Artemis Princess Hotel

Everything is super and the rooms, and the food, and the conditions, and the reach of everything. Only discs were missing, it's a pity that they were closed a few years ago.

Holidays in Turkey at the Artemis Hotel I remember with pleasure! Convenient location, close to the beach, friendly and helpful staff. I like it.

Good place to stay with kids. We lived in the Family building, almost all the staff understand Russian, and some even speak it better than Russian;) In the main building in the evening there are contests, music and a bar. If you are going to rest here, I advise you to go to the 15th beach, and not to the 9th belonging to Artemis, as there is sand and a pleasant entry into the sea. Cleopatra beach is also not a reason, 10 minutes by bus 101 or 1 (we didn’t ride on others)

Hello) I rested at the hotel during the pandemic and the total lockdown on New Year's holidays from 12/28/2020 to 01/04/2021. From the positive: fast wi-fi (at the reception, in the room - 8 euros for three days); Good shower, hot water, air conditioning works well for heating (even it was hot at times). Soundproofing is good. Cleaning every day with disinfectants. The sea and the chic promenade are 3 minutes walk. Shops Bim, A +100, Shock, Migrosy, ATMs - everything is close. The mosque is nearby. Disliked: very small selection of food in the restaurant, not very friendly staff in the restaurant. There was absolutely no festive evening and any musical program on New Year's Eve. There was not even a hint.

This hotel is quite nice and charming with decent service, except a very few people that need to understand this is a service business. A little smile and hello won't kill ya.

The cleaning ladies are very sweet and was really worth the tip I gave them.
The lady in the restaurant is also very sweet and smiling. She takes your dishes shortly after you finish eating, but its never in a rude way as some reviwer claimed. She deserves some tip too

I read some really bad reviews about this hotel,but these people must have been very unlucky OR having some bad agenda somehow. Maybe they've been too demanding and a bit rude themself?

However,I bet this hotel was a 4 star back in the 90's but it need a few massive upgrades to maintain it.
Using the safe cost 2 euros a day in addition to the price. I will strongly suggest the owner to add this in the regular price.
Wifi costs 3 dollars a day and this goes for the same to make this even close to a 4 star rating.

I understand they wanna make money here,but it feels more "exclusive" when certain things are included.

I've been in several 2 and 3 star hotels with this included (!)

A previous reviewer claimed they are pushy with the spa here,but I havent been bothered yet.

The food here is ok,no bad experiences or bad stomach so far. Looks very clean.

All in all,the sweet cleaning ladies makes this a 3 star rating for me :)

Theres also a VERY cosy cat that loves attention in the area. It looks clean and taken care of by someone. It jumps on your lap if you are sitting by the pool and the clip on his ear tells its being casterated. Maybe it wants some tip too? No problem for me. Im a animal lover. But I'm being careful petting it in case it has fleas.

Im writing this during my stay in april,before the main season. The kids swimming pool was without water and maybe under repair somehow. The Main pool looks very nice and inviting but I havent tried it yet because its too cold at the moment and I'm a chicken on low temperatures. Not all Norwegians are vikings.
But thats on me :)
All in all, its worth a stay

The hotel is not bad, the food is normal, but they still need to work on the service and friendliness. At the reception, they want the price for a room to be twice as much as on the Internet, which is probably normal for Turkey, but terribly infuriating.
