All-inclusive hotels on first line in Avsallar

Our room was extremely cramped. We are a couple and asked for a double room which came with two single beds instead of a double bed. To enter the room you had to turn at an angle to enter. The resort has plenty to do. The staff are very helpful everywhere. The pools are very cold so i only braved 2 laps of the olympic pool. There is a sauna and 15 min complimentary massage. Alanya is very beautiful

The rooms are big and clean, furniture is ok, but bathrooms need some treatement and refurbish because the shower spilled everywhere and the drain was mostly clogged. The schedule for the towel system is super annoying. Also a lot of calcium deposit on the chrome. Paradise for kids and their parents☀️❤️💕 The only thing I didn't like was the bungalow houses. They have absolutely no soundproofing, and dust on the furniture. But we were immediately moved to a hotel in a chic, very pleasant and clean, bright room without any problems.

A very chic hotel, many swimming pools, the first coastline, beautiful architecture, interesting and expensive design. There is wi-fi, the rooms are spacious and comfortable, the service is wonderful. Varied cuisine and great restaurant. I really liked the hotel and the rest in it.

You had to pay for WiFi, there was only vodka, gin or whisky at the bar and the pina cloada cocktails werent made the same😬

Not enoug ingormation about hotel restaurant during check in. Didn't get any information about breakfast or dinner time, also water in aquapark on the beach is not suitable for kids, water is very cold. The complex is located 98 km from Antalya (airport), 69 km from Gazipaşa airport and 22 km from Alanya. Beautiful hotel & lovely attentive staff, very clean with lots of things to do with kids. The reviews of our hotel were very off putting but overall we were very pleased with our experience. The journey from the airport took 2 and a half hours. Memorable Stay at Senza: A Great Family Experience! We arrived at the hotel on August 29th around 1 am and were pleasantly surprised by the efficient check-in process. After completing a few formalities, our keys were ready, and a bellboy promptly escorted us to our room, explaining the hotel’s amenities along the way. The problem was that if you come on breakfast and dinner late not in the beginning some of food you can not reach. .if some food finished they do not put again the same food..

The hotel was not at all clean. There were ants everywhere on the floor. When you tell them, they ask if you have thrown candy at the floor and left the balcony door open because “we don’t have ants here”. The staff was very rude and impolite and did not even greet us with any words. They blamed us for the ants in our room and when we complained over the blaming, we were yelled at.

The place is cool. Food was good, drinks also. Location is very comfortable, sea is 2 minutes from your room. Water clear and warm, as well as the beach. Hotel staff is very polite and nice, except ladies at the down floor, where you get beach towels, but that was only one unpleasant thing. 4 star hotel but amazing service, very kind staff, delicious meals. A Big plus is that you can use the beaches and pools from the other hotels nearby, too (they belong to the Same Company) so you have many choices. The Rooms and the Hotel itself is not that new and modern, but still good.
