Melis Hotel Kusadasi

This place is the worst. They do everything the minimum requirement level. We stayed there with a group, we had 6 rooms reserved and everyone of them was different than the other, and had different problems. Ours didn’t have light bulbs, one had a shower that lathered up when the water was opened, the other’s door disn’t close, the tv was black and white, the carpets were stained, the ac was leaking. We had one room with a baby and one room with two people, the baby room had two single beds, the two person room had a double bed and a couch. No standart at all, there is a main building, one seperate building with 4 rooms, one totally seperate building with family suits and one that was outside the facility gates that was probably a summer house at some point but but now added to the hotel. Its doors opened directly to the street, no security.
No toiletries at all, rooms had soap and shampoo dispensers but none were working. All in all it was too much of everything to be discarded as coincidence.
At check in there was a tourist that had a disagreement with the receptionist, they were talking about a problem, the guest mentioned they didn’t make a big deal about the other thing but this was too much. We should have understood something was wrong with this place from the check in.
Oh and the sea is the worst location Kusadasi has to offer, choose a place farther from the city center.
