AQI Pegasos Royal Hotel

We stayed at this beautiful, large resort in early June and had a wonderful time. The food and drink selection was very diverse and satisfying. Although the alcohol included in the all-inclusive package was local, I found it to be tasty and there was a wide variety to choose from.

One of the highlights was the exceptionally beautiful sandy beach. Even during the day, there were plenty of available sunbeds both by the pool and on the beach, which made relaxing very easy and stress-free.

Our room was clean and nicely furnished, and the service from the waitstaff was excellent—everyone was friendly and very quick.

One thing that could be improved is the beach bars. After 6 PM, the all-inclusive service stops, and I think many guests would really appreciate it if the beach bars stayed open in the evening too. The same goes for the ice cream, which was available only until 6 PM and then charged extra afterward.

Also, I would love to see the resort move toward more sustainable options when it comes to drinkware. Using glass or reusable plastic cups throughout the resort would be a great step forward. It's a bit of a shame that single-use paper cups are still being used at the beach.

Overall, a fantastic stay and I would definitely recommend it!

Just back from a one week stay with my 2 children it was a genuinely the best holiday we have ever had. The hotel is well-maintained, our room was clean and comfortable (not that we spent much time in there). There’s variety or activities and entertainment day and night if that’s what you’re looking.

The food was of a high standard with a huge selection.

The staff are what makes this hotel extra special they’re friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with any questions or request.

Ata in the restaurant always looked out for us and made sure we had everything we needed.

Deniz at the beach bar was so welcoming and often had our drinks poured before we’d even asked him.

Ekin from the entertainment team made my children and me feel so involved and special it absolutely made our holiday.

There is absolutely nothing negative I have to say about this hotel. And would recommend to anyone.

We can’t wait to come back next year!

The best resort we've ever stay in with our kids. Super helpful staff across all departments, very high service quality, endless food options... Gardens and pool surroundings very well maintained, not even a candy paper on the ground! I have never seen so effective team of employees on such vast resort. Houskeepers, waitres, life guards, all of them smiling, greeting even at 2.00 am, ...well to make this long story short. One word could says it all : GODLIKE! 👍

Good hotel with great staff. Food is plentiful and varied but but similar most days. Cocktails vary depending who makes them and the glasses are small. Not much around the hotel but the local bus is cheap and regular.

We had a great stay at this hotel. we booked as an extended family, with 7 people coming from different locations and meeting up here.

We (myself & wife) had a room overlooking the Sea and it was perfect. However other members of our team had booked with a package deal and were allocated rooms overlooking the main road. They could not sleep with the windows open because of the road noise.

food and drinks were good and plentiful standard all inclusive fare.

The location is 30 minutes (35 Euro taxi fare) from Alanya and 90 minutes from Antalya. the beach is fantastic. clean, safe and just generally beautiful.

After reading old reviews I was glad to find the WiFi is, now, free, fast and has a full connection throughout the site

The hotel itself is very good. There are many different pools, a great sea, a small water park. I especially liked the buffet, there are different cuisines, everyone will find something to their taste. It is worth noting the very competent and helpful staff (I remember Yusuf, a canteen worker. He approaches each tourist with special attention). Also, every evening there is an evening show on the hotel grounds, the program changes every day. The only negative is that free WiFi only works in the lobby. You can also go to any of the restaurants (Chinese, Italian, Turkish) for free once in the hotel, but on condition of staying for 7 days or more. In general, I really liked the hotel, I had a good rest, I recommend it to everyone!

And even despite the fact that the bus forgot us at the hotel, and disoriented us at the reception regarding the departure of the bus, although probably the driver should have counted the people, I think ... Despite all this, our holiday was a success! Of course, then the bus came back for us, which had already left the hotel well and all the people on the bus were arguing and did not believe that we were told a different time .. Such unpleasant moments at the very end, but otherwise it was excellent, next time we will be more attentive and will definitely come back again !! Everything was wonderful !! It is imperative to note the work of the hotel staff! To each guy waiter who does not work there, but plows !!! Fly to be on time, very attentive and responsive, I will note each of them again !!!! Deserves an award !!:) And also the cooks, who cook incomparably, we were delighted with veal, beef tongue and lamb !!! They cook incredibly delicious eggplants in different variations and rice of different types!! We thank the head manager for his responsiveness, who speaks excellent Russian!! We thank the wonderful woman doctor and the guys at the reception for their kindness and responsiveness!! Thank you for everything!! For the cleanliness, soft sofas, we really dragged ourselves there, the sofas are all different and it's so cool to relax on them in the evening!! Thank you Pegasos Royal, we are your fans forever!! We can only advise you to put more ice cream, because you can stand in line for a very long time and at least once a week serve seafood, except for squid :) Thank you from Prague!!

