I expected a good number of rooms. The hotel is very popular with Europeans. Developed infrastructure and friendly staff, unobtrusive animation. Recommend for a relaxing family holiday, including children.

An excellent place to spend your vacation!
Great staff, awesome food variety (everything has taste), excellent outdoor spaces.
If I can make a suggestion:
Introduce a NO towel reservation of the sunbeds for all customers(especially for Russians lacking common sense).

I can't lie... I was here a week ago but i already wanna come back.

Food? Great. Two main dinning rooms and some bars and cafes. Water and drinks are available everywhere.

Staff? From waiters to gardeners smiling and co-operative. They have their own cool t-shirts with slogan: Our guests are our family

Appartmens? Pretty good too. From what I've seen, there are more and less modern appartmens. We had the less modern one but it was good too. From what I remember every room has their own balcony

There are souvenir shops a few hundred meters from the hotel. Also plenty of things to do in kemer (aquarium..) microbuses should be available every 15 minutes.
Hotel has it's own program everyday (aqua aerobic, darts, beach volleyball, mini disco, amphiteater..) or you can do some watersports.

And my most favourite part...The sea... Great view of the sea and great panorama of the mountains. Sea itself was great, clean and transparent. Beach is mix of rocks and sand.

There were people of many nationalities. From germans, czechs, french to russians. I personaly don't mind them nor I think they were too loud or something. But I know that for some people it's a turn off

Very very nice hotel. Huge green area. Very tasty and varied food. Lots of fish and seafood. Nice staff, didn’t forget to wish you a happy birthday. Clean big beach and amazing water!

Even though the restaurant is a no smoking restaurant and it is advertised as a family friendly hotel. Eating food have a tablet of 6 next to us under a no smoking sign all smoking cigarettes. Complained to waiting staff they said it’s ok because they are management. Complained to the manager and he said it’s ok they are managers. This is really unacceptable and I will be writing a formal complaint when I return home.

I will rate this hotel between 4 and 5 stars. The most positive thing about the hotel is the food, which is better than other more expensive all-inclusive hotels we have been in, also in Turkey. The service is good but not more than that. It is generally clean but not very clean. It is an old hotel and you see that. We first got a room that was bad. Smelled bad, noisy at night and old, but we were allowed to get an other room and that was better.
The garden is nice and the facilities are fine but it a relative small hotel and they are not extraordinary. Since I cannot rate the hotel 4.5 stars I have to choose between 4 and 5 stars. I will give it 4 stars since I am not sure we will return to this hotel. We were there October 2022.

What can I say, from start to finish our holiday was fantastic. We were travelling as a family, 6 children and 4 adults.
When we first arrived, check in was quick and we were given a free room upgrade. Staff were super friendly and helpful.
Pool areas and rooms are spotless and cleaned to a high standard.
Service is amazing, cool pool parties, delicious food, beach access. Very comfortable for all family. The reception team upgraded the room 🤩 We are very happy. Because it is a wonderful place, a special stay. I spent one week. The staff is helpful and the room service is excellent
We found the location to be perfect. We wanted a beach and not just the city.
We have stayed in and would definitely recommend, great for families!

Our experience at the Saint at Queen’s Park le Jardin was great. We enjoyed the quiet and greenery of this hotel, the respect for animals and their synergy with tourists and the operation of the hotel. The hotel was always very clean, with a good atmosphere, music by the pool, nice entertainment.
We enjoyed the evening shows and the dynamism of the animation team!
We ate very well, the buffet was varied, there was something for everyone!
Special mention for the chefs of the Italian restaurant, where we feasted, it was very hearty, but delicious!
The excursions we did were great, with smiling guides, who were humorous, we discovered Antalya, the secrets of Turkey and made a spa outside the hotel.
Moreover the spa of the hotel is very good too!
Thank you for everything and maybe soon, in Turkey!

Location is right on sea. Good beach. Rooms are big and well furnished. I am very disappointed about the service. There is no standard level at staff. Some are well trained and knew his job. Some were not aware what they were doing. For example, In patisserie I asked for tea. The washer was finished. But, it must be renewed and revised. Other example, I asked for a glass to have tea. A staff has replied no glass. But you have to bring it. That is part of service. I heard in restaurant even some supervisor were talking among themselves with rude words in turkish. They were thinking that Noone would understand them. Some staff was very helpful and carefully to his job. Overall, management has to ensure the trained staff. Customer service was very helpful, but she can't do alone everything by herself. The turkish receptionist knew their job and they were very helpful, but forefinger ones ( Russian speaking) they were not skilled. They were there just to guide Russian speaking guests.

5 stars for Mehmet and Ali. Ali makes the most delicious coffee and Mehmet very friendly at the pool bar, as soon I didn't have to say what I wanted to drink, he knew!

Outside gozleme was tasty and churros were good too.
1 star for the room. Very outdated, looks nothing like the photos on the website. Mattress rock hard, topper not available. Airco did nothing, we learned it was just colectively turned off. Bathroom door had to stay closed, every morning we woke up to a terrible sewage smell.
Cleaning was substandard.
1 star for the WiFi. Free only downstairs and very slow. Strange that in 2023 you still have to pay for WiFi in the room.

What a wonderful place to stay in Kemer! The staff were super friendly and attentive - there was a great selection of food that would suit even the most fussy of eaters 😀. Great entertainment and a spa that’s not to be missed!!!
