Ilayda Avantgarde Hotel

My stay at the Ilayda Avantgarde Hotel was nothing short of perfection. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the pristine cleanliness of the entire hotel. Every corner sparkled, and the attention to detail was evident everywhere.

The breakfast at Ilayda Avantgarde was a highlight of my stay. Enjoying a delicious and varied spread while gazing out at the stunning view was an unforgettable way to start each day. The fresh, local ingredients and beautifully presented dishes made every morning a delightful experience.

One of the best features of this hotel is its central location. It’s incredibly convenient, allowing easy access to all the major attractions and activities. Despite its prime position, the hotel remains wonderfully quiet, providing a peaceful retreat from the bustling city.

Another significant advantage is the included parking, which made exploring the area hassle-free. The convenience of having secure parking available added to the overall ease and comfort of my stay.

Ilayda Avantgarde Hotel truly exceeded all my expectations. With its impeccable cleanliness, amazing breakfast with a view, central yet silent location, and included parking, it offers everything you could possibly want for a perfect stay. I can't wait to return!

Everyone was nice. The rooms are great loved the rain shower head. The ocean view is so beautiful. The rooftop pool area is great.

Great location! The only problem was our AC in the room didn’t get very cold and the wall thermostat wouldn’t let us change our fan speed. And every time you open the balcony door; the air shuts off. The breakfast was nice and everything was walkable.

In my opinion the hotel has the most strategic location amongst others. The front office employee was really nice and helpful, but I find the employees serving in the breakfast section a bit disrespectful, I understand that 10.30 is when breakfast is due, but I wasn't taking anymore food. I had fruits on my table, but the server kept bothering me by trying to take my plate, maybe it is just the culture here and if it is then im in the wrong. But from my experience, after breakfast is due, guests still can chill and stuff. This hotel also has a fitness center with adequate facilities which was great!

Lovely hotel with great A/C and smartly outfitted rooms. The rooftop deck is AWESOME, as it has craft cocktails and a gorgeous pool. The view of the harbor and superb location make this a GREAT hotel.
There is a Starbucks adjacent to the Hotel Lobby.

Good facilities in a match- box like space.. Wonderful view of the sea.. In the heart of Kusadasi overlooking the bay Area.. Right next to the marina and accessible to good seaside restaurants.. Complimentary Breakfast spread was delicious.. Lovely seating options in the rooftop restaurant

It was wonderful staying again at the hotel. Murat was very helpful with all our questions and made our stay memorable. We will come back here again.

I stayed here with my family for 2 nights and had a very relaxing stay. The room was clean and tidy. We booked a double room and they provided a free bed for my 6 year old son. The views from rooftop of the sea were amazing. The complimentary breakfast was very good with a huge variety of dishes. The only issue we had was with the wifi being too slow otherwise this property is a value for money.

We stayed for 3 nights. We were upgraded to a complimentary premium room. Widespread breakfast & amazing view from restaurant. Pleasant service from all staff. The hotel is within easy reach to places of interest within the city.
