Great family hotel with lots of entertainment for children and adults. Developed infrastructure, pleasant and comfortable rooms, quality service.
Location: 120 km from Antalya airport, 35 km from Alanya, in p. Turkler.
Consists of one 7-storey building.
The hotel has 496 rooms.
Beach: own sand and shingle beach 200 m from the hotel (2 coastline). Umbrellas, chairs, towels: free of charge. Between the hotel and the beach is a road and promenade, there is an underground transition.
There is a service to the beach. The length of the beach 150 m.
On the hotel territory: 5 restaurants (4 a'la carte), Turkish, Italian, fish and steak house, 7 bars, confectionery, 3 meeting rooms (1250 persons), 3 pools (1 indoor heated in winter, 2 outdoor, 1 outdoor +18 ), 8 waterslides, SPA center, doctor services (on request), nurse ( free ), Laundry (chargeable), Internet cafe (charge), elevators, business centre

The hotel, bedrooms, restaurant lobby and bar Design are definitely 5* but.....
Room service cleaning is more of 3*. In 9 nights stay our flood didn't seem to be mopped not only once, often feeling the sand on the floor.
Had a deluxe room and once our room sachet coffee was finished,it was never replaced.
Again for a 5* hotel you would want to. Have in the bedroom ceramic cup and not paper....the paper cups were so thin that you could not physically hold the hot tea/coffee.
Our soap dispenser finished in the third day and never replaced.
Food wise: we mainly had 3 main meats cooked slightly different: chicken,liver and beef.
Staff in general quite polite and friendly especially Selman from reception.
Entertainment definitely good.
The hotel has a big capacity and definitely not enough sunbeds and umbrellas.
The basement shops staff made us feel like we were thieves... always chasing you and looking on what you are touching, very disgusting , not to say very pushy on trying to make you buy.
If it wasn't for the poor cleaning and reduced food choices I would have rated overall 5* .
Would I come back? Not sure

Many thanks to the entire hotel team, you are really cool! But I really want to single out specific people and thank them personally! I want to say thank you to the bartender Naif (I'm sure his name is not at all what it says on the badge) - a very nice and likeable guy. I'm not a liar, only half, sorry🥲 I also want to say thank you to the two men who played tennis with us in front of the beach bar several nights in a row, you are incredible! I also remember a girl who worked in the ice cream and coffee distribution department on the ground floor of the hotel. A very beautiful girl who always smiled and walked with a ponytail, thank her very much! Also, it is impossible not to mention the fairies of the cleanliness of the hotel - beautiful and smiling ladies who did their job perfectly. It is impossible not to mention the chefs - it would be rude of me. The dishes they cooked were so delicious that words cannot express it. This is really the hotel that I want to return to more than once, and, of course, I will return!

What an amazing hotel.....
The glamorous Haydarpasha Palace has got more than just good looks - exciting waterslides and a rainbow coloured splash park promise plenty of fun! Plus there's a serene adults only pool for a well earned break. Add 24 hour All Inclusive as standard, eight restaurants, and seven bars to the mix and it’s a winner. Not to mention spa treatments, children’s clubs, a bowling alley and daily entertainment for all the family. Fabulous, hey?
This is an amazing hotel for families for the all inclusive package.
An absolute must if you fancy visiting Turkey

Great hotel with fantastic entertainment and entertainment team especially Tunco. Daytime activities and evening entertainment shows are amazing! Duplex rooms are spacious and clean. Pool areas all good and waiters on skates a really fun touch. All staff in hotel are friendly and helpful. Visit to Oscar's in Nova bazaar definitely worth a visit too for good quality fakes.

Can't recommend this hotel enough. Rooms are wonderful - we were upgraded to a duplex without asking - very spacious and clean. So much to do here - all staff are wonderful, especially the waiting and entertainment staff (huge shout out to Tunco, great with all visitors!). Food and beverage are great, so much choice - you'll always find something you like.

Wau was on family holiday first day had issue but hotel solve it out quick, the staff are best entertainment great, rooms nice, food is not my taste but it’s not bad, more liked the buffet near pool, I just can say this hotel deserves 5 stars no rude faces the staff always smiles, only the music/and shows should be go on till late. will be visiting again definitely. It’s like a castle I think nicest hotel around that area.

The hotel is beautiful, the rooms are clean, the food is good. But there is one problem. One of the pools is intended for adults, but there are a lot of children. When i choose a swimming pool without children, I want to relax in silence, but it was noisy, the children were jumping into the pool.

We had an absolutely incredible and unforgettable holiday here! The food was amazing, with so many options available and quite a few restaurants. Their splash pool, trampoline pool and slides were a huge hit with my 7 year old and my 2 year old. We will definitely be going back again

Overall amazing first visit to Haydarpasha. Food is lovely, something for everyone. And is as you would expect from an all inclusive buffet. The drinks are great, having branded drinks was an extra bonus. The mini fridge was a lovely surprise upon arrival.
The entertainment team were amazing, the shows were thoroughly enjoyed by all! The entertainment team spent time to get to know people individually and were generally lovely, especially Tunco. The kids water/splash pools were loved but sadly closed early and opened late, which was disappointing. Lots of sun beds available at all times. Amazing visit, will return in the future.

Booked an expensive two week family holiday here . On the whole it was a pleasant holiday . The pools and aqua park are great (although the aqua park does close a lot and always at lunch times) the kids loved it
There was an issue that I feel was greatly mis sold to me though
None of the restaurant options on their website are included AT ALL in the all inclusive package . You have to pay a large cost per head (pretty much the full cost of a family meal ) to book these , it’s not a supplement but a large fixed cost .
This was frustrating, I emailed a complaint to the hotel manager whilst I was there , I did not receive a reply although I was told by me jet2 rep that he was aware of the complaint. Also the bowling alley / arcade is also not included at all despite being shown on the website you get the equivalent of £1 token when you check in , the alley was 25 euros to bowl. Disappointing
