Not so much food to choose on. So difficult to find something to eat. You have to pay extra for the sunbed madrass. Good beach, good drinks. Very bad wifi. Very small pool and little sunbeds.

You can watch the sunset both from the beach and from your room, as it is located near the corner. In terms of cleaning, I can say that the staff who work in the beach area and the cafe were very active and careful

The sea and the beach were good. I spent only a little bit of time in the pool area, but my family spent more time there, they were happy. There were very few social activities due to the COVID-19 conditions

My comments: The staff were very friendly and also smiling, although it was not clear because of the mask :) if we needed anything, they could recognize it even before we asked them

However, the desserts were great and some of them had also banana ;) I can say that the location of the hotel is the best among the hotels on the same coastline

The snack bar, patisserie, the all inclusive which literally meant all inclusive, drinks and food in the restaurant, snack bar, main bar available 24/7 just need to be aware of the opening and closing times of each

the personel was really nice i was there for a week and i wish to come back the aqua park is really nice but the air conditioning shouldnt be right above the bed. 5 stars :)

A lots of green spaces, flowers, zoo! Good meals, meat and fruits, alcohol! But there are some disadvantages : 1) this is not all inclusive hotel, you have to pay for fruits and fresh on the beach, for hamam, for teens club 2) lack of sun loungers, we had to take it early in the morning 3) bad coffee 4) personal at reception suggested to change our reserved two bedroom suite to one room because of...

I like the room, it's very big and clean. Food is great but food time finish soo early. I loved aquapark it's funny but same it's finish early :D. Night shows is amazing specially Turkish night and extreme show

- Spirits at hotel bar - Jet 2 bar between 20. 00? - only beer and soft drinks at others bars are included but you can buy spirits. - the 24hr burger land isn't 24 hr, it's closed when the main restaurant is open

There’s lots of activities to keep you entertained within the resort, we spent quite of bit £,€ and lira even though it was all inclusive, but did not ruin our visit at all!! We saw a lot of negative social media posts about this place, but deffo exceeded our expectations

I have just returned from this hotel after an absolutely fantastic holiday with my partner and our 9 year old daughter. We read very mixed reviews before going and I was a bit worried about the negative ones

Ice creams are available near the pool for 2 hours and they're very generic s with them. Some entertainment around the pool bar at night as well as during the day. Best entertainment is on the island

Went with a young family, autistic 6 year old boy and 7 year old girl. As a family, we thought it was great. Variety of different food which can be hit and miss but that’s what we expected

there are shops where you can dress up in a 10-minute walk. the only negative is that it takes about 1. 40 to go here from the airport, but we had a wonderful guide and we arrived cheerfully and quickly

The Turks are very tactful, and unobtrusive, unlike the Arabs and this is a big plus. in general, if you are offered this hotel by a travel agency, don’t think, take it, you won’t regret it

The hotel, bedrooms, restaurant lobby and bar Design are definitely 5* but. Room service cleaning is more of 3*. In 9 nights stay our flood didn't seem to be mopped not only once, often feeling the sand on the floor

The animation for adults and children is simply classy 👍🏻 I especially want to mention the animators Mickey, Mustafa and Katya. They have so much energy that you can envy them

Had a deluxe room and once our room sachet coffee was finished,it was never replaced. Again for a 5* hotel you would want to. Have in the bedroom ceramic cup and not paper

Overall great hotel, would certainly recommend. It's not the best you'll find but it's a good 4 star. There are a few grumpy members of staff but nothing too serious. Paying for wifi is a bit much

Beautiful beach with smooth sand, shallow, warm sea and fantastic waves make it a great attraction. Many swimming pools if you decide otherwise. Spacious clean rooms and it's worth to pay an extra for a sea view

You can haggle for it which is really annoying and can even get it for free but they should not be charging for it at all if they want to call themselves 5 star. the entertainment manager at this hotel takes away a star

The family room we had was on the top floor and really spacious with amazing views of the sea and coastline. Food is well varied and really really nice, there's something for everyone to eat

Also Nusrat in the dining area, he was brilliant looking after us at meal times and nothing was too much bother

The beach is sandy with children safe! About the river does not listen - no smell and no sewage! 100 metres from the hotel, local shop - type "Pjaterochki"- everything you need is there

Try the second restaurant, less choice less people!!! Sugary juice like drinks you can get yourself but for a coke or fanta, everyone had to go this one station that's open to get served, so do that first or your already little Lukewarm food will be plain cold

60m deep pool by adults who only mind their own amusement, and then pushed by the same to the middle of the pool, adding foam they lose sight, can't swim and get foamed so they panic, we managed to save a few that were screaming for help, but the adults just party on

The late night buffet, don't get expectations up, it's two pots of soup and defrosted dry bread, but when u arrive late and are probably starving, you will not care 😘 The usual inability often to find a sunbed since the towel claimers do their thing

Plenty of fruit!!! The desert buffet is boring, it's all pretty much the same with different colours, overly sweet and little variation. But do mind I'm not really a fan of sweet stuff or baklava

- The hotel hosts three à la carte restaurants, but they lack variety, offering only one or two main courses. - Reception staff are rude and unhelpful, leading to a frustrating check-in process and overall experience

On the beach there is a bar with drinks and? you will be satisfied with 5 *

- Swimming pools and water slides are entertaining but lack safety measures and lifeguards. - The private beach is a nice perk but overcrowded, making it difficult to find a lounger unless you arrive early

Hotel pool is beautiful, the sea is nice, the food is good, it’s a peaceful hotel. We have no complaints about the staff, it’s fine. We were very satisfied with the smiling faces and drinks. I want to come back!!

