Very rude client service overall.
For our group o e person was poisoned, they do not have normal ambulance or emergency services.
We had 2 analysis from hospital that it is food poisoning, and they said that they do not care until it will not be 30 cases. We do not ask for money back, just for 2-3 days plus.
They did not even provide us 2-3 days in plus for the days we missed, neither a voucher for the next season.
There are no chairs for all people on the seaside, and the water in pool is very cold.
The food is repeating and u can see that the
The room for 2 people did not have 2 blankets, we needed to ask for it.
the dishes in the kitchen are dirty with fats or dry eggs.
The glasses are dirty.

It was our hanymoon holiday. We got the worst room I've ever seen during all my travels. The room in the farthest building was very dark, it felt like we were in a dungeon (even if I remember correctly -2nd floor, that's saying a lot), there was a terrible smell of mold and humidity, the air conditioner didn't work, there was a tall hedge outside the window that blocked all the light that could come through the window, and people were walking right next to the window, when you couldn't even change clothes without night curtains, because that's the layout of the room, unfortunately. I'm not even talking about the "honeymoon surpriese” in the room. And this is a 5-star hotel. I just wanted to cry. And not because of a really expensive trip, like to Turkey, but because of such memories that only happen once in a lifetime. When we went back to the reception after inspecting the room, we were told that there were 0 possibilities to change the room. They also added that if we called our agency to arrange a room change, they would tell them the same fact: no chance. Finally they took a bribe to get us another, better room.

So you can be wrong in a first impression on the first evening in a hotel in the overall impression. Sorry for that.
First of all: be careful when booking or checking in not to get the rooms facing the 6-lane road in front of the hotel, they are loud and, in my opinion, not suitable for sleeping. This should be clearer in the room description.
We had criticised this as a family of 3 and, together with two friends, received a large attic suite with two separate apartments right on the beach from the team at the front desk. It was super accommodating. A dream.
The food is also great, with a huge selection of dishes. The service has been very friendly and committed so far.
The outdoor pools are now, in mid-October, unfortunately already too cold to stay in with children (for long). At least one heated pool would be useful here.
But at least the sea is still pleasant and the beach facilities are also very cosy and romantic with the various pavilions. Please check the wooden children's play area with the slides. The kids love it, but some of the wooden parts are loose or torn out.
The kids' club and the playground right next to the main building are also great and very popular with our kids.
The musical last night at the Fiscus Show Centre was really captivating and, as far as we laymen can tell, also artistically very sophisticated. We haven't seen anything like it in many years at other hotels.
We are having a great time here and we really have to mention the cleaning ladies here, who have a huge heart for children and show it all the time.
A small point of criticism is the lack of an iron in the rooms and the costs starting at 2 EUR for ironing, even per item of children's clothing. When on holiday with toddlers, with the beach, with various children's playgrounds, sometimes in the water, sometimes out of the water, eating three meals a day and so on, 100+ items can easily accumulate and unfortunately it gets very unrealistically expensive here.
But otherwise we are having a great time and are looking forward to the next few days. Thank you

* Food: An extensive selection of delicious options, with plenty of snacks available almost all the time. A special mention to the lovely lady baking pies on the beach!
* Service: Exceptionally attentive, kind, and efficient, with outstanding service, especially at the Citrus bar.
* Rooms: The beds were incredibly comfortable, and the rooms were cleaned daily.
The entertainment team created a wonderful atmosphere, with night shows that were truly exciting. The performances by Colombian dancers, the Mongolian circus, and Birol left a lasting impression.
Rubi Platinum made our stay incredibly comfortable and enjoyable from start to finish. We will definitely be recommending it to our friends.

Rubi Platinum SPA Resort & Suits is my favorite place to go to. During my last trip it didn't disappoint. Wonderfully spent time. Food is as always good quality with plenty of options to meet the needs of every taste. The SPA is of excellent service where administrators Adnan and Alla always greets you with a smile. Compliments to every staff member who put a lof of effort to make our visit pleasant and great. Rubi Platinum SPA Resort & Suits is a place where we always want to come back!

We had a nice holiday with the cousins. We were extremely pleased with the hotel's food and services. The waiters were very friendly and attentive. The hotel's night activities and shows were very nice. The animation team was fun and caring. There are many activities such as archery, volleyball and dancing. Thank you very much to everyone who made us have a nice holiday👍🏼

A very nice place for a vacation, the hotel is worthy of praise, good rooms as well as room service. Pleasant and beautiful atmosphere, friendly and professional staff, the restaurant service is commendable. Friendly waiters who inquire about your wishes every 5 minutes and are overall very pleasant people. I also want to give special attention to the Animator (huge respect to Mustafa) as well as all the activities in the hotel in general, friendly people always in a good mood and trying to boost the energy in each of the hotel's activities. In the case of nightlife at the hotel, it is also present. In it, the Animators also burst into beautiful dances to good music from DJ Carlos.

I was a guest at this hotel for about 9 days and I can't say anything bad about this hotel.(We booked all-inclusive)
They had very nice staff and a beautiful beach area.
You can also rent a small "house" at the beach area (which me and my mom did) and it was worth it. I highly recommend it.
The food was also very nice they had a broad variety of meat and vegetarian options. And the desserts were my all-time favourite (especially the strawberry ones🤤)
One thing i would improve though, are the rooms alongside the street, since it can be a bit louder at night because of the cars, but it wasn't unbearable (it wasn't that extreme, but it was very different since I am from Germany).
They had very nice staff and a beautiful beach area.
You can also rent a small "house" at the beach area (which me and my mom did) and it was worth it. I highly recommend it.
The food was also very nice they had a broad variety of meat and vegetarian options. And the desserts were my all-time favourite (especially the strawberry ones🤤)
One thing i would improve though, are the rooms alongside the street, since it can be a bit louder at night because of the cars, but it wasn't unbearable (it wasn't that extreme, but it was very different since I am from Germany).

This hotel exceeded my expectations Rubi Platinum Spa Resort & Suites. How beautiful, harmonious, and refined everything is! I will not describe details of food, cleaning, service, beach, hammam, etc., because... all at the highest level. . I usually don’t like to visit the same hotel again and again, but I definitely plan to fly to this one in the fall. Feel the taste of a fairy tale again. We spent 2 weeks in the second half of April. There are very few people and that's great. The water in the sea has not yet warmed up to a comfortable +20. Wonderful weather. A real gastrotour. And an alcohol tour for those interested. Martel and chivas for every taste. There are no tourists from Russia, and yet Russian songs are played at the disco. The guests are mainly from Poland and Lithuania. I recommend it.
