Cheap hotel in its category, the perfect combination of "price-quality". There is a big difference in area of the hotel rooms in club main building. The hotel does not accommodate single men.

Breakfast buffet in the main restaurant "Aspendos":Breakfast (07:00-10:00), late Breakfast (10:00-11:00), lunch (12:30-14:30) and dinner (18:30-21:00), late dinner (23:00-00:00). The main restaurant is open from 00:00 to 07:00. Drinks included in the price: alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, local and imported, from 09:00 to 00:00. The Lobby Bar, Seminar or a Bar – around the clock ( from 00:00 to 09:00 only soft drinks). Drinks are provided for extra charge: some alcoholic beverages are imported, French champagnes, collection wines and drinks 12-year-old.

The resort was very secure and safe. The outdoor pools and facilities were great for kids, family and for some relax time away in the adults pool. For the food, we had a huge selection and varieties with a lot of different food stations. The shows at night were really impressing and fun. Two thumbs up to the staff and the exceptional customer service. They were always friendly, helpful and asked how our stay was going every time we walked in the door. My stay was perfect.
If you’re travelling with a kid, it’ll be very happy. There’s a lego room, PlayStation room, cinema room, slides for kids, trampolines, football pitches, animations like cookies baking, frisbee throwing, kids discos after dinner etc.
Gym is very well equipped- you’ll find there anything you want. Sauna is great.
There are rooms in the hotel directly and the ones located in small buildings like in a neighbourhood/campus. We stayed in a campus separate room and it was very clean (cleaned everyday). The hotel has so much to offer that we didn’t spend much time in our room - only for sleep.
Our two years old loved it.
We’ll be definitely coming back!
Pros:
- The staff was polite and accommodating.
- The food was excellent, offering a delightful culinary experience.
- We initially had issues with music noise at night, but after reporting it, the problem was promptly resolved.
- the SPA services were amazing
Cons:
- The room was in dire need of a complete renovation.
- Daily cleaning was superficial and lacked thoroughness.
- The baby playroom had old, unsanitized toys, and the playroom itself was not properly cleaned.
- The resort was crowded with guests, mostly Russian, who reserved sunbeds despite a rule against doing so, which was not enforced.
Will we return? Definitely not.
Will we try another Turkish experience? Maybe.
This summer I visited a wonderful hotel Papillon Belvil. I want to note the attention of all the working staff to the little things, which is very pleasant. Of course, for example, in the restaurant waiters do not always have time to come to the table and it will be much faster if you order drinks yourself in the bar. Also the entrance to the sea is very long (passing half the distance to the buoys water will be only waist-deep).
The front desk staff are very smiling and willing to help at all times. As for animation, there are only positive emotions. I want to emphasize animators Liana, Sofia, Anatoly and Tunahan.
These guys will charge you with positivity for the whole day and will definitely not let you get bored. Also, the hotel has a very interesting evening program: various theater and dance shows, theme parties and acrobatic performances. In general, the hotel caused positive emotions, and I recommend it to visit.
Pros: the food was fine (especially the dinner - live cooking, many types of food), the beach has long umbrellas that keep shadow and it is very ok for kids, the evening shows were very nice.
Cons: the room was not ok, old furniture, the system for keeping away the mosquitoes was almost broken, in the bathroom it was an unpleasant smell during the stay even if the cleaning service came daily. But the most unpleasant thing is that my two kids (6year old and 1year old) developed a very severe mouth-hand-foot disease - I think that from the swimming pool.
I was disappointed with the first Turkish experience.
From 11am non stop your brain has to stand the unnecessary loud musik. Needs urgent improvement
