They don’t bother to sit in the queue at lunch or dinner; one day a family just came and placed their stuff on our sunbed at the beach and since they were not speaking English, it was hard to communicate with them and they became somehow aggressive; in another day at the pool, we were minding the kids and placed our stuff and slippers on the sunbed and near, and a Russian guy just came and threw away...

The resort's location in the heart of the bustling bazaar made it convenient for shopping, and having a doctor and pharmacy just two minutes away added an extra layer of convenience and peace of mind

the personel was really nice i was there for a week and i wish to come back the aqua park is really nice but the air conditioning shouldnt be right above the bed. 5 stars :)

I like the room, it's very big and clean. Food is great but food time finish soo early. I loved aquapark it's funny but same it's finish early :D. Night shows is amazing specially Turkish night and extreme show

Great place for families. Beautiful clean rooms, high standard and helpful service. A lot of facilities for kids and adults. Good food 24/7. We spend amazing time.

The rooms were not only well-appointed but also incredibly comfortable, providing a perfect retreat after a day of exploring

the hotel is huge and very beautiful, many pools, races. on the beach bar - from 12 to 16 you can have a full lunch, not leaving the beach. in the evening there is live music

there are shops where you can dress up in a 10-minute walk. the only negative is that it takes about 1. 40 to go here from the airport, but we had a wonderful guide and we arrived cheerfully and quickly

The Turks are very tactful, and unobtrusive, unlike the Arabs and this is a big plus. in general, if you are offered this hotel by a travel agency, don’t think, take it, you won’t regret it

we thought for a very long time where to go and did not regret that we chose the Viking. in the evening, live music and football matches on the big screen were entertainment

You had to pay for WiFi, there was only vodka, gin or whisky at the bar and the pina cloada cocktails werent made the same😬

It was a wonderful experience and very comfortable holiday for me. Unloved the rooms and personal. I am from Poland and I just loved it. Thank you so much

All activiteis are brilliand for kids and for adults, food is good bit querries and Table availability is pool

Huge hotel, loads for kids to do, comfortable beds, all areas kept really clean. Plenty of sunbeds. Food was what really let the hotel down.

The resorts are very nice and it’s very wide so there is everything just inside the hotel. The rooms and cleanliness is very good. The meals are so delicious with variety choices on restaurants

Not enoug ingormation about hotel restaurant during check in. Didn't get any information about breakfast or dinner time, also water in aquapark on the beach is not suitable for kids, water is very cold

You got a spa, pools, bars, restaurants, even a whole aqua park! The food is amazing, the cocktails too. This is the best hotel I've ever been to. The rooms are spacious,cool and comfortable

The staff are very helpful everywhere. The pools are very cold so i only braved 2 laps of the olympic pool. There is a sauna and 15 min complimentary massage

Of course, there were better and inferior dishes, but everyone could find something to eat, and no one left the restaurant unhappy. The aquapark was amazing, as you can see in the pictures, and the kids were impressed

I was here for a one-week holiday with kids, and I can recommend this hotel without any doubts. The hotel is like a small town – you can spend your whole holiday without leaving it

Our room was big and had a great view of the sea. The staff throughout the hotel was polite and helpful. From my perspective, the food was varied and quite good

Every evening, there was a show on the main stage, and most of them were interesting. We left the hotel with only good memories

This time I experienced the bad experience, room beds where like sleeping on springs no iron plus most things were closed as of end of season. But overall was good my child loved it and the food was OK

Beautiful hotel! All the staff very nice and accommodating! The place was spotless everywhere! The only slight downfall was the food as it was out with the season time so most of it was cold but I can't fault anything else in the hotel it was beautiful!!

