Mini bar refilled every day
The pools were clean but you do need to be sharp to get a decent bed, especially if you need to be close so can watch children.
All inc services throughout were fantastic. Yes the main buffet caters more for other nationalities rather than British but there was always something to eat.
We booked 2 al a carte nights (part of all inc) Itallian restaurant was amazing! We really really enjoyed the food we were served here(it is a set starter, then you choose from pasta,pizza and main)
The waffle station was a big hit with my son as was the patiserie.
The location of hotel is remote however we did take a taxi (€15ew) to Lands of Ledgends at night (free entry) and we took a transfer to Side (€70 return) which we really enjoyed.
The snack bar is a little slow at times and the staff understandinf English is a challange at times but nothing google translate cant help with.
We would happily stay again.
Rooms are dated but cleaning staff work hard to keep standards up.
Staff mixed. Many struggle with English if you’re looking for advice on what to do here at resort or even trips don’t expect any help or advice. In the end I had to rely on Google.
Majority of staff were helpful and friendly to their best ability. But what ruined it for me was the Rude Arrogant man at Spa. We met with a lovely gentleman on arrival who gave us options we were happy to go and book before we left. When we then went to book at the spa he was off. The gentlemen on the desk was very rude and hostile why offer deals if you can’t see them through we walked away as they line of this is business you want for free NO WHO SAID THAT I’m aware of time we are also a business that is not what I asked I asked for the package that was offered after being here for a week this really has ruined our expectations where I wasn’t going to leave feedback pushed me to. I wouldn’t come back here personally feel they really need to work harder on information for guests.
First time at an all inclusive, impressive food variety, ok quality.
They have a fairly nice tennis courts but it's irrelevant because they charge you for rackets, they only have two and one of them is a kids racket and their not especially well maintained.
"Water park" is couple slides with dodgy plastic stairs to climb up
The beach has a pear that's falling apart, you wouldn't dear climb on to it
The water sports activity prices are very expensive but you can pay extra for a drone to follow
