly beautiful. All of them are very spacious with bedroom area, desk, couches, fridge and safe. The room is much bigger than you would expect.
The TV is part of the mirror which is pretty amazing and very modern.
Clean room -- hot showers and big sink.
Reception is very helpful. Parking is all valet and is completely free. We would call in the morning and they'd have the car ready by the time we were downstairs.
Cons -- Wifi definitely needs to improve. Lot of trouble connecting.
Room card needs to be "validated" every day which takes a minute at reception but is an annoyance.
Overall very very pleased with our stay. Will definitely return in the future.

Great value for the money spend

One of the best places that you can stay in Izmir. Hotel is newly renovated so the rooms are clean and good. Also the rooms are bigger then I have expected. Stuff if friendly. Breakfast is also very good. There are lots of different variety of choice of cheese, olives, egg and etc.
