AQI Pegasos Resort

Just at the end of a 2 week stay here and had s brilliant holiday. The hotel is clean, well staffed, there is loads to do within the grounds and the shared facilities with the Pegasos Royal & Pegasos Club which are either side of the Pegasos Resort. The family room we had was on the top floor and really spacious with amazing views of the sea and coastline. Food is well varied and really really nice, there's something for everyone to eat. Special mention to Ismael for ensuring our stay was as comfortable as possible and ensuring we were well looked after. Also Nusrat in the dining area, he was brilliant looking after us at meal times and nothing was too much bother.

Would highly recommend this hotel for a family holiday, especially if you like to go in the sea occasionally as the beach and sea were among the best I've been to.

Overall great hotel, would certainly recommend. It's not the best you'll find but it's a good 4 star. There are a few grumpy members of staff but nothing too serious. Paying for wifi is a bit much. You can haggle for it which is really annoying and can even get it for free but they should not be charging for it at all if they want to call themselves 5 star.
However... the entertainment manager at this hotel takes away a star. he is obnoxious and full of himself. before the night-time shows properly finish, as they are taking their bows and their applause for an excellent performance, he jumps in and takes the limelight, making cringing demands on the performers to perform once last time. You can see it in the performers faces, wondering what he is doing, and then once they have taken their bows at his command, he then shouts loudly in to the microphone to the crowd as they leave trying to get attention. It just spoils the end of the show, such a shame.

The hotel met my wildest expectations. We encountered very high temperatures in the country (even though it was the first half of June), so we had to shorten our sightseeing. Despite this, we were not bored, spending most of our time at the hotel and in the surrounding town. The hotel standard is high. I didn't notice any lack of cleanliness. The service was excellent. The food was delicious and very varied. I think that even the pickiest person would find something for themselves ;) The hotel beach is well-kept and has a large number of sunbeds. There is a lot of greenery around the hotel. I won't write about animations because it's not my area of ​​interest. They are available at the hotel and I have seen guests go to them. A very big surprise with the number of sports activities for adults, not only swimming pool ones ;)

This was hands down one of the best if not the best resort I’ve ever been to! A special thank you to Rick and Aaliyah for providing us with a memorable, loving experience at this resort. They felt closer to family than friends and I want to take the time off to thank them. The amount of entertainment at this resort will never bore you out! The food was outstanding, vibes were impeccable. Love from Canada, can’t wait to visit again! Thank you Pegasos Staff for this loving memory.

We are 6 days into our 2 week holiday at pegasos royal and it is honestly amazing. The service is probably the best service we have ever experienced on holiday. The staff work so hard and they are constantly cleaning and going out of their way to do anything for you. Special mention to Yusif in the restaurant. From day one, he did everything for us, we had a table laid and saved for us every breakfast and dinner and he was great with our 2 kids. Always making them smile and being there as soon as they dropped something to pick it up. The general manager was present morning, afternoon and night. Going round asking if everyone was having a great time and if ther3 e was anything anyone needed. Defo be back here again.

This was an absolutely fantastic place to holiday. I cannot fault it at all. The rooms are great. The staff make the place really special. Unfortunately I had a bit of an accident in the sea and had to spend three nights in hospital. The hotel nurse, the lifeguards all rushed and helped me once Jamie my son-in-law and Max my grandson pulled me out of the sea. There was another gentleman helping as well but I did not know him. If you are reading this I would like to thank you for helping. The staff at the hotel looked after my wife and family whilst I was in hospital. They were absolutely marvellous. I cannot thank them enough. Even though I had the accident I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at this resort. I can honestly recommend this place to anyone and I look forward to returning there. great location and various facilities for holidaymakers, plus a fabulous beach, only minus for rooms - should be upgraded , especially soundproofing in rooms facing the road, unfortunately the seals no longer work, next minus the receptions desk, it kills the whole fun from the stay - last day you ask for prolongation of the room for check-out and there is message that we are fully booked and on the end of day you can see people checking out at 5 pm, when @12 in theory there was no rooms yet. what you can think.... 5 stars hotel and in the reception desk standards as... (?)

So many good things to say so I don't know what to start with. Basically excellent place to spend family holidays. Hotel provides so wide range of activities for kids and adults. Kids disco every evening. Quality performances and shows for all ages every night. My favourite were stretching and body work every morning with two wonderful and very professional female instructors. Olga and Maria from Belarus were highly trained instructors and many people attended every day. My son played footy organised by entertainment team. Excellent food and hygiene standards at the restaurant. I've never tasted so delicious fruits as they served. Staff very friendly and helpful. Hotel manager comes every day to check food and service. His dedication and passion for the job is admirable. Beautiful beach with smooth sand, shallow, warm sea and fantastic waves make it a great attraction. Many swimming pools if you decide otherwise. Spacious clean rooms and it's worth to pay an extra for a sea view. Air conditioning is working well. Very well maintained green areas with lots of space to walk. Dog patrol security in the night.
The only minor thing that may be improved in the future is the quality of alcohol served. With that overall high quality hotel it's worth to invest a bit and buy even the cheapest but branded whisky and rum. Grants, Bells or Famous Grouse, Captain Morgan don't cost a fortune and would make a big difference in the taste of all drinks. However as I said it's a minor point as some people can do without alcohol and others don't care what they drink 😊
Just to conclude, we tend to choose different hotel every year but at this place I found everything I was looking for and was important to us. We really consider this hotel for next summer.
