The food was another highlight, with a different cuisine featured each evening, ensuring that we never got bored with our meals. The hotel itself was spotless, with excellent maintenance, and the coffee and Turkish tea were simply amazing.
What truly sets this hotel apart is its unique layout. Rather than a typical high-rise, it's designed like a small city with low buildings surrounded by beautiful gardens, creating a peaceful and charming atmosphere. I highly recommend staying here – it’s a perfect retreat for families looking for both relaxation and fun.
Everything was great. The food was varied and delicious. There was something for everyone. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We would especially like to mention the waiter Mert Cemal Atli, he was very nice.
The pools were clean, the slides were varied. The cocktails we tried were all delicious.
The massage was great, but I think a bit pricey.
The mattress in the room was very hard. (I like hard mattresses, but this was too much).
In the cafe area, children are offered to color different figures, but there are no prices shown anywhere. It seemed like it was included in the price of the stay. After the child decides that he wants to color something, a man comes up and tells us the cost (10-15 euros). We were a little upset by this, because it looks a bit like manipulation of children. (The child has already decided to color something and the parent has to pay to avoid tears)
We really liked everything, we would like to come back for a longer period.
Overall it was a lovely experience and would recommend it, especially if the above recommendations are looked into and fixed
