This hotel offers one of the best sand beach and cuisine in Alanya-Antalya region with high Price/Quality level. Shore smooth and suitable for little kids

The hotel is clean, well staffed, there is loads to do within the grounds and the shared facilities with the Pegasos Royal & Pegasos Club which are either side of the Pegasos Resort

The family room we had was on the top floor and really spacious with amazing views of the sea and coastline. Food is well varied and really really nice, there's something for everyone to eat

Hotel focused especially on Russian and German tourists. Crew not very friendly as for Turkish. Beach very nice, food the same every day. No vegetarian dishes, for those on a diet, mainly fast food

The pool was huge but if you have like a baby kids I would not recommend it because it goes up to like 10 or 15 feet deep other than that I would recommend it it's amazing service is great the rooms are great the location is great five stars for everything if I had you I would give it a million

5 years ago we also were here. Now they have done some great renovations. Even 2 a la carte restaurants. The animation team is amazing. Especially Veronika is doing a great job. The personal from the bar is friendly

- Swimming pools and water slides are entertaining but lack safety measures and lifeguards. - The private beach is a nice perk but overcrowded, making it difficult to find a lounger unless you arrive early

Hotel pool is beautiful, the sea is nice, the food is good, it’s a peaceful hotel. We have no complaints about the staff, it’s fine. We were very satisfied with the smiling faces and drinks. I want to come back!!

Fantastic hotel stayed here for a week 4 adults a teenager and an 11 year old. we all had a great time plenty of activities for all. The pools were great and the aqua parks (both) were super fun

Extremely good location, close to the beach. Reception staff not very friendly, poor customer service, they speak in Turkish in front of customers. Very poor English, they don’t smile

I can’t thank the staff enough for how they made are day all were friendly and helpful most spoke English and the ones that didn’t tried their best which is understandable as it’s not their first language

Food was good plenty of dishes snack bars dotted around the hotel and great to have a pizza bar. We will be definitely coming back again

Hotel is clean and nice all staff was helpful and polite, not rating excellent because of sleeping our windows was to sea and every evening was really hard because of shows noise we was travelling with kid who goes to sleep early so this was difficult for us

Not very big but nice and cosy hotel. The beach has a sandy comming into the see. You can find many snack bars around the pool and beach. There is an inside pool, sauna's too. Late night food is also available

The hotel is located in a great location, close to the city which gives it great access to get the local goods to bring home. There is also a great access to the beach and a shower to clean yourself from salty water :)

When it comes to food, there are plenty options for everyone - lots of salads, fruits, amazing cheeses. Even the season is nearly over, the staff makes sure the guests feel welcomed

The employees are all very friendly, pleasant, with a sense of humor. Our room was always clean and we had lots of fun. I especially liked the guys responsible for the activities and the woman Asiye is very cute.
