Our room was extremely cramped. We are a couple and asked for a double room which came with two single beds instead of a double bed. To enter the room you had to turn at an angle to enter. The beach and hotel services appear to be very well according to what i paid inside. Great value! Friendly staff, delicious open buffet meals. You can leave your kid to mini club to enjoy yourself. Rooms are large enough to have your time with pleasure. Perfectly clean.

At first we were not sure about this hotel but now we absolutely love it. So much things to do; waterparks, activities, pools, entertainment. Entertainment stuff us amazing, well some put extra work and make you really welcomed. Especially Claudia, Julia, David, Ali. Overall great family holiday

Super great hotel, nice staff and a lot of different activities for children and adults! Good food and many different pools to choose from, the food is great and the beach is super close. Hotel rooms are clean and fresh! Recommend :)

I lacked entertainment this year. Only "Bravo" to the young man with the tattoos behind his ear, on his right leg and on his left hand. Everything else was weak. I miss the "boss" of the delays from 2023 (a mulberry, short and very strict), he created an amazing environment by the pools

Great family friendly hotel, modern setting, very clean and tidy, the food was a good World variety that was cooked to a good standard 👍 Shops and restaurants within walking distance if you want to venture out of the hotel, just prepare yourself for the sales onslaught from all the local shop keepers 😩

Amazing hotel! Staff are all friendly and food is very good here. One in particular person called Enes who was part of the bar staff was unbelievable. Can’t rate him high enough. Very friendly to my family and always checking up on us.

Whilst being away , I have felt extremely relaxed and the entertainers have been nothing but helpful and entersting for the kids. Eren was one of the entertainers that worked at White City Resort and was very good with my younger brother and included us in all the pool activities.
