The hotel is kept spotlessly clean from morning until night, and the rooms are also very well cleaned every day. The food is varied and very tasty each day. All hotel staff are extremely kind and always helpful

When we returned to the hotel in the evening, Guest Relations called our room to ask how our daughter was feeling, whether we needed anything, and reminded us that we could always turn to them if needed

We highly recommend it if needed. The medical personnel were professional, competent, and extremely kind. To cheer up our daughter, the doctor made balloons out of gloves and drew pictures on them

Food was alittle bland but there catering for alot of people from all over the world so overall you can complain and you certainly won't go hungry. The entertainment starts alittle late but was something on every night

We initially came to Hotel Alan Xafira for a week and subsequently extended for three more weeks! The hotel is located in an excellent part of Alanya amidst the magnificent beaches and serene sea side, offering a mixture of leisure, entertainment, relaxation and outdoor activities

Hotel focused especially on Russian and German tourists. Crew not very friendly as for Turkish. Beach very nice, food the same every day. No vegetarian dishes, for those on a diet, mainly fast food

Everyday is a kind of hunting for a free sunbed by the pool, any of the pools and the beach, actually. Catering is rather poor, same dishes everyday, only grilled meals that are made in the yard differ

Except from the broken baclony door which opened only if pushed really hard, the room is good, clean, housekeepers come everyday, change towels, make beds - that is ok. But facilities of this hotel are another story

Pool were a bit small at the first sight but after it it’s pretty okay. They have sea side as well and you can use there as well if you want. Rooms were really clean and it was cleaned every day as requested

As for the food—I could write endless rave reviews! The sea access is fantastic, with two entry points: a pier and a separate sandy beach. The water is clear, and we were even lucky enough to spot a huge turtle!

The hotel is located in Turkler near Alanya. Anything interesting near there and go no where. To the beach about 15 minutes by bus to Alanya about 30 minutes. Stop to the hotel is a five minute walk

We have just came back from this hotel after a lovely week away. We had a great time , the hotel is literally on a sandy beach. You get free sun beds on the beach, they go quickly but there is plenty of them

The pools are a nice size but they was quite cold when we went so we stuck to the beach. The rooms are basic but do the job, they have all you need but if you was a big family then you might struggle for space