The food, staff, and hotel have been amazing. There are so many different pools for all the family. We have seen families, couples, and people on his/her own enjoying the resort. We couldn't recommend this hotel enough

I'm not a liar, only half, sorry🥲 I also want to say thank you to the two men who played tennis with us in front of the beach bar several nights in a row, you are incredible! I also remember a girl who worked in the ice cream and coffee distribution department on the ground floor of the hotel

Lots of excursions for everyone, food is amazing, hotel is very clean, and the entertainment team have kept a smile on my face. Only on day 3 and i don’t want to leave, will definitely be coming back

The pool area was especially fun, and the kids loved the daily activities and waterslides. However, the food was a bit of a letdown

We stayed at this hotel with our son, and it was a great family-friendly choice! There were plenty of activities and facilities to keep the little ones entertained, which made the stay enjoyable for all of us

The rooms were spacious, which was great for a family, but the daily cleaning service was hit or miss. We noticed that service improved only after we started tipping, which was a bit disappointing

I think that even the pickiest person would find something for themselves ;) The hotel beach is well-kept and has a large number of sunbeds. There is a lot of greenery around the hotel

The hotel is clean, well staffed, there is loads to do within the grounds and the shared facilities with the Pegasos Royal & Pegasos Club which are either side of the Pegasos Resort

The family room we had was on the top floor and really spacious with amazing views of the sea and coastline. Food is well varied and really really nice, there's something for everyone to eat

Despite this, we were not bored, spending most of our time at the hotel and in the surrounding town. I didn't notice any lack of cleanliness. The food was delicious and very varied

The hotel met my wildest expectations. We encountered very high temperatures in the country (even though it was the first half of June), so we had to shorten our sightseeing

- Swimming pools and water slides are entertaining but lack safety measures and lifeguards. - The private beach is a nice perk but overcrowded, making it difficult to find a lounger unless you arrive early

Hotel pool is beautiful, the sea is nice, the food is good, it’s a peaceful hotel. We have no complaints about the staff, it’s fine. We were very satisfied with the smiling faces and drinks. I want to come back!!

Fantastic hotel stayed here for a week 4 adults a teenager and an 11 year old. we all had a great time plenty of activities for all. The pools were great and the aqua parks (both) were super fun

Extremely good location, close to the beach. Reception staff not very friendly, poor customer service, they speak in Turkish in front of customers. Very poor English, they don’t smile

I can’t thank the staff enough for how they made are day all were friendly and helpful most spoke English and the ones that didn’t tried their best which is understandable as it’s not their first language

Food was good plenty of dishes snack bars dotted around the hotel and great to have a pizza bar. We will be definitely coming back again

You need to search around to find things. Lunch and dinner a bit samey but we are heading to the Island for lunch. Again look around at the different places, baked potatoes, pizza, waffles, pasta

We had such a great family holiday here. My partner proposed to me on the beach, so Eftalia Holiday Village will always hold a special place! Staff were fantastic and location is great

Plenty do locally the staff are polite and helpful and very clean everywhere we carnt fault it in eny way and would come back the selection of food is immense and they do breakfast dinner and tea and 24 hour burger bar when restaurants are closed there's many bars with good free drinks including a24 hour bar and the all inclusive package is very affordable

We are actually hoping to return in the next year or so

There are three pools, one has a pirate ship for the kids to play on. There's entertainment on at the Amphitheatre every night, discos on the beach, foam parties, all sorts. It's a great place to stay for families

Although the Marin doesn't have slides in the pool, there are pools on the Island that do. Eftalia Island is a short walk from the hotel, the all inclusive is also available here

Travelled as a family- one parent with three teenagers. Great location, decent food, amazing facilities and staff who go well above and beyond to make your experience good

I feel like things like the zip line, go karts, crazy golf and rides could be added as a package or a set allowance for free then after that charged

My only negative would be that for an all inclusive holiday there were a lot of extras which had to be paid for

When on holiday with toddlers, with the beach, with various children's playgrounds, sometimes in the water, sometimes out of the water, eating three meals a day and so on, 100+ items can easily accumulate and unfortunately it gets very unrealistically expensive here

We had criticised this as a family of 3 and, together with two friends, received a large attic suite with two separate apartments right on the beach from the team at the front desk

But at least the sea is still pleasant and the beach facilities are also very cosy and romantic with the various pavilions. Please check the wooden children's play area with the slides

The outdoor pools are now, in mid-October, unfortunately already too cold to stay in with children (for long). At least one heated pool would be useful here

The musical last night at the Fiscus Show Centre was really captivating and, as far as we laymen can tell, also artistically very sophisticated. We haven't seen anything like it in many years at other hotels

