This hotel offers one of the best sand beach and cuisine in Alanya-Antalya region with high Price/Quality level. Shore smooth and suitable for little kids. For us this is a major requirements and this hotel got 10/10 here. Rooms has a standard quality for most long-term stable turkish resorts. Hotel's staff and entertainments are also on high level. Guests are mostly from EU.

A wonderful holiday has come to an end. Then it's time to comment. This is a very beautiful family hotel with a good location. Sea, pool, aqua park - everything you are looking for is there. The food in the rooms is good. The sea is fine sand. You can also use the services of other PEGASOS hotels. The territory is very large. We had a great time with the whole family. You can leave without thinking. The staff is interested and smiling. The hotel rooms were well renovated, there were cribs and children's beds for those with children, the children's pools are located in the royal section and there are multiple pool options, you can use all areas of the three hotels except for the food, everyone can eat in their own hotel, there is no problem with food, there is a lot of variety, the rooms were cleaned every day, we were very pleased with the hotel, I recommend it especially to families with children.

First of all, I am very lucky to have stayed at İncekum Pegasus Royal and Resort. The sea is wonderful and the food is amazing, the desserts, the cleanliness of the rooms, everyone's smiling faces made it a wonderful holiday, the waiters' attention was very nice, we trusted them during the pandemic period and had no doubts about hygiene and cleanliness. First of all, I would like to express my endless gratitude to the operations manager Mr. MAHİR AKYILDIZ, OLGA HANIM, Public and Relations, Mr. BEYHAN, and the restaurant chef at ROYAL, Mr. GÖKHAN.. Just at the end of a 2 week stay here and had s brilliant holiday. The hotel is clean, well staffed, there is loads to do within the grounds and the shared facilities with the Pegasos Royal & Pegasos Club which are either side of the Pegasos Resort. The family room we had was on the top floor and really spacious with amazing views of the sea and coastline. Food is well varied and really really nice, there's something for everyone to eat. Special mention to Ismael for ensuring our stay was as comfortable as possible and ensuring we were well looked after. Also Nusrat in the dining area, he was brilliant looking after us at meal times and nothing was too much bother.
Would highly recommend this hotel for a family holiday, especially if you like to go in the sea occasionally as the beach and sea were among the best I've been to.

Overall great hotel, would certainly recommend. It's not the best you'll find but it's a good 4 star. There are a few grumpy members of staff but nothing too serious. Paying for wifi is a bit much. You can haggle for it which is really annoying and can even get it for free but they should not be charging for it at all if they want to call themselves 5 star.
However... the entertainment manager at this hotel takes away a star. he is obnoxious and full of himself. before the night-time shows properly finish, as they are taking their bows and their applause for an excellent performance, he jumps in and takes the limelight, making cringing demands on the performers to perform once last time. You can see it in the performers faces, wondering what he is doing, and then once they have taken their bows at his command, he then shouts loudly in to the microphone to the crowd as they leave trying to get attention. It just spoils the end of the show, such a shame.

The hotel's best years are long behind, the furniture in the room is destroyed, the window seals in the room are torn and therefore you can still hear the noise from the surroundings, the air conditioning in the room is not working very well (the room is set to 19°C, the reality is 26.5°C and cannot be lowered), the bathroom is in an appalling condition, neither the hose nor the shower end is leaking.
Unfortunately, cleaning of the room doesn't happen every day. And when a person says that after three days they would like a new towel, because the old one is wearing out and clean the room a little bit, you will have to wait for another day.
Replenishment of toilet paper in the room is in fact a "Boyard Fort" game where you search the resort for a cleaning lady to give you toilet paper.
In terms of food, there is an acceptable selection, unfortunately, they repeat the food quite often, as well as the desserts. As for the listed allergens, be careful, as the allergens on the cards for individual meals do not correspond to reality. My experience (gluten-free) in a meal full of flour, was when I had to escalate the situation to management. If you are allergic to something, ask for the allergic card as shown in the picture and rather show it anytime.
- Unfortunately, the price/performance ratio probably doesn't fit. There are many newer hotels in the area with better services in this price range.

The hotel met my wildest expectations. We encountered very high temperatures in the country (even though it was the first half of June), so we had to shorten our sightseeing. Despite this, we were not bored, spending most of our time at the hotel and in the surrounding town. The hotel standard is high. I didn't notice any lack of cleanliness. The service was excellent. The food was delicious and very varied. I think that even the pickiest person would find something for themselves ;) The hotel beach is well-kept and has a large number of sunbeds. There is a lot of greenery around the hotel. I won't write about animations because it's not my area of interest. They are available at the hotel and I have seen guests go to them. A very big surprise with the number of sports activities for adults, not only swimming pool ones ;)

This was hands down one of the best if not the best resort I’ve ever been to! A special thank you to Rick and Aaliyah for providing us with a memorable, loving experience at this resort. They felt closer to family than friends and I want to take the time off to thank them. The amount of entertainment at this resort will never bore you out! The food was outstanding, vibes were impeccable. Love from Canada, can’t wait to visit again! Thank you Pegasos Staff for this loving memory.
