I liked the small, cozy hotel. It's not perfect, but it's perfectly adequate. The rooms are small, but the Wi-Fi is decent. I needed it for remote work, and it worked perfectly, though it occasionally dropped out. The rooms have a safe; you need to get a key from reception. There's a private beach with sun loungers, umbrellas, and a bar, and there are restrooms and showers on the beach. It's a two-minute walk from the hotel. Special thanks to the kitchen staff; they're great! Every day there's something new and delicious. There's always plenty of fruit and pastries. There are plenty of tourist shops near the hotel, and on Mondays, the Grand Bazaar is just a five-minute walk away.

An excellent hotel! Above all else. I stayed for two weeks with my child. The staff is very responsive, always happy to answer any questions, the rooms are cleaned daily and to a high standard! The cuisine is top-notch! The hotel is not large, but it's more tidy than a five-star hotel! It's very close to the sea, right on the beach. I will definitely return to this hotel. Wishing you prosperity!!!

Awesome hotel. The staff isn't very Russian-speaking, but they can explain everything in a few words. Everyone is very friendly and helpful. The food is excellent, with plenty of meat options. No one will go hungry. The sea is just 5 minutes across the road, either by foot or underground. The pool is small, with no slides, but plenty for swimming. There's practically nothing for small children. Drinks include beer (delicious), wine (vinegar), vodka, crayfish, gin, and sometimes tequila. The rooms facing the pool are very noisy, but it depends on who you're visiting.

Scottish couple, We are on our last night here and we are absolutely gutted to be going home! From the minute we arrived at the hotel the staff cannot do enough for you. The English is amazing from all staff and nothing is a problem, our room was cleaned every morning with fresh bottled water and fresh towels, there is food and drink round the clock with something for everyone and always something new to try. The entertainment team Yasin and Lera are next level, bringing everyone together and keeping a great atmosphere at the pool throughout the day and at night. Nighttime entertainment is excellent also. There is plenty to do around the hotel with shops restaurants and the beach all on the doorstep. We cannot wait to bring our family here next year with us. Thank you so much to Gulay and her team.

A big thank you to the staff, but be aware of the pressure for positive reviews. We recently returned from a holiday at the Oba Star Hotel and Spa, and we'd first like to extend a massive thank you to everyone who made our trip more enjoyable. The animation team, Lera and Yasin, are simply amazing. They work incredibly hard and genuinely make time for everyone, creating a fantastic vibe around the hotel. We also want to give a special mention to the hotel manager, Gulay. She is very involved with the guests, always checking in to make sure everyone is happy. We had a couple of issues during our stay, and she was keen to get them resolved quickly and efficiently, which we really appreciated. I would also like to say that the food was excellent, and we couldn't fault it at all. The variety and quality of the dishes were a real highlight of our stay. HOWEVER, please, please read these reviews carefully. We felt there was a lot of pressure to write positive reviews, and that the manager, in particular, is very keen on the hotel receiving top marks all the time. This being said, we were initially disappointed with the hotel because, in our opinion, it doesn't really live up to its amazing reviews. It's also worth noting that there aren't many English people here; the clientele is predominantly German, and the hotel seems to be more catered for them. We also feel this hotel is not appropriate for young children as there's no kids' disco or dedicated entertainment for them. The pool is very crowded with little room to move between loungers, and the hotel is shaded for most of the day, which can be a disappointment if you're looking to sunbathe. Furthermore, we were quite let down by the cleanliness of our room. We found other guests' belongings, including dirty underwear, under the bed while looking for my husband's shoe, which was a very unpleasant surprise. While we had a good time thanks to the incredible staff, we believe it's important for potential guests to have a more balanced view of what to expect, especially regarding the cleanliness and atmosphere of the hotel. [Rating - 3/5 stars] Tips for fellow travelers: Don't miss out on the activities with the animation team - they are a highlight! If you have any issues, speak to Gulay, as she is very proactive and helpful. Transfer is very long 3 hours and multiple stops for us to spend money lol The flooring around the pool is extremely slippery! Be careful when crossing roads as cars don't stop

The hotel is highly recommended. The service is at expected level. The saff is frendly. Hygiene is OK. The food selection is amazing. The organization of the beach snd the restsurant on the beach is very good. Thanks to the staff, they realy made our vacation unforgettable.

- After switching rooms, the new room was modernised, clean, and comfortable.
- Room was cleaned daily, and the cleaner did an excellent job.
- Helpful switch to indicate if room cleaning is needed (Do Not Disturb feature).

Staff:
- Polite, hardworking, and helpful.
- Manager resolved the room issue promptly.

Cleanliness:
- The hotel is consistently well-maintained; staff are always tidying.

Food:
- Good variety of food available throughout the stay.

Location:
- Excellent location with many nearby shops and restaurants.

Negative Points:

- Initial room (3101) was undesirable, facing a wall and located far away.
- Small bathroom with an inconsistent, leaking shower.
- Hard bed, with no extra pillows available in the room.
- Slight sewer smell in the bathroom, though not unbearable.

- Small and overcrowded.
- Difficult to find chairs, and no privacy due to overcrowding.

Hotel Crowding:
- The hotel is extremely busy, making it hard to find peace in public areas.
- Mealtimes (breakfast, lunch, and dinner) are very crowded.

Beach:
- Shared with two other hotels, making it busy.
- Busy road to cross to reach the beach, and cars do not stop.
- Alcoholic drinks at the beach bar are charged, though fizzy drinks are free.
- Basic food options at the beach.
- A guest’s bag was stolen (not the hotel’s fault, but a caution).
