Location: 110 km from Antalya airport, 2 km from Alanya, in p. Obagel.

The hotel has 140 rooms.
Consists of two 5-storey buildings.
Beach: own sand-and-shingle beach in 50 m from the hotel. Sunbeds – free of charge; umbrellas, mattresses – a fee, towels - no. Between the hotel and the beach there is a road, there is an underground transition. The length of the beach – 30 m

Room:
- After switching rooms, the new room was modernised, clean, and comfortable.
- Room was cleaned daily, and the cleaner did an excellent job.
- Helpful switch to indicate if room cleaning is needed (Do Not Disturb feature).
Staff:
- Polite, hardworking, and helpful.
- Manager resolved the room issue promptly.
Cleanliness:
- The hotel is consistently well-maintained; staff are always tidying.
Food:
- Good variety of food available throughout the stay.
Location:
- Excellent location with many nearby shops and restaurants.

I will divide the general impression into three phases.
FOOD
Food poisoning after two days !!!
As for the food, it was colorful and for everyone's taste, after two days stomach pain VOMITING AND DIARRHEA !!!
In talking with other people in the hotel, they had the same problem...
After poisoning, the recovery phase, where you eat fruit, toasted bread and jam... It's a waste of colorful food when you have no appetite and are afraid to eat because you've been poisoned.

HYGIENE AND ROOM
The room is so dirty, neglected and smelly that it cannot be described in words, it has to be experienced!!!
The room does not have centralized air conditioning, the air conditioner is above the bed and blows directly into the head.
We got a bed so small that it was tight for two people, and we were taking a 20-month-old baby with us. Sleep terrible!

AT THE BEACH BAR
The first two days there were three/four types of fruit after only apples from fruit.
As I said, because of food POISONING, you can only eat an apple on the beach, because there is nothing else on the beach except apples.
Swimming in the sea on the beach by the hotel is DANGEROUS, there are rocks in the sea that are not visible and you can easily cut yourself and get hurt.

Conclusion: The hotel should be avoided because of all the above and I do not recommend it to anyone!

I recommend with confidence!
The hotel is close to the sea (5 minutes). Very friendly staff, nothing to complain about! Good and diverse food! Cleanliness 10/10. The clean hotel pool has a depth of 1.40 m. And the entertainment is good. Every day they have programs (an example would be the tennis tournament) and in the evening shows or contests. You must also try the Turkish bath!!!
If you have a problem, the employees will come to your aid immediately.

Good location, service was okay in general, however housekeeping wasn't great, were in constant need of chasing up and asking for towels, toilet roll etc.. rooms are quite small, would not recommend staying on pool or restaurant side as its very loud - restaurant plays loud music until 2pm. However, the location of the hotel ( in town and literally 2min walk to the beach) and food makes it up.

Location is perfect. Hotel have a private beach. Towels are free, same as beach furniture. Location is great. Rooms are clean, with balcony. Stuff is basically very polite, but they will be perfect if you share some love (tips). Food is perfect. Highly recommended! Hotel have 2 pool, gym, spa.

The hotel is overall really good, we enjoyed our stay.
Food is available to you almost 24/7 thanks to the snack bar both at the pool and the beach. The staff works really hard to keep the place clean at all times.
Possible things which we found negative:
-sea was not super clean and the entry to water was difficult
-swimming pool is usually fully occupied
-there is loud music at the swimming pool (although there is a second smaller one which is quiet)
-hotel next to ours was really loud in the evening, but that is possibly due to our balcony being situated towards that hotel

We had a kind of misunderstanding with the accomodation, but after the quick reaction of the manager, everything was ok. Our family room is spacy, very clean, with a pool view. Good food in the restaurant, close to the beach. Good place for family vacation.

This hotel is the worst i have ever stayed in
4* like 0* we had to move room as the toilet was leaking and left awful smell
Rooms are so small
Cleaner well i seen them but must of just had a break when come to our room.never left toilet roll once always asking for it witch was hard work 🤦🏽♀️ drinks are vile we come to relax but every day went beach for day they have lots of lovely bars there and drinks amazing cocktails staff are so nice we ended up spending lots as are hotel was so poor.witch was annoying as we spent a lot to come

Amazing hotel with good location in alanya they have a lots of positive things in the hotel ,food is amazing and drinks ,snack bar and also pool bar ,only few min walk to the beach ,staff are so helpful and so good from waiter to managers what a amazing experience thank you

read the other reviews about this place, the only good things about this are the entrance and the pool, the rest is a joke, one of the absolute worst hotels I've been to, this is a 4/10 3 star hotel, I think they bought their 4 star on Wish , the food is horrible tastes like canned food from the store no taste , the bar is a joke there is only 1 type of beer red or white wine , and a premixed cocktail that tastes horrible , mentioned this to manger , shouldn't be working there really bad customer service advise you to choose another hotel, are you going to Alanya choose near cleopatra beach much better hotel higher standard near the center and nice good restaurants, the best thing about the whole hotel is the English guard who works there in the evenings very nice, the stingy managers should make sure to raise his salary
