Staff very helpful took luggage to rooms on morning of our arrival, bar men and cleaners all very friendly although they didn't speak much English but that wasn't a problem as we were in their country after all

We caught the bus into the town which was quite hectic on the way back as it was crammed with people. Small beach at the hotel which really made it great

This hotel offers one of the best sand beach and cuisine in Alanya-Antalya region with high Price/Quality level. Shore smooth and suitable for little kids

For us this is a major requirements and this hotel got 10/10 here. Rooms has a standard quality for most long-term stable turkish resorts. Hotel's staff and entertainments are also on high level

Modern complex. Quite original. Good food, rooms, beach. The beach is sandy, 200 meters from the hotel, it is very pleasant to go into the water. The water is clear, clean.

- Swimming pools and water slides are entertaining but lack safety measures and lifeguards. - The private beach is a nice perk but overcrowded, making it difficult to find a lounger unless you arrive early

Overall, this hotel is okay for couples but would not be recommended for large families. Its location is convenient, with a wide variety of shops and markets nearby

The Red Lounge and Bistro Terrazza which you have to book in advance and pay extra for which was surprising, as the holiday was £7k, and I felt they should have been included

The hotel is located in a great location, close to the city which gives it great access to get the local goods to bring home. There is also a great access to the beach and a shower to clean yourself from salty water :)

Good hotel, popular mainly from the Germans. Works on system "all inclusive". Great animation and a nice bar

On the beach - games in the boccia, volleyball, water aerobics, etc. Evening shows differently when it was interesting, if not pretty. After the show sometimes there were evenings by the pool, we found bingo and karaoke

A lot of advantages: sea a few steps from the hotel, clean beach. Decent rooms, however to go from case "C" drive, but for us it was not a problem. Birthday no bonuses, in addition to greeting cards on the door

What's not to like - so it's not very warm attitude to Russian tourists, as the hotel had many tourists from Germany, the difference in communicating with staff was obvious. It kind of ruined the emotional joy

I have had the best time at Numa Bay hotel. We have been here for 2 weeks and I have thoroughly enjoyed myself. Dean at guest relations was so helpful, friendly and always around if you need to ask anything

Entertainment was really good and animation team was fantastic (especially bob). Staff couldn’t do enough to help and the guest services were also really helpful

Women’s area has good facilities including light snacks and drinks. Beach is more clean early morning and gets crowded late afternoon

Our room is clean but a little outdated and small but good enough. 6th floor lady cleaners are superb. Buffet was crazy delicious, lot of choices as well, from breakfast till dinner