I can’t thank the staff enough for how they made are day all were friendly and helpful most spoke English and the ones that didn’t tried their best which is understandable as it’s not their first language

You can also rent a small "house" at the beach area (which me and my mom did) and it was worth it. The food was also very nice they had a broad variety of meat and vegetarian options

The SPA is of excellent service where administrators Adnan and Alla always greets you with a smile. Compliments to every staff member who put a lof of effort to make our visit pleasant and great

The performances by Colombian dancers, the Mongolian circus, and Birol left a lasting impression. Rubi Platinum made our stay incredibly comfortable and enjoyable from start to finish

The staff were efficient and accommodating, ensuring that our rooms were all on the same floor, which made things much easier for us. After check-in, we headed to dinner, where we were greeted with a huge variety of food

The options were plentiful and catered to all tastes, which was a great start to our stay. Our rooms were spacious, clean, and the beds were incredibly comfortable

We were impressed by the daily cleaning service provided by the friendly housekeeping staff, who always ensured our rooms were spotless. However, our experience by the pool was less than ideal

We were unsure about the advertised two à la carte restaurants, as they didn’t seem to stand out. On a positive note, the Turkish bath and massage were amazing

Overall, our experience was positive, but there were a few issues worth noting. Upon arrival at around 8:30 PM, we were pleased with the smooth check-in process

After hearing our side of the story and reviewing the CCTV footage, she apologised for the behaviour of the other guests and confirmed that we were in the right to occupy the empty loungers

Although the Marin doesn't have slides in the pool, there are pools on the Island that do. Eftalia Island is a short walk from the hotel, the all inclusive is also available here

The hotel is super clean, the staff are all very friendly and helpful. The rooms are good, the bed was huge. There's a mini fridge that is free, and stocked daily. The resort is excellent for families with young children

My only negative would be that for an all inclusive holiday there were a lot of extras which had to be paid for

Drinks are not very. But the kitchen is good. The rooms are clean. Slides super. The sea is great.

There are three pools, one has a pirate ship for the kids to play on. There's entertainment on at the Amphitheatre every night, discos on the beach, foam parties, all sorts. It's a great place to stay for families

Travelled as a family- one parent with three teenagers. Great location, decent food, amazing facilities and staff who go well above and beyond to make your experience good

Everyday is a kind of hunting for a free sunbed by the pool, any of the pools and the beach, actually. Catering is rather poor, same dishes everyday, only grilled meals that are made in the yard differ

Cheese, olives, side dishes often too salty. On the last days of our stay we simply decided to skip eating at the main restaurant and chose snacks from the pool bar

Except from the broken baclony door which opened only if pushed really hard, the room is good, clean, housekeepers come everyday, change towels, make beds - that is ok. But facilities of this hotel are another story

Evening programme for kids is the same everyday, while for adults - differs and is rather interesting, so he we give a +. All in all, the hotel is too crowdy for its space and in our eyes, it is not worth 5*

And also thanks to an old man who helped in our hunt of sunbeds several times :) By the way, there are many Russians in the hotel and the staff prefer Russian instead of English

Between the Mediterranean Sea and the Taurus Mountains is beautifully situated our grounds with a total surface of 12,000 m2 directly on the sea. Our beach has a length of 70 meters and has a jetty for lying and staying

We have spent our summer holidays (2022) in this hotel. The rooms were clean and modern, food was tasty and fresh and always plenty to choose from. I loved the sea pier. I would definitely come back again.

The Sirius Deluxe Hotel left an excellent impression on me. From the very beginning, we were greeted by friendly and professional staff. The rooms in the hotel are spacious, modern, and well-equipped

Everywhere is impeccably clean, which makes the stay even more comfortable. The dining is also worth special praise — the variety and quality of the dishes are top-notch

Overall, it is a quality hotel, clean, great facilities, but the employees is what truly made this a great hotel and a good holiday. Only improvement points we see might be the wines and a bit more theme based dinners

What set this resort apart was the exceptional service—every staff member was friendly, attentive, and went out of their way to make our stay memorable

For only staying a week the food was good but did become very similar each day however, there was a "snack bar" open from 1 to 6 which was like a restaurant almost with a set menu with 32 items

Our stay in the White City Resort was overall a great experience. The rooms were spacious, modern, and clean with a balcony

However, the buffet section in general was very busy and they couldn’t always keep up with tidying tables. For a week’s stay you get one visit to the restaurant on site and I would definitely recommend the barbecue

They have vanilla, strawberry, chocolate and pistachio icecream flavours available! The evening entertainment is the only poor bit really - bingo is fun! I’ve always understood that Turkey 5 star is like standard 3/4 star so don’t expect magnificence, but also go with an open mind because it’s lovely and the staff are friendly enough, though most don’t speak good English - enough to get where you need...

It was a really good vacation! We were in the bungalow and not in the main building, which had its advantages. Free Wi-Fi with good coverage even on the beach. On-site souvenir shop with really affordable prices

I was in this hotel in period 26. The first shock came after opening the door from the room. The room was very dirty, especially bed sheets !!! We were 3 persons and extra bed was missing as well

however, it didn't last as long as it could have. the rooms are neat and tidy, cleaned daily if needed. Bars, as in the hotel description, open according to the required time (or all day)

the alcohol is very good and strong, I wouldn't say it's Turkish like in other hotels, you can really feel the degrees in the alcohol. All staff are very friendly and helpful, they speak English and Russian

I visited this hotel in the fall (to be precise, September 16-21). since it was not my first trip to Turkey, I knew what to expect

The hotel is lying in the hotel area but you can walk about 7 minutes to the market place with some shops and restaurants. Busses and taxi can take you to Alanya
