The hotel is kept spotlessly clean from morning until night, and the rooms are also very well cleaned every day. The food is varied and very tasty each day. All hotel staff are extremely kind and always helpful

We highly recommend it if needed. The medical personnel were professional, competent, and extremely kind. To cheer up our daughter, the doctor made balloons out of gloves and drew pictures on them

Food was alittle bland but there catering for alot of people from all over the world so overall you can complain and you certainly won't go hungry. The entertainment starts alittle late but was something on every night

Although very busy big hotel is was very good, lots of swimming pools and slides, food for fussy eaters, rooms were cleaned every day, water and toilet roll filled daily, cleaners always left bedding shaped into animals which my children loved, great entertainment for the children only thing was it was quite late at night, lots of options for excursions, free taxi to some of the local restaurants,...

Hotel is huge, rooms I’d say personally are ok with a safe that all you need to do is close the door followed by 4 numbers and # Towels provide daily and also pool towels from the spa daily at 09:00-11:00

Didn't need to rush to a place to sit either by the pool or at the beach

One of the most beautiful hotels in Turkey. The hotel complex is very large and very extensive. Nothing is missing, several restaurants, several swimming pools and many services

The rooms are always clean and well-maintained, which made us feel comfortable and relaxed throughout the stay. The beds are super comfy, and we slept very well every night

The rooms are big and clean, furniture is ok, but bathrooms need some treatement and refurbish because the shower spilled everywhere and the drain was mostly clogged. The schedule for the towel system is super annoying

The staff are very helpful everywhere. The pools are very cold so i only braved 2 laps of the olympic pool. There is a sauna and 15 min complimentary massage

Our room was extremely cramped. We are a couple and asked for a double room which came with two single beds instead of a double bed. To enter the room you had to turn at an angle to enter

This hotel offers one of the best sand beach and cuisine in Alanya-Antalya region with high Price/Quality level. Shore smooth and suitable for little kids

For us this is a major requirements and this hotel got 10/10 here. Rooms has a standard quality for most long-term stable turkish resorts. Hotel's staff and entertainments are also on high level

The hotel is clean, well staffed, there is loads to do within the grounds and the shared facilities with the Pegasos Royal & Pegasos Club which are either side of the Pegasos Resort

The family room we had was on the top floor and really spacious with amazing views of the sea and coastline. Food is well varied and really really nice, there's something for everyone to eat

The pool was huge but if you have like a baby kids I would not recommend it because it goes up to like 10 or 15 feet deep other than that I would recommend it it's amazing service is great the rooms are great the location is great five stars for everything if I had you I would give it a million

5 years ago we also were here. Now they have done some great renovations. Even 2 a la carte restaurants. The animation team is amazing. Especially Veronika is doing a great job. The personal from the bar is friendly

There is a grill bar where you can have a bite to eat pizza, nuggets, french fries and all sorts of sweets from 10-17 hours. The pool is large and even too warm in the evening

- Swimming pools and water slides are entertaining but lack safety measures and lifeguards. - The private beach is a nice perk but overcrowded, making it difficult to find a lounger unless you arrive early

- The food buffet offers variety but becomes repetitive, and finding seating during busy times can be challenging

- The hotel hosts three à la carte restaurants, but they lack variety, offering only one or two main courses. - Reception staff are rude and unhelpful, leading to a frustrating check-in process and overall experience

Fantastic hotel stayed here for a week 4 adults a teenager and an 11 year old. we all had a great time plenty of activities for all. The pools were great and the aqua parks (both) were super fun

Hotel pool is beautiful, the sea is nice, the food is good, it’s a peaceful hotel. We have no complaints about the staff, it’s fine. We were very satisfied with the smiling faces and drinks. I want to come back!!

I stayed at Rubi Platinum Spa Resort & Suites and had a truly wonderful experience. The resort is luxurious, beautifully designed, and perfectly located by the sea, offering stunning views and a relaxing atmosphere

Overall a nice stay and we had a nice break. Food in the main restaurant was average, breakfast does not cater for British people. Lunch and dinner in the main restaurant was also very poor, dry and bland

It took a few more days before they replaced the mattress protector. The towels provided were also in poor condition — old and worn out. Overall, an unpleasant experience. Definitely not what we expected or paid for

There is quite nice beach with a lot of sunbeds (you don't have to go there in the morning and fight with the others for a spot ;)), you can walk next to the water. Food was delicious, I came back with few extra kilos

We were a big group of adult people and everyone have found something interesting for each other, we really appreciated quiet zone next to the swimming pool

Hotel has lots of activities to attend to, i highly recommend to join the activities with animation team :)) Personally we enjoyed beach volleyball for couple of days and dart games where we had lots of fun twice a day (lots of children though even if they can join children darts in other parts of the hotel - resort or royal, but still fun)

The Entertainment is really nice, there is a lot of things to do, special thanks to Entertainer Burak who organized the best "killing dart" with his sense of humor and energy, he is a super nice person, the right person in the right place

The hotel is located in a great location, close to the city which gives it great access to get the local goods to bring home. There is also a great access to the beach and a shower to clean yourself from salty water :)

The employees are all very friendly, pleasant, with a sense of humor. Our room was always clean and we had lots of fun. I especially liked the guys responsible for the activities and the woman Asiye is very cute.

Our garden view room (which was the only one option we could choose while booking) had a view to the public park and its parking, but not to the hotel's garden, as they write on their website

The most important meals for me on vacation are the food is great. your hotel is super in appearance and location Next year we will have a super long plan, we will come again next year

A lot of advantages: sea a few steps from the hotel, clean beach. Decent rooms, however to go from case "C" drive, but for us it was not a problem. Birthday no bonuses, in addition to greeting cards on the door

On the beach - games in the boccia, volleyball, water aerobics, etc. Evening shows differently when it was interesting, if not pretty. After the show sometimes there were evenings by the pool, we found bingo and karaoke

What's not to like - so it's not very warm attitude to Russian tourists, as the hotel had many tourists from Germany, the difference in communicating with staff was obvious. It kind of ruined the emotional joy

The beach and hotel services appear to be very well according to what i paid inside. Great value! Friendly staff, delicious open buffet meals. You can leave your kid to mini club to enjoy yourself

In other hotels normally provide some sort of compliment: for example, a fruit basket or a bottle of champagne. But it is also all the little things, just to have something to compare

There is a Playground, mini-disco for children. Kid's club is open a few hours before dinner and several after, every day is different class - child escaped with pleasure

The only criticism I have is the lack of pool tables. My boys were so disappointed there wasn’t one. However we had a lovely holiday and I would recommend to anyone

Amazing hotel! Staff are all friendly and food is very good here. One in particular person called Enes who was part of the bar staff was unbelievable. Very friendly to my family and always checking up on us
