If you are looking for holiday with the family don’t look anywhere else :) the best place to spend your time with the family this hotel cosy staff are very friendly welcoming and respectful if I could give 20 stars I would 🌟 🌟🌟🌟🌟

The hotel is kept spotlessly clean from morning until night, and the rooms are also very well cleaned every day. The food is varied and very tasty each day. All hotel staff are extremely kind and always helpful

When we returned to the hotel in the evening, Guest Relations called our room to ask how our daughter was feeling, whether we needed anything, and reminded us that we could always turn to them if needed

We highly recommend it if needed. The medical personnel were professional, competent, and extremely kind. To cheer up our daughter, the doctor made balloons out of gloves and drew pictures on them

Food was alittle bland but there catering for alot of people from all over the world so overall you can complain and you certainly won't go hungry. The entertainment starts alittle late but was something on every night

Although very busy big hotel is was very good, lots of swimming pools and slides, food for fussy eaters, rooms were cleaned every day, water and toilet roll filled daily, cleaners always left bedding shaped into animals which my children loved, great entertainment for the children only thing was it was quite late at night, lots of options for excursions, free taxi to some of the local restaurants,...

Staff very helpful took luggage to rooms on morning of our arrival, bar men and cleaners all very friendly although they didn't speak much English but that wasn't a problem as we were in their country after all

We caught the bus into the town which was quite hectic on the way back as it was crammed with people. Small beach at the hotel which really made it great

Not enoug ingormation about hotel restaurant during check in. Didn't get any information about breakfast or dinner time, also water in aquapark on the beach is not suitable for kids, water is very cold

One of the most beautiful hotels in Turkey. The hotel complex is very large and very extensive. Nothing is missing, several restaurants, several swimming pools and many services

Beautiful beach with smooth sand, shallow, warm sea and fantastic waves make it a great attraction. Many swimming pools if you decide otherwise. Spacious clean rooms and it's worth to pay an extra for a sea view

5 years ago we also were here. Now they have done some great renovations. Even 2 a la carte restaurants. The animation team is amazing. Especially Veronika is doing a great job. The personal from the bar is friendly

Lovely clean hotel, went with my mate, we were the only British people there, the staff don't speak English and hotel full of Russians, they dont smile and find them very greedy at meal times, spoilt the holiday because it would of been better if it was cattered for the British too

- The hotel hosts three à la carte restaurants, but they lack variety, offering only one or two main courses. - Reception staff are rude and unhelpful, leading to a frustrating check-in process and overall experience

On the beach there is a bar with drinks and? you will be satisfied with 5 *

- Swimming pools and water slides are entertaining but lack safety measures and lifeguards. - The private beach is a nice perk but overcrowded, making it difficult to find a lounger unless you arrive early

Hotel pool is beautiful, the sea is nice, the food is good, it’s a peaceful hotel. We have no complaints about the staff, it’s fine. We were very satisfied with the smiling faces and drinks. I want to come back!!

Overall a nice stay and we had a nice break. Food in the main restaurant was average, breakfast does not cater for British people. Lunch and dinner in the main restaurant was also very poor, dry and bland

Wow, what can I say about this hotel? The food is amazing, with lots of choices. The Turkish night was beautiful. The snack bar had a few options, but it was worth it

Burgers, pizza, pasta dishes with chips were available. Drinks included bottles, glasses, cocktails, and slushies. It's a clean hotel with friendly staff

The food was very similar each day but there are nice cheap restaurants (£15 per person average) only 5 minute walk away so food was not an issue. There are also many clothes shops in the same area

Pool were a bit small at the first sight but after it it’s pretty okay. They have sea side as well and you can use there as well if you want. Rooms were really clean and it was cleaned every day as requested

I came here from Ireland for feel the sun a bit with my fiance. But it is more than you can see in the pictures. Foods were amazing and you can find lots of different options

Hotel has lots of activities to attend to, i highly recommend to join the activities with animation team :)) Personally we enjoyed beach volleyball for couple of days and dart games where we had lots of fun twice a day (lots of children though even if they can join children darts in other parts of the hotel - resort or royal, but still fun)

The Entertainment is really nice, there is a lot of things to do, special thanks to Entertainer Burak who organized the best "killing dart" with his sense of humor and energy, he is a super nice person, the right person in the right place

The beach and hotel services appear to be very well according to what i paid inside. Great value! Friendly staff, delicious open buffet meals. You can leave your kid to mini club to enjoy yourself

On the beach - games in the boccia, volleyball, water aerobics, etc. Evening shows differently when it was interesting, if not pretty. After the show sometimes there were evenings by the pool, we found bingo and karaoke

A lot of advantages: sea a few steps from the hotel, clean beach. Decent rooms, however to go from case "C" drive, but for us it was not a problem. Birthday no bonuses, in addition to greeting cards on the door

What's not to like - so it's not very warm attitude to Russian tourists, as the hotel had many tourists from Germany, the difference in communicating with staff was obvious. It kind of ruined the emotional joy

We had 3 teenagers with us 13,15 &16 and they could never eat in the main restaurant as there was nothing they would eat but fortunately the snack bar suited them and they had their meals in there

Also a minus point for the service is that we have two things broken in our room and they still haven't come (6 days have passed since reported 😕) to repair it. The bartenders are very nice and the drinks are good too
