Sirene Belek Hotel

- The hotel facilities are excellent, with easy check-in and check-out processes.
- The room was clean, neat, and spacious.
- The kids club was the highlight of our stay; my children loved the daily programs filled with diverse activities. The facility is well-equipped with toys, and the staff, led by Manager Kate, put in tremendous effort to create a fun and welcoming environment. The mini disco show was a particular favorite.
- The night shows are fantastic and professionally executed. The evening ambiance, whether at the pool bar or during the stage shows, is wonderful.
- I highly recommend this hotel for families looking to enjoy a resort holiday without needing to venture outside.
- The number of staff is impressive, always available to assist with a smile.
- The only area for improvement is the quality of the food. While it’s not bad, I expected better to match the overall quality of the facilities.

Due to the beauty of the resort and the weather, I wish I had booked my entire vacation in Antalya here. It’s perfect for relaxation and escaping life’s pressures. Everyone is happy and cheerful, including my little ones. The weather in September is amazing, the sun is warm, and the atmosphere is incredible. We never leave the sea 🤣, and even when we do, we don't feel cold. I can say it’s the best weather I’ve experienced during my travels, and in a fantastic resort. Everyone is friendly and offers their services with warmth. We had an issue with a taxi driver who tried to overcharge us, but the receptionist handled the situation with great professionalism and helped us. I wish I knew her name to thank her. In short, this is the dream resort for the entire family.

Nice place with clean, spacious rooms and friendly staff. The pool and facilities are also nice. The food is okay—not bad, but not the best compared to other resorts. One downside is that the animation team could be much better. There was nothing special during the day—no foam parties, no pool or beach parties, and no water games other than water polo. This is my fourth year in Antalya, each year at a different resort, and the animation teams at the past three resorts were much, much better. Overall, it was a positive stay.

Overall was great. They had great food, great activities, very kids friendly and fun!
However, some comments:
1: the lighting at night of the area is very low.
2: the AC in my room wasn’t that good and we had to withstand the warm room. After few days, it was ok though.
3: there isn’t anything around the hotel. You will need to take a minimum 10km ride to the city to go to the bazaar

Prices are on the higher side though (we paid around 600$ per night)

First of all this hotel is 90% full of Russians. If you don’t like them, is not the place for you.

All the staff of the hotel are presuming that everyone is russian and speak by default russian and don’t know too much English. Ex: two cubes of ice in my ice tea means two ice tea. They’re rather speak in russian than in English.

Beach is very nice, not that big but enough and you can find a place at almost any time. Sand is nice and just a small portion of the beach with some stones but nothing bad. Water is not that deep and very clean. Also to beach was clean, all time there are guys cleaning.
The beach bar is far, you have to walk a lot to reach the bar and the way back with the drink si a little unpleasant. Maybe a close one would help.

The beach restaurant is really nice, staff is good and food is excellent.

Pool is nice and big but the negative here is that the umbrellas are small and not providing too much shade. You have to wake up early to put a towel on a sun-bed where it’s shade. Because of this you will not find too many people at the pool, majority of them are going to the beach.

At the pool si a pretty nice pool bar and all the time the staff was nice there. Prepared with a lot of drinks and also they come to you and prepare some cocktails or having fresh fruit.

Kids playground: there is one outside which is decent and with a lot of shade. Inside is till 17:30 and it is pretty boring. There were some personal there but all were playing with russian kids and basically you have to play with what you fave. Sadly you don’t have mush so the inside playground is not good. Also if you need somebody for face painting you can’t because is at 15:30 where majority of small children will sleep. Maybe here you can extend till 18 and add some activities like lego, painting or some small sliders.

Waterpark is decent, nothing special but you can spend some time there with your children. Small water activities for small kids.

Negative: the cleaning needs to be done daily and in the morning. In 7 days of staying there we had to ask them to clean the room the majority of the time. First day no clean, second day we ask them and they cleaned really late, when we wanted to go to sleep at 2pm and they forgot to change the towels, they forgot to add shampoo or shower gel. Third day was good but we called at the reception to ask them to be cleaned. On 4th was again late. We had to wait outside, not being able to sleep so they can clean the room. I am not sure why, but looks unorganized. On the 5th again they did not cleaned the room. On our last they I couldn’t sleep because at 3pm they were making a lot of noise in order to clean the next room. Basically they are cleaning the room super late and with a lot of noice.

The hotel is presented very well, the food quality was excellent, the beach and pier are great and the associated golf course are very good but there are an abundance of others to also to try, most notably The National, Lykia Links and Carya.
The main restaurant provides an excellent variety of high quality food. There is a separate food court which is very good at lunchtime providing pizza, kebab, burgers, and various others dishes. There is a stage which is used for evening entertainment, which again was very good.
There are two bars to choose from, a quieter lobby bar and the outside pool bar. The main draw back of the pool being the number of smokers despite being outside is still heavily laden with the smell of smoke.
This is a very good hotel but a few points really let it down. The serving staff are fantastic but they run off their feet with there being too few. The room air conditioning in the first week of May was not available as the central chiller turned off, because “it’s not warmer enough”, our room was 26degC at night!
As per some of the other reviews it does seem to attract golfing groups who over indulge on the all inclusive and get rowdy with no control from hotel management.

We have been in this hotel 13 times since 2011. Obviously we like it. Need I say more. We come spring and/or autumn for golf. Fantastic golf courses. And we live in St Andrews!
