Kaila City Hotel

We had a wonderful stay at the hotel for our family holiday!!
The hotel is well presented, clean, and tidy.

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful at all times. They went out their way to make our stay there extremely wonderful!

My wife didn't feel well after arriving from our travels.

Without mentioning or asking for anything out of their own,the reception manager sent over a soothing warm drink to help my wife feel better.

The kids loved the pool facilities as well as the extra activities they had to offer for the children.

A wonderfully presented hotel. Aesthetically pleasing, with black exterior and uniform balconies all around, and a spacious, clean, welcoming interior. Inside, both the large spiral staircase, and the lifts (elevators) were easily accessible. The rooms were average, no different from most other hotels. All rooms had a balcony and bathroom stocked with soap, wash, shampoo and towels. Disposable slippers and kettle/tea making facilities were available in the room but you could also access the coffee machine in the lobby and the tea/coffee making facilities in the dining area. Lovely location, our balcony overlooked the street, with the beach on the left and mountains on the right. There is a hotel pool with slide, and a separate smaller pool (40cm deep) for babies and little ones. There is a bar by the pool serving free drinks as well as snacks at certain times of the day (fries, nuggets, burgers). The hotel, including rooms and elevators are cleaned all the time so the hotel is clean, tidy and pleasant. You can ask for a large bottle of water from reception or also ask the cleaner when she comes around to ask for cleaning.Also a 5 minute walk away from the beach, where Kaila also have their own area with sund beds. ALL aspects of the hotel are wonderful, especially the attentive and kind staff (chefs, servers, cleaners, management). The only negative was the food which only seems to cater for the majority russian/german/Polish community that stays at the hotel. It was very bland and didn't cater to my taste buds at all. World cuisine would be better. I was happy to see they at least had pasta but that was always lukewarm, and just plain salted with a sauce that tasted like cheap tinned tomatoes without additional seasoning.

The hotel was simply amazing. Both the facilities and employees were superb. Food and spa were phenomenal. Will definitely be back at some point.

A nice hotel with wonderful Kitchen staff, who prepare tasty Food.

We stayed here for 18 days and the experience was good.

The room is a bit old fashioned and the TV is the smallest TV in the world for a 4 star ⭐️ Hotel ( that’s very shaming, get a bigger TV ).

But the All Inclusive buffet was very nice and we made Friends with the Chef 👨‍🍳 and the waiters, who were extra friendly with everyone. That was a good feeling.

And the live Barbecue every evening at 7 pm was just mouth watering, with new dishes every day.

We stay October so price was 50eur per day (price for two adults and baby). For that price hotel was realy very good.
They have sauna, filnes room and very nice view from balcony!

Amazing "Amicable"ness

Kaila City Hotel, comes highly recommended, is a glowing and growing place to stay in Alanya. It has such a heart warming and stellar reputation in the hospitality industry. The staff are doing EVERYTHING right here. The staff is so attentive, polite, and helpful. Banuhan is a perfect example and an asset indeed to this Hotel. She has gone above and beyond to help us on more than 3 occasions. Aysun, Kubra, Enes, Nurullah have all been so kind and fantastic.(In no particular order).

The rooms are clean, modern and very comfortable. We enjoyed the food and the chef Mustafa and staff are all working hard to make everyone have the best
Mustafa is a very talented chef, and very polite, the food was delicious and the decorations were wonderful. The hotel would not be the same without him.
Highly recommend this hotel if you're in Alanya.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at a fantastic hotel that exceeded all my expectations. The hotel is ideally located just a short walk from the beach, making it perfect for those looking to enjoy the sun and sea.
The dining experience was exceptional, with a wide variety of delicious food options available. Each meal was a delight, and the quality of the cuisine truly stood out.
I was also pleased to find that Wi-Fi was accessible both in the hotel and on the beach, allowing me to stay connected during my stay. The hotel staff were incredibly friendly and available at all times to assist with any needs or questions we had. They contributed greatly to the overall positive experience.
The rooms and common areas were cleaned daily, maintaining a high standard of cleanliness and organization throughout the property.
I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a memorable getaway. I would be more than happy to return in the future.
