The location is perfect for people who need to stay close to the airport. Check-in staff not very friendly even if they offered free breakfast. We booked the hotel to say goodbye to our son flying back home at midnight. The front desk created trouble and wanted charge an extra fee even if he was leaving and using the room to take a quick shower before leaving. This is unacceptable and outrageous. That is why absolute no go and not recommend.

The hotel reception was very friendly and the hotel room was in good conditions. However, I do need some support in getting the invoice re-send. The posted phone number is not working. E-mails cannot be sent to their e-mail address. Therefore my ranking for the service is low.

Surprisingly very little noise from aircraft given the hotel is inside the airport. Hotel only does breakfast but it is excellent. Dinner options in the evening are somewhat limited in the airport itself, being both expensive and poor quality.
The big plus is that you can literally wheel your suitcase from your room to the departure lounge in a few minutes.

This hotel is well located within the airport and its saves time to get to check-in but that’s about it.
It claims to have a restaurant but it only serves breakfast from 0700 to 1000 although they do provide a breakfast box if you are on an early flight.
The rooms are noisy and every time the luggage trolley go’s past it sounds like a freight train .
There are no food options available if you want lunch or dinner mainly sandwiches etc in the airport we had to settle for Burger King as the the other food options are about 10 to 15 times the price you would pay in Izmir ($20 AUD for beer).
The hotel could provide better entry instructions as we had wait in the security line with other travellers for About 30 mins just to enter the airport. We learnt once we got to the hotel that it has its own express entry ( helpful information before arrival) .We arrived at check in only to be told we have wait as no one could check us in because they were on a break.
Rooms appear to not meet standard advertised I paid top dollars for a suite only to find no mini bar and one towel for 2 people.
Overall if you are desperate for a sleep and that’s it , you stay in one of their over priced rooms otherwise go to the Double Tree Hilton it’s much better as I believe I paid 50% over what the value of this hotel should be.

As mentioned on previous reviews I would say to only consider this hotel as an option if you have a very late or very early flight. I stayed two nights on business, flying in late the first night so ideal and leaving early after the second night. Location for this type of trip is perfect, staff on the reception were friendly and helpful and breakfast was really good but could do with an earlier option given the type of hotel it is, even a limited breakfast would be good. The negative point for me was the lack of soundproofing in the rooms leading to two very poor nights sleep. You can hear everything from outside the room and adjacent rooms. I had an adjoining door between my room and one of my neighbours. This made matters even worse, they might as well have been staying in my room as I heard everything! I'll probably try one of the hotels outside the terminal when I return. Another big negative is the wifi is pretty useless, just about do the basics on your mobile device but forget anything serious on a laptop. Also worth a mention is you have to go through a security scan/check every time you leave enter the terminal along with all the other passengers.

We stayed here after a long and problematic night flight, reached around 2 am, all tired kids and very frustrated adults. From the first moment, the hotel's employees were very welcoming and understanding towards us. The bellboy was especially kind and helpful with my kids, I feel terrible not to remember his name. The night was suprisingly silent against the busy traffic and noises in the area, the room isolation was incredible. The room features were very family friendly. The next day, we tried the hotel breakfast, which I was doubtful,but it was very delicious with all local items. Overall, I'm so grateful to stay here, thank you!

Very convenient location, right inside the airport, you don't have to worry about getting to the hotel, especially convenient when you arrive late at night. The room was quite nice, soundproof, air conditioning was working properly. Breakfast (included) was very good. All in all our stay was definitely worth the money, I would recommend it to all travelers who arive to Izmir airport late or have to fly early in the morning.
