5 star hotels All-inclusive in Avsallar

Our room was extremely cramped. We are a couple and asked for a double room which came with two single beds instead of a double bed. To enter the room you had to turn at an angle to enter. The resort has plenty to do. The staff are very helpful everywhere. The pools are very cold so i only braved 2 laps of the olympic pool. There is a sauna and 15 min complimentary massage. Alanya is very beautiful

The rooms are big and clean, furniture is ok, but bathrooms need some treatement and refurbish because the shower spilled everywhere and the drain was mostly clogged. Not enoug ingormation about hotel restaurant during check in. Didn't get any information about breakfast or dinner time, also water in aquapark on the beach is not suitable for kids, water is very cold. The kids club is wonderful. They do great activities with the kids, throughout the day and also at the night. Our son really enjoys the evening mini disco and the games afterwards. Not enoug ingormation about hotel restaurant during check in. Didn't get any information about breakfast or dinner time, also water in aquapark on the beach is not suitable for kids, water is very cold. All activiteis are brilliand for kids and for adults, food is good bit querries and Table availability is pool.