The kids love it, but some of the wooden parts are loose or torn out. The kids' club and the playground right next to the main building are also great and very popular with our kids

Mevlüt's cocktails are very nice, we would like to see you at the lobby bar as well, our holiday was very enjoyable, we were very pleased thanks to him. We will come again next year for his attention 😉

We were impressed by the daily cleaning service provided by the friendly housekeeping staff, who always ensured our rooms were spotless. However, our experience by the pool was less than ideal

Although her intervention was appreciated, the repeated incidents did put a damper on our pool experience. The food, while plentiful, was somewhat repetitive throughout our stay

After hearing our side of the story and reviewing the CCTV footage, she apologised for the behaviour of the other guests and confirmed that we were in the right to occupy the empty loungers

We noticed quite a few stares from other guests, which was unsettling, as though they had never seen people of colour before. Elvira from guest relations was helpful, however

The drinks are strong and tasty at each bar. The icecream/snack bar is not a quick trip from the pool as it’s around the corner of the front of the hotel but worth it once you get there

They have vanilla, strawberry, chocolate and pistachio icecream flavours available! The evening entertainment is the only poor bit really - bingo is fun! I’ve always understood that Turkey 5 star is like standard 3/4 star so don’t expect magnificence, but also go with an open mind because it’s lovely and the staff are friendly enough, though most don’t speak good English - enough to get where you need...

There are plenty of English people around in the little shopping/restaurant area. Give it a chance and ignore the stupid stuck up reviews!

I liked everything. Animation was a little lame, but sometimes they lit up to the fullest. Basically I liked everything.

Lunch at the beach bar, pool bar and kingdom bar was all the same but would recommend the pizza as these are cooked fresh. Drinks were fine- 6 cocktails, local spirits and wine (if you tip you got nicer drinks in a glass

Everyday is a kind of hunting for a free sunbed by the pool, any of the pools and the beach, actually. Catering is rather poor, same dishes everyday, only grilled meals that are made in the yard differ

And also thanks to an old man who helped in our hunt of sunbeds several times :) By the way, there are many Russians in the hotel and the staff prefer Russian instead of English

Cheese, olives, side dishes often too salty. On the last days of our stay we simply decided to skip eating at the main restaurant and chose snacks from the pool bar

Except from the broken baclony door which opened only if pushed really hard, the room is good, clean, housekeepers come everyday, change towels, make beds - that is ok. But facilities of this hotel are another story

Evening programme for kids is the same everyday, while for adults - differs and is rather interesting, so he we give a +. All in all, the hotel is too crowdy for its space and in our eyes, it is not worth 5*

Not very big but nice and cosy hotel. The beach has a sandy comming into the see. You can find many snack bars around the pool and beach. There is an inside pool, sauna's too. Late night food is also available

What is not good is too many people who "reserve" the beach beds right in the morning and go there only in the afternoon, therefore you might not get one when you come to the pool or beach

Private beach , all sand , no rocks , fantastic food , good food options for everyone vegan/meat lovers

A big market is just across the street. You can find many things there for a good price and different quality. Rooms are cleaned every day, the mini bar is filled with drinks. Big variety of food for all types of eaters

Definitely the best place for holidays! Nice staff, best service from Erdinç, Doğan, Serkan, Ibrahim, Okan, Inna and our masseurs. These people made our holiday just PERFECT!

The pros: the hotel is clean, food is abundant, staff is helpful. Pools are great, Beach side also had a bar, you can walk the distance with ease. Allot of airco areas, nice when it's was blistering hot

The pool was huge but if you have like a baby kids I would not recommend it because it goes up to like 10 or 15 feet deep other than that I would recommend it it's amazing service is great the rooms are great the location is great five stars for everything if I had you I would give it a million

The late night buffet, don't get expectations up, it's two pots of soup and defrosted dry bread, but when u arrive late and are probably starving, you will not care 😘 The usual inability often to find a sunbed since the towel claimers do their thing

Cleaning staff does a good effort! It's a nice but very big hotel. Animation team provides plenty of fun things to do, and the late shows are fun to go to, theatre is not huge so be on time

60m deep pool by adults who only mind their own amusement, and then pushed by the same to the middle of the pool, adding foam they lose sight, can't swim and get foamed so they panic, we managed to save a few that were screaming for help, but the adults just party on

And monday evening you have to stay on your room with children under 16. If you want to do something for 16+, do it somewhere else, not in de poolbar. Thats not good service and not done! Overall a great holiday

mega huge territory, a lot of entertainment for children, in several places of water parks on every corner, alcoholic eateries and restaurants. I personally recommend it !!! I liked it, I want to come here again !!!

