Numa Bay Exclusive Hotel - Ultra All Inclusive

We enjoyed our stay in this nice, quality hotel - it had all you need: enough swimming pools and activities for kids and adults, good entertainment, lots of plants, big selection of fresh food, everything clean and modern, very lovely bar area by the beach. Lovely girl Renata working in guest relations who helped us a lot ☺️✌️ our first visit with two small kids was very comfortable, would consider coming here again :)

We're here for a 10 day stay and have had a brillant stay so far. We booked a swim up pool which is very spacious and feels very private. We also didn't realise that having this room meant you could eat in the steak restaurant as many times as you want. A great option if you want more variety from the other restaurants. Be warned though there is alot of food if you choose to have the set menu. The heated pool is a winner as the other pool can be very cold. The beach bar is very idyllic. Everyone has been very friendly and helpful especially Victor in the lobby bar ( kindly accommodated our requests for footie on the tv ) and Dean the guest relations manager always on hand with a smile to help answer our questions. It would be nice to see some more activities for the older kids that don't want to use kids club like maybe footie games or kids water polo. Overall a lovely hotel that has everything you could need. Shops are directly outside as well which is handy.

Luxurious hotel, right by the seaside. Quite new. Rooms are very spacious, overall service is above regular turkish 5* average. Small toboggans area for kids, 3 toboggans also for older kids. Beach is smaller. Overall, I would say good value for price.

Food: Amazing. Lots of variety and more high end then any other hotel I’ve been too.

Room: clean, modern, great AC. Comfy bed. Big room, really nice!

Staff: great staff. Shout out to Osman for his amazing help. Dean also who was really informative, helpful and always helped us when needed with various things. And a big shout out to Isaaac for his help with our trips, he was super helpful!! Arranged all our trips and even changed one of ours last minute when I got ill on holiday and had to rearrange he made no fuss about it, changed it for a few days later so we didn’t miss out.

He was always there to help us and ensure we were looked after, which made the holiday even better.

5 star experience, we will be back at Numa bay next year.

They came for a birthday. + Hotel on the first coastline. The view from the room windows is wonderful. The food is excellent compared to other hotels. There are slides and a place for children to have fun. On the beach there is sand and a pier from where you can jump into the sea. Animation is present. In the evening, the design of the hotel helps you to have a romantic walk around the hotel. The hotel is very pleasant. There is almost no chlorine in the pool. - The only negative is alcohol. Mostly free charge is served, the local cheapest purchased in bulk. You can drink, but heartburn or headache appears. Imports are served in the lobby for eksra. Conclusion: We will definitely come again in a month for a longer time, but with our own alcohol.

We rested at the Numa bay exclusive hotel, upon arrival they settled very quickly. . ROOM: we had a very clean, bright and fresh room overlooking the sea, I liked everything about cleaning every day. CUISINE: varied and very tasty, a little secret for coffee lovers, on the second floor near the reception there are 3 machines with the most delicious coffee on average. . SEA: we always rested and sunbathed on the pier, there were enough sunbeds, upon check-in we were given 2 cards for towels for the sea, they had to be handed over every day, and the next to take clean ones. . EXCURSIONS: they didn’t take excursions from the hotel guide too intrusively, all this happens, and we initially decided that we would be on our own, the guides say that it’s impossible to go to the center in Alanya, we very quickly waited for the bus and left, the journey from Turkler to Cleopatra is 7.5 lira per person, in the same place we rented a scooter 90 lira per day + refueling 30 lira and went to the fortress, the view is of course very beautiful, I recommend to go see everything on your own, the nature is very beautiful. . I recommend the hotel, but always stay with your opinion, and double-check any information received at the hotel, everything said by the guide was not true. . Special thanks to the hotel staff, they worked like bees) . I also remembered that we found a very cool shop, of course we didn’t buy magnets, but stocked up on soap and creams, I’ll attach photos, the shop is located immediately after we left the hotel, we crossed the road on the left side there will be a Cleopatra tattoo studio and the next shop where we bought fragrant soaps, the hostess is very friendly.

I liked everything, very cool! The only thing!! For example, they didn’t know what, where and when yoga or sports events take place, that you can dine not in 3 places, but more, there is still time and appointment. That some restaurants are closed. The mini club is open by the hour. In short, the lack of information about the services of the hotel. And everything is at the highest level. The hotel is very high quality, clean and with decent and friendly staff. And for the future, you have a lot of children, and the playground is small, you need to increase it!!!

Very good hotel! Everything is cool, especially cool if you come with children! Cool staff, 5+. The evening program from the hotel staff is not very (anyhow), it can be done much better! And everything is just perfect!

Good hotel, all clean and nice... Good atmosphere...
Calling it ultra all inclusive is far from reality ;)
No imported alkohol unless paid extra, food available only till 21.00.