First time visiting Turkiye and we are glad we stayed in this hotel because everything was perfect, staff is hard working and always ready to help. Clean and tidy place starting from your room and throughout the hotel area, pools and the beach, very nice place to stay. Food was good and there was plenty of variety. Evening entertainment for kids and adults every evening. We will be back to Pegasus for sure.

I liked everything: the hotel, the food, the territory, the beach, the sea. I would like to highlight the water park, the ice cream kiosk, the floating inflatable town. The children were absolutely delighted. 3 years ago we were in the neighboring Pegasos Club. I didn't like the dining room there - there was a constant smell of sewage. Everything is fine here in this regard)

Pegasos Resort
We stayed a week in the end of October and were mostly pleased. Two adults and two teenagers.

The facilities are well maintained and all of the staff friendly and helpful, if somewhat unpolished in their service sometimes. English language was at a very low level, but hand signs and good will mostly works. All the front desk staff spoke good English.

The beach is very nice and we spent long days there, feeding the fish by the pier is fun. We had reserved beach chairs as part of the premium package, but there were plenty of chairs available. Nice that there is a beach bar, but oddly limited choices there.
It's a nice touch that you can swap beach towels every day, but could be made simpler if it you could leave and get new towels in one occasion instead of two.

The food was plentiful and the range of choices is huge.
We ate in the main buffet restaurant most evenings, we always came away full, a few dishes were well tasting, but much was bland and not well cooked, which leads to huge waste, you could see people having to fry plate after plate until they found something they liked. The service was attentive and they kept the restaurant clean. Nice selection of fruit at all servings. The pastry chef Selman(?) created nice desserts and was a nice social experience as well. We also tried both the Asian and Italian á la carte offerings, unfortunately the dishes were not well cooked and sometimes outright odd, as if they'd just guessed at the recepies.

We had two mornings at the á la carte breakfast included, which oddly enough isn't served from a menu, but rather is just a table serving of dishes from the buffet, neither of which we would have chosen ourselves. Since we didn't want to go again, we were given tickets for fresh squeezed juice in the breakfast buffet restaurant instead, but when we wanted to use them, suddenly the juice service was nowhere to be found.

We perused some of the bars around the complex and most of the drinks tasted OK, it's local brands of course, but they do serve on-brand soft drinks and coffee, which we appreciated. There are also premium drink selections in a few places, at pretty exorbitant prices.

We never used the pools much as they are not heated and pretty cold at the end of the season, but the sea was pleasant enough.

The evening entertainment I would rank at the higher end of the scale for these kind of resorts, with one MAJOR MINUS, which is the presenter / entertainment manager. The man spoke mostly unintelligible gibberish that I don't think hardly anyone understands, when you did understand him he made fun of guests and made crude sexist comments about the looks and bodies of female performers, he's a shame for your establishment.

We stayed in a "family suite", which was clean and whole, with two bathrooms which we appreciated. The beds were rock hard and we had sore backs after the first night, but asked for and got extra mattresses, which helped a little bit. The air conditioner made little good, but was very noisy, I can only imagine how bad it must be in summer temperatures. There also was an odd smell in one of the bathrooms, likely from mold or leaking sewer lines.

There's plenty of stores selling counterfeit goods all over the hotel, which is a bit odd, but perhaps par for the course. There's also a small cluster of stores selling counterfeit goods of all choices across the street, where there is also a small convenience store with saner pricing than the ones on the resort.

As for the premium package, we didn't really feel it was worth the price, we didn't much enjoy the restaurants, we could have easily picked up towels ourselves and the advertised discount at the spa was actually less than they offered to anyone.
