Kaila Krizantem Hotel

We stayed at the hotel for the first time this year in June and I have to say that it exceeded all my expectations.
All of the staff there is very nice and friendly, but most importantly hardworking. Got the best drinks from Ömer and had fun arm wrestling at the bar.
The rooms seemed freshly renovated and neat. Everything there and around the hotel was clean.
Food tasted amazing and there was always a lot of options to choose from.
I definitely recommend it

We had a great holiday here. This hotel is beautiful, lovely and modern. Our room was great and cleaned frequently. The animation team was great. Always remembered our names and made us feel like we was friends and got us involved in the activities. We enjoyed the daily pool game which was different each day, darts, water polo, aqua gym and Zumba. I already miss the morning dance! We watched some of the shows in the evening when we stayed in and they was good. Bingo was great, especially as we won! We got on well with one of the waiters who we always had a chat with and a laugh about football. The staff are always so busy doing something to keep the hotel clean and tidy. We went out for an evening meal and a day trip arranged by our rep which was very good. We arranged a private transfer as we have been to Alanya before and know how far away it is from the airport. This was great. The food was not catered for us but we did not go hungry and what we did eat was nice. The special cocktails was very nice and changed each time and each bar. The man in the shop on site was a very nice man. The hotel is opposite the beach and has a tunnel which takes you there. Fresh towels are provided daily. There are lots of shops and restaurants very close by, no need to have to go to far. We met some lovely people, it there was some who are not like minded. This is a family hotel, it would probably not be advisable to go wanting to be miserable sitting by the pool and moaning when you’ve been splashed by the wet water! But that’s just other people - not a hotel issue and didn’t let them spoil our holiday. There is security at the entrance of the hotel who are very lovely and helpful. The slide is food - not just for the children! Unfortunately we needed a doctor and the hotel sent a medial lady was with us instantly. She was able to provide us with a doctor who again came very quickly. The reception kindly let us extend our check out for an hour. Apart from needing the doctor - this was one of our best holidays. Wonderfull place. Very good food, very clean hotel next to the beach, markets, bazars. The bus to center goes from hotel. Everything was perfect. I highly recomend Kaila Hotel. The staff was amazing, helpfull and kind, they speak few languages. Especially thanks to Dervish and Murat ! We will come again for sure! Love from Poland

Shortly, one of the best holiday experience of my life. I really enjoy with animation team. meals and drinks are awesome. Capacity is enough for everyone. I havent trouble with somethin' employees are cheerful especially thanks for the Serkan from restaurant team, he take care of us all along our holiday. I hope we ll meet next summer.

The hotel is wonderful, everything is perfect, right on the beach. The pools are very clean. The food is delicious. The staff is very friendly. The rooms are very clean. The location is in the most beautiful part of Alanya, very close to the city center. There is a car park. We hope to see you again.

The food and service are wonderful. We came from England with our family and were very pleased. It's right on the seafront, the beach is wonderful, and the market is close to hotel.
Thanks to the bartenders who made cocktails at the bar.
We would like to thank Dervish, the service cheif. He came to our table every day and paid close attention to us. It was very nice of him to take care of my grandchildren and show interest in them.
The rooms were clean and the hotel surroundings were good.

Hello, I recommend Hotel Kaja chrysanthemums, I am very pleased with my 10-day stay. Clean and well-kept rooms... delicious food, I recommend.. great staff, I am most pleased with Mr. Omer and his brothers.. the bartender Murat is worth recommending... very friendly... the manager speaks Polish, I am pleasantly surprised.. thank you for a wonderful stay, we will meet again next year

Great Value with Friendly Vibes

Stayed at Kaila Krizantem Hotel and overall had a very pleasant experience. The animation/pool activity team was a real highlight—engaging, fun, and added a great energy to the stay.

The food was diverse, with plenty of options at each meal. However, dishes sat out a while with no visible cooling, and although there was a lot to choose from, much of it was pretty similar in taste. Still, you won’t go hungry here.

Loved that beach beds were free, and you get fresh beach towels daily, which is a big plus. Rooms were cleaned well every day, and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful across the board.
