UGUR BEACH HOTEL

I had a wonderful experience at the beach! Although there was a small issue with the staff at first, the manager quickly stepped in and resolved everything. They were extremely welcoming, professional, and made sure we had a fantastic time. Their quick action and dedication really made the visit special.

Firstly, the location of the hotel was good. It is a quiet place itself, but the nearby hotels can be noisy at night. The rooms were small but clean. However most of the facilities were old but it didn't bother me. I stayed for 4 nights, and no one cleaned my room (I guess I should have asked), but I kept my room clean anyway. The breakfast was good compared to the money I paid. I was satisfied . Also, the pool and a private beach were a positive point of this hotel. (Motel) Also, the bus station was closed. However, it took 15-20 minutes walking to the center (Kemer), and the staff were so polite and nice.

Was from September 12 to 18, 2023. I liked everything except the rooms. Everything is very old and unkempt, they are cleaned very poorly.
But the bed linen, towels - Everything is clean, the towels look as if they had just been packaged.
The food is very tasty, home-style, and varied.
The staff is very friendly.
The girl at the reception, Lena (from Russia), is very pleasant and resolves all issues quickly.
The beach is simply SUPERB! Cleanliness and tidiness. And, most importantly, one step away from the restaurant where we had our meal.
And one more minus - there is no refrigerator in the room.
And so, everything is just WONDERFUL!
I'll definitely go again.

The water of the Beach is clear just like any water in Kemer the prices were good it’s only 10tl for a seat.

I gave 4 stars. It deserved it in terms of price performance. The hotel is a bit old in structure, you can understand it from the plasters and the non-working television in the room. I would say the rooms are average. But I must state that it is a complete family hotel. It is probably one of the hotels with the most Turkish customers in Kemer. Kemer becomes like Little Moscow during the holidays, so to speak. But the beach is very beautiful. Since the hotel is a beach hotel, it has a beach that only belongs to its customers. The pool is also a bit small, but it does. I can't comment badly on their food. Some of the staff are very good, some are very disinterested and sullen. And since it is at the entrance of Kemer, it takes half an hour to walk to the center. I can recommend it if you want to relax as a family and enjoy the sea.

Unpretentious quiet rest. Great beach/center location. About the staff: polite and friendly, always ready to help in any way they can to make your stay comfortable, they are not used to tips, they accept with surprise and gratitude.
About the rooms: rather, this is a guest house with basic amenities, nothing more, a bed, wardrobe, towels, bathroom accessories, air conditioning, TV, you can stay, cleaning on request at the reception if necessary. Water is not brought, but there is a cooler in the dining room, you can collect it yourself or buy it here in the Cafe.
About food: monotonous breakfasts, lunches and dinners with a small selection, usually from hot one kind of meat and a couple of side dishes, salads, cuts, vegetables, sweets, but there is a big BUT, everything is delicious! Coffee from the machine, Turkish coffee is paid, but inexpensive and tasty. Tea and water are also available in the dining room.
About the beach: it’s very cool that the first line and only 44 rooms, there are relatively few people, but almost all the rooms are always occupied, many locals come for a short period of time. There are always enough sun loungers with umbrellas for everyone, the entrance to the sea is smooth comfortable sand and some pebbles, the water is clear. The minus of the beach is that it is not cleaned or cleaned rarely, there are cigarette butts and small debris. There are separate lodges for 200 lire per day. There are showers on the beach and water from a hose to rinse your feet.

There is a small pool and a shallow pool for the little ones. Territory well-groomed. The sea/mountain view is amazing.

The most pleasant thing is that during meals you always sit outdoors with a view of the sea, I consider this a huge plus. I consider it obligatory to go on excursions, good views, extreme and educational.
