Consists of a 6 - storey main building and seven 3 - storey blocks Family Pool Suite and seventeen 2 - storey Villas.
Beach: private sandy beach, 1200 m from the hotel. Umbrellas, sunbeds, mattresses – free, the pavilions on the beach – fee. Between the hotel and the beach promenade, underpass. There is a Shuttle to the beach.
- For all categories of rooms: beach bag and other Souvenirs in the room on the arrival day, for children - 0,2 l milk carton and the unit for heating baby food (Family suite. Family Pool Suites), Blueray surround and multifilm (Villas).

The highlight for us was the outdoor spaces which are fantastic. We loved meeting our friends down by the river to enjoy an evening drink while we watched the sun set. The river side location is excellent and the restaurants that sit on the river offer a wonderful dinning experience. We particularly enjoyed the Greek restaurant where the evening entertainment was really good fun.
The hotel rooms are well equipped, clean and spacious and we had no complaints. The gym, water park, swimming pools were all great additions to the overall experience as well as the beach where we really enjoyed catching the train or the boat down from the hotel which was a three minute trip.
The staff are friendly and happy but could do with a little more organising from management as you’d get asked about drinks etc on more than one occasion and sometimes the services was a bit slow, not the end of the world as you are on holiday. The buffet was good but not exceptional compared to other resorts in the area and could do with a little more refinement.
The hotel is huge with lots of people over a vast area and we did find that the WIFI was temperamental depending on where you were on the complex.
The hotel caters for lots of differing preferences and for us there was probably a little too much sport focus and hence a lot of football and golf fans were catered for in terms of TVs and bars.
The main pool was wonderful and not too deep for the children you did need to get down early to reserve your spot but there was plenty of spaces if you didn’t mind not being pool side.
Overall we really enjoyed our stay and the hotel offers fantastic value for money. If you are looking for a really polished and higher quality food and beverage offering then maybe consider other hotels.
The buffet is extensive but surprisingly not as many main options to choose from as you would expect and when the hotel is busy it is almost like rush hour on the underground. It is worth it however especially when you sit outside and enjoy the sunshine. The a la carte restaurants are definitely worth the extra expense! We went to the steak restaurant (incredible!!) and the Greek restaurant (so much fun - kids had an amazing time!)
I understand it’s just out of season but if this was my first experience I probably wouldn’t return!
I would also like to add the shop inside the hotel is criminally expensive, they tried to charge me 220 euros for an inflatable that I found on eBay for 25! Surely this has to be addressed by some one. The shop owner blamed his high rent, as you can imagine there was very few inflatables in the pools. Here’s a thought, lower your prices and perhaps you’ll sell more!
