Our recent company trip to Antalya was truly memorable due to the exceptional service at the Numa Bay Exclusive Hotel. The staff's warmth and professionalism stood out from the moment we arrived. The hotel is stunning, with comfortable, stylish rooms and excellent facilities. Its location near the beach and beautiful views were ideal. A special mention must go to Elif, the Guest Relationship Officer, whose attentive and friendly service ensured everything ran smoothly throughout our stay. We’d also like to thank Sinan, Dean and Fatih from the activities team for organising enjoyable and engaging events that added to our experience. I highly recommend Numa Bay Exclusive Hotel for any company looking for a top-tier experience. The combination of luxury and outstanding staff made our trip unforgettable. Thanks to Elif, Dean, Sinan, Fatih, and the team for making our visit memorable.

Entertainment was really good and animation team was fantastic (especially bob). Staff couldn’t do enough to help and the guest services were also really helpful. Restaurant got very busy and not enough staff and was also very frustrating that between 4pm and 630 they had no food availability. I raised this with guest services but was frustrating as if you came back on trip nothing was available. Overall was a good holiday but definitely could be cleaner and better maintained.

The room service was brilliant, fridge always restocked and towels replaced. Staff are very polite, engaging and entertaining. Worker BOB was brilliant, very funny and bought us many laughs, gives great advice.

Hotel was clean bright spacious We stayed in a family room which was ample for a family of 4 Rooms cleaned everyday Mini fridge stocked up Also bathroom was topped up with the essentials Staff were polite and warm Variety of food was excellent Daily and nightly entertainment was also very good for free Different pools for kids and adults as well as the slides Outside the hotel there was a few places to to eat and plenty of shops to buy souvenirs etc There was no need to travel to Alanya to purchase anything This was the first time in turkey The grandkids have not stopped asking when we will be going back Need I say anymore

Amazing stay as usual, this was our 3rd visit to Numa bay and and we love coming once a year, the service is great, hotel is beautiful and staff really go out of their way their way to ensure you enjoy your stay in particular- Dean from guest relations who and always checks that we are ok and sorts anything out that is needed he works very hard, he is always walking around the hotel and create good relationships with the guests. Deanna and Eliz also from guest relations also go out of their way to make our experience great. Bar staff are great in particular Victor who works so hard and makes great cocktails and always has a smile on his face and also has a great relationship with guests, Eray from the beach bar also great checking on us and works so hard, Alibaba restaurant amazing food and staff especially Okkes, Sadiq, Memhet, Salih were so lovely and always made sure we had everything we needed. Rooms are lovely very modern and clean, food is great a good variety each night and they really go out of their way to make each night different especially Turkish night where you can get a lot of authentic Turkish dishes which we love! as well as the Alibaba Ala carte restaurant especially at lunch! You will never be with out food and drinks even if breakfast and lunch are over as the snack bar and pattiserie bar as open. great enterainment. Overall our stay was 10/10 as always no complaints normally with other hotels that we go to there are at least small issues that bother us but not at numa and any small issue is resolved immediately there is always a staff member around to help with anything you need, we feel so comfortable and safe. Numa is a home away from home! thank you to all the amazing staff at Numa Bay that go above and beyond for us everytime and make our experience amazing you are like family to us x

I have had the best time at Numa Bay hotel. We have been here for 2 weeks and I have thoroughly enjoyed myself. Dean at guest relations was so helpful, friendly and always around if you need to ask anything. If you have any problems at all Dean is the person to speak to. I have a nut allergy so he took me to meet the chefs and advised me what to do etc. All the chefs were very helpful and one even made me something different for dinner which I really appreciated. All staff at Numa Bay were friendly and made us all feel welcome and went above and beyond. There’s plenty of activities and entertainment for everyone to do and enjoy. The entertainment team are all so friendly and energetic, they have such good ideas for the evening entertainment for example the Moulin Rouge themed garden party. There is also plenty of drinks and food choices to choose from in the bars and restaurants. I couldn’t recommend a better hotel to stay at in Turkey than Numa Bay. I will definitely be back and will 100% recommend to anyone who is interested in visiting Turkey.

I have been travelling to Turkey for over 25 years and have been to a variety of different hotels. This trip was my first time to Anlaya. We travelled as a family of 4, as two adults and 2 children age 5 and 8 years. The moment we arrived I was impressed with how grand the hotel looked. There was juice, apples, mints and Turkish delight in reception. We were checked in quickly and our bags were taken to our room. The room was spacious and extremely clean. The food at the hotel has been excellent for the whole two weeks we've been here. We have always found something to eat and there is so much choice. The kids buffet was a great idea too. The restaurant staff all work really hard clearing tables and they are very polite. The kids club was very good, again made special by the staff Akin and Martina were excellent with the kids. The Al la Carte restaurant was excellent and again the staff were all friendly and attentive. Our drinks were always really nice and this is the first hotel in Turkey that uses good spirits,all cocktails tasted like they would back home. The entertainment team go out of their way to keep to involved and busy. Jonny and Kayta in particular always make time to check in and make sure everyone is having fun. The people working around the pool don't stop all day collecting glasses and we've never seen dirty glasses or plates being left. The evening entertainment was really good and the kids enjoyed the mini disco, we enjoyed the shows especially the Colombian dancers who were outstanding. The spa was clean and staff here were also really friendly. The guest services team were the best I've ever had on holiday. Nothing was too much for them. One lady discovered it was my birthday and she arranged for the room to be decorated and a small gift was sent. The main man of Numa Bay is Dean from guest services. He walks around all day checking that people are OK and dealing with any requests. He went out of his way to make sure we knew where everything was and what was available as guests. He always has a smile on his face and its clear he is extremely professional and good at his job. We knew if we did have an issue (which we didnt) that Dean was the man to sort it. We heard other guests say exactly the same. We love Numa and will definitely be coming back!!

Returning guests amazing place❤️we absolutely love the Numa bay! Traveling with kids from 5-14 years and so much for them to do! Big shout out to Dean( Steve) who has been absolutely amazing during our returning visit! Definitely an asset to the hotel! As is Victor both go above and beyond! Hotel is so clean Entertainment brilliant! Good and drinks they deserve a Michelin award! You will never go hungry! Or thirsty strong good quality drinks! Coffee bar is amazing Hotel is situated in a beautiful location! The wok house was amazing! Alibabas is brilliant especially the snack service! Beach is beautiful Returning guest party was fabulous and made you feel like family! We really don't want to go home!! But be sure we will be back next year for a visit of not before ❤️ Thank you Numa bay for another wonderful stay!

We spent 9 days at NUMA Bay Exclusive and honestly—it still didn’t feel like enough! From the very beginning, the hotel staff went above and beyond to make sure every guest felt welcome and cared for. Their attention to detail and dedication to service were clear in everything they did. A special mention goes to Victor, who stood out with his friendly attitude and willingness to help. The SPA team—Denis, Natali, and Ani—made us feel truly special and pampered. Their professionalism and warmth created an unforgettable experience of relaxation and care. The entertainment team was simply outstanding! Huge compliments to Katia, Amir, Moni, and Johnny for keeping the energy up and smiles on everyone’s faces. They were always cheerful, approachable, and full of positive energy. You could really feel they care about every guest. And the food? It deserves Michelin stars. Every meal was a delight, beautifully presented and full of flavor. I even had the chance to shake the chef's hand—what an honor. Chapeau bas! This place is a gem. We’ll definitely be coming back!