Scenery is to die for and the entertainment is pretty good too, the only downfall is the food isn't so great and other holidaymakers are very rude and greedy (not all but most) especially when it comes to the food, sun loungers and inclusive amenities which was a bit of a let down

On arrival you're not told anything about the hotel and what it has to offer (as they focus and spend so much time on trying to up sale a room). On checkout, again no directions given to luggage storage or shower

3rd time in this hotel, its a good all round family trip and good value for money, the only real negatives are a few staff can be quite pushy try to sell you things, spa, t-shirts, tattoos, etc

Nice hotel,spacious rooms,beautiful grounds, water Park,plenty of slides and pools for children,on-site beach children's ploshadka, different food almost around the clock,children's menu,not far from Alanya is a beautiful city for walking

It's a nice touch that you can swap beach towels every day, but could be made simpler if it you could leave and get new towels in one occasion instead of two. The food was plentiful and the range of choices is huge

There are also premium drink selections in a few places, at pretty exorbitant prices. We never used the pools much as they are not heated and pretty cold at the end of the season, but the sea was pleasant enough

We had reserved beach chairs as part of the premium package, but there were plenty of chairs available. Nice that there is a beach bar, but oddly limited choices there

We ate in the main buffet restaurant most evenings, we always came away full, a few dishes were well tasting, but much was bland and not well cooked, which leads to huge waste, you could see people having to fry plate after plate until they found something they liked

The man spoke mostly unintelligible gibberish that I don't think hardly anyone understands, when you did understand him he made fun of guests and made crude sexist comments about the looks and bodies of female performers, he's a shame for your establishment

We had two mornings at the á la carte breakfast included, which oddly enough isn't served from a menu, but rather is just a table serving of dishes from the buffet, neither of which we would have chosen ourselves

Exceptional 5-Star Experience at Selene Beach and Spa Hotel My wife and I recently had the pleasure of spending 7 nights at Selene Beach and Spa Hotel, and it was truly an unforgettable experience

Wow, what can I say about this hotel? The food is amazing, with lots of choices. The Turkish night was beautiful. The snack bar had a few options, but it was worth it

Burgers, pizza, pasta dishes with chips were available. Drinks included bottles, glasses, cocktails, and slushies. It's a clean hotel with friendly staff

Pool were a bit small at the first sight but after it it’s pretty okay. They have sea side as well and you can use there as well if you want. Rooms were really clean and it was cleaned every day as requested

And the most important thing is that the entertainment crew were amazing. Thank you so much all of you for making our holiday perfect

We really enjoyed the evening schedule (especially the Latino band). The gym is really good for a hotel gym, we used it few times during our stay

The beginning of the sea was shallow and the depth increased very slightly. The kid felt safe in the sea and learned to swim. We saw small fish and a crab and found smaller mussels. The beach was very nice and clean

We were on vacation at the beginning of October with an 8-year-old. The hotel was beautiful, clean and well maintained. The pools were a bit colder, but the sea was still warm

Location is very comfortable, sea is 2 minutes from your room. Water clear and warm, as well as the beach

Hotel staff is very polite and nice, except ladies at the down floor, where you get beach towels, but that was only one unpleasant thing. Room was always cleaned, but I would like bedclothes to be changed more often

The food was excellent and a large selection that varied. The activities were very fun. He was very pleasant and made a game really fun. We also enjoyed the kubb game, boccia and shuffle board at the nearby hotels

However, night parties were awfully loud, administration should take it into consideration as far as visitors come mostly with kids, and they go to bed early, 9 pm, but music stops only after 11pm
