Great family hotel with lots of entertainment for children and adults. Developed infrastructure, pleasant and comfortable rooms, quality service.
Location: 120 km from Antalya airport, 35 km from Alanya, in p. Turkler.
Consists of one 7-storey building.
The hotel has 496 rooms.
Beach: own sand and shingle beach 200 m from the hotel (2 coastline). Umbrellas, chairs, towels: free of charge. Between the hotel and the beach is a road and promenade, there is an underground transition.
There is a service to the beach. The length of the beach 150 m.

Absolutely love this place. Lots of excursions for everyone, food is amazing, hotel is very clean, and the entertainment team have kept a smile on my face. Only on day 3 and i don’t want to leave, will definitely be coming back. John and Emily are so friendly and i had such a good night with them!

Had an amazing 12 night stay at at this hotel, the food and rooms are great.
Best part was the entertainment and all of the staff. Big shout out to Mustafa! (pool barman), Tunco! and Can! ( entertainment staff) they made us feel welcome and made sure we had a great time everyday!
The hotel staff also helped out my partner and family arrange a surprise for my birthday in our room. They provided a cake, balloons and rose petals to my room.
Best part was the entertainment and all of the staff. Big shout out to Mustafa! (pool barman), Tunco! and Can! ( entertainment staff) they made us feel welcome and made sure we had a great time everyday!

We stayed at this hotel with our son, and it was a great family-friendly choice! There were plenty of activities and facilities to keep the little ones entertained, which made the stay enjoyable for all of us. The pool area was especially fun, and the kids loved the daily activities and waterslides.
However, the food was a bit of a letdown. It was below average, and while there was a lot of it, it was very repetitive over our stay. We often found ourselves eating out to mix things up.
The rooms were spacious, which was great for a family, but the daily cleaning service was hit or miss. We noticed that service improved only after we started tipping, which was a bit disappointing. Overall, a good place for families, but the food and service could be better.

I think the hotel is amazing! Stuff is phenomenal, so polite and so kind, place is very very clean, always something too do, never a dull moment!!! Night time entertainment is really good, staff is the best, always wanting to have fun and getting people to join in! Beach is beautiful, the best off the best is tunco and nurseli always a happy face and speak to everyone and always make sure everyone is having a good time no matter what age everyone is welcome.

This hotel is by far the best I've stayed in. It has everything, numerous pools, waterparks, a beach and water toys ( jet ski, etc ) it also has a bowling alley and arcade! It also has a spa, gift shop, clothes shop, jewellers, tattoos, and hair dressers, The staff are amazing, and the entertainment is next level! The only downside was the food, it is good with lots of variety but seems to be the same thing a lot so after a week it starts to get a bit boring, it could do with themed nights or something to mix it up abit. I will definitely be returning!

The hotel, bedrooms, restaurant lobby and bar Design are definitely 5* but.....
Room service cleaning is more of 3*. In 9 nights stay our flood didn't seem to be mopped not only once, often feeling the sand on the floor.
Had a deluxe room and once our room sachet coffee was finished,it was never replaced.
Again for a 5* hotel you would want to. Have in the bedroom ceramic cup and not paper....the paper cups were so thin that you could not physically hold the hot tea/coffee.
Our soap dispenser finished in the third day and never replaced.
Food wise: we mainly had 3 main meats cooked slightly different: chicken,liver and beef.
Staff in general quite polite and friendly especially Selman from reception.
Entertainment definitely good.
The hotel has a big capacity and definitely not enough sunbeds and umbrellas.
The basement shops staff made us feel like we were thieves... always chasing you and looking on what you are touching, very disgusting , not to say very pushy on trying to make you buy.
If it wasn't for the poor cleaning and reduced food choices I would have rated overall 5* .
Would I come back? Not sure
This definitely wasn't 5* but still not as bad as some nearby hotels.

Many thanks to the entire hotel team, you are really cool! But I really want to single out specific people and thank them personally! I want to say thank you to the bartender Naif (I'm sure his name is not at all what it says on the badge) - a very nice and likeable guy. I'm not a liar, only half, sorry🥲 I also want to say thank you to the two men who played tennis with us in front of the beach bar several nights in a row, you are incredible! I also remember a girl who worked in the ice cream and coffee distribution department on the ground floor of the hotel. A very beautiful girl who always smiled and walked with a ponytail, thank her very much! Also, it is impossible not to mention the fairies of the cleanliness of the hotel - beautiful and smiling ladies who did their job perfectly. It is impossible not to mention the chefs - it would be rude of me. The dishes they cooked were so delicious that words cannot express it. This is really the hotel that I want to return to more than once, and, of course, I will return!

Great hotel with fantastic entertainment and entertainment team especially Tunco. Daytime activities and evening entertainment shows are amazing! Duplex rooms are spacious and clean. Pool areas all good and waiters on skates a really fun touch. All staff in hotel are friendly and helpful. Visit to Oscar's in Nova bazaar definitely worth a visit too for good quality fakes.

Can't recommend this hotel enough. Rooms are wonderful - we were upgraded to a duplex without asking - very spacious and clean. So much to do here - all staff are wonderful, especially the waiting and entertainment staff (huge shout out to Tunco, great with all visitors!). Food and beverage are great, so much choice - you'll always find something you like.
