Belcekum Beach Hotel

the most amazing place my family and i have ever stayed! we were just blown away by this place!! everything was absolutely perfect from the beginning to the end of our trip!! COULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE ENOUGH!! it was perfect!! shoutout to Fethi by the pool for always recognizing us when we would pull up to the pool and remembering our drinks and names...

Overall, we had a good time at this resort.
Pros:
Hotel and Amenities: The hotel itself is well-maintained - the staff puts in a lot of effort to keep everything clean and in good condition from early morning until late evening.
Staff: The staff members were exceptionally friendly, helpful, and welcoming, always ready to assist with a smile.
Food: The food served at this hotel was very fresh and delicious, even though the selection can be limited at times.
Location: The hotel's location is very convenient, just a 10-15 minute walk to the bus stop and only a step away from the beach.
Cons:
Noise: The hotel is incredibly noisy! The way the hotel is built, it tends to trap noise from the bar and the pool, making it very noisy from 10 am to midnight (and some nights even later than that). I had to sleep with earplugs most of the nights just to be able to fall asleep. Closing the balcony and the windows did not help with the noise level.
Wi-Fi: The Wi-Fi signal was very spotty. We rented a portable Wi-Fi when we got the airport and, at some point, we stopped trying to use the hotel's Wi-Fi.
Sun Beds: There aren't enough sun beds at the beach. Other guests would reserve their beds before breakfast, by placing towels on them. Some days, we would head out to the beach after breakfast (around 9am) and there weren't any beds available.
Rooms: The rooms are very basic and appear dated. In our room, the shower wasn't working properly, and we had difficulty figuring out how to turn on the TV. It did not feel like a room in a 4-star hotel.

Excellent hotel but it should increase investments in sound insulation.

We were with a group of 50 people.

Just got back from Belcekum and what a nice surprise it was!
The best location in town, friendly staff, rooms are nice and clean and the food and views from the restaurant are just Wow!
Will come back next year for sure!

Stayed here for a week and staff are very friendly, Location is superb and very close to main shops / markets.
My only critisim is food not catered for the English guest.
Definitely need to address this if want to attract more visitors from the UK.

We really enjoyed our stay. Excellent stuff. Reception and especially restaurant stuff are really great.
Good food. Super location. Clean rooms and territory.
Maybe a bit renovation of rooms wardrobes needs and beach umbrellas.

one of my best experiences... we really loved it.. we booked two rooms and we enjoyed it a lot. the staff are so welcoming and supportive..smiling all the time.. we really enjoyed it here.
i was with my wife and my parents, and we all loved it.. you can go to the beach directly. view is marvelous.
we took all-inclusive and the food was excellent... every day, there were different dishes, and all tasted good.
