Staying from 9-17.05.2025. You can start with Russian and English. You can also ask for a bracelet to be put around your foot. WIFI throughout the territory. Separate air conditioning in the room, but the engine outside is roaring like crazy. The gym is equipped with everything you need. The room was cleaned every day. The mini-bar is stocked with water and soft drinks. Safe is paid. The food is delicious. Hummus is excellent. Something for children of all ages to do on the territory. There is a playroom for small children, where they can run around. Carousels outside that start in the evening. Older children can enjoy water fun. Older children can get procedures in the SPA for money. Evening entertainment is different every evening. Local alcohol is included in the price. I'm not an expert on taste, but whoever wanted to drink themselves silly could handle it. You can even get milk from the bar for small children in the evening. When there are more people, the 3 elevators are quite busy. I only went up the stairs myself. I was on the sixth floor. Sea view. The rooms are clean but the furniture and walls are a bit tired. There were "sticks" drying on the balcony. Vegans, bring plant-based milk to drink your coffee with. The food was wild. 22 types of cheese. Meat both hot and cold. Cake and tart for every taste. The choice for vegans was a bit limited. Not that I was hungry, I just didn't know what was added to the hot dishes. Sauces for every taste. Oh, if you consume mayonnaise/ketchup, bring your own, because the local one is sour. Pizza/bread oven next to the pool. The evening "wok-making shoud" is great. Ice cream is available in a cup and waffle.

Thanks you for beautiful vacation in Narcia resort side. Hotel have very nice rooms (in main building), everyday cleaning, everyday we have water in fridge. First day we have bottle od fanta and cola in fridge for free too. You Can eat 24/7 if you want. During all night od restaurant open and bar in reception too. Very good meal, lots of vegetables, varianties of meat, fish, some grilled specialities included. Cozy coctails in pool bar, I recommended drink Narcia special. Sandy beach is 10 minutes away from hotel, Shuttle bus for freee every 20 min. Staff is very friendly and helpfull. Very good animation program during day and especially in the evening. Really gooooood hotel for your vacation, mainly for children 😊

The hotel is a little far away from Antalya airport. Arrived at night, and the check-in took a long time. The children had a hard time. Apart from that the hotel, the rooms, the environment are enjoyable. Shops, pharmacy, restaurants nearby. The ancient city is ca. 10 minute away. The beach is ca. 300 meter away, the hotel provides transfer to get there. The pool is small for so many guests. Foods and drinks was sufficient and delicious.

We had a wonderful stay,and the highlight for us was definitely the mini club!Tuba friendly, energetic and truly Amazon with the Kids.Every Day was full of fun aktivite,Gates and creative projects.Highly recommended for families with young children.

I make my holiday in narcia hotel for 2 weeks I liked every facilities about service personals reception (mrs Esra) Guestrelation manager Mr. OGUZHAN and Bell boy Adem great helpful many thanks to them on the beach much various foods also drinks are very delicious room is clean and everyday regularly cleaning and minibar first day cola Fanta mineral water then the other days changing only bottle of 3 water.

Where do I start.. so we arrived just before 10pm and was told there would be a late buffet as we were all hungry, got there at it was salad and some old dry burgers which were clearly from earlier in the day, none of which were great for us or the children, room was ok, we were in a family room which was big enough but only had 4 coat hangers between us all, no way near enough drawers or space for folded up clothes, we asked for more hangers which eventually arrived. Pools are absolutely freezing, hardly anyone in them so wasn’t just us, the splash park looked great but was far too cold to enjoy! Staff just seemed angry and fed up, not approachable at all, I don’t know if they’re just used to rude holiday makers but we went out of our way to be polite at all times and it was never reciprocated, kids club was non existent, next to no day time activities were seen, some days music was played by the pool but that’s it, evening entertainment was lackluster to say the least, food was repetitive and lacked variety, pretty much the same every night, if we hadn’t paid for all inclusive we would’ve been out for food every evening but really felt like we had to get the most out of what we paid.. we went out for the evening twice in the week we were there. We met another family so out of 7 of us, 3 of us have had a really nasty sickness bug in the last 72 hours which has really taken it out of us, I doubt that we’re the only ones either! I would not recommend this hotel to anyone, very disappointing all round, the only upside was the ice cream and the weather!

Having recently returned from 7 nights at Narcia, I feel I have to give prior warning for anyone looking to book here. Starting off with the positive: Cleanliness - The cleaners did a great job in the hotel rooms and around the hotel in general. This is the only reason I didn't give it 1 star. The negatives: Food - Repetitive, low-quality food. Although we hadn't budgeted for eating out most nights from the hotel, we had to. The food was really poor. Drinks - Unpredictable. You never get the same drink twice. Staff - Most staff could not speak a word of English. This I suspect is due to the fact the hotel almost exclusively occupied by non-English speaking guests. Guests - If you are British, expect to be in the minority and expect to be shocked how rude certain cultures can be. Entertainment - Budget. Keep expectations low. Kids Aqua Park - Ice cold in a shaded area. This park was empty pretty much all the time. We went in with the kids once and it was that cold we never did it again. Main Pool - Again, ice cold. 140cm depth all the way around so no shallow end. We wouldn't be in a hurry to return.

It is the third time I return to this hotel, on October 14th we celebrate 30 years of marriage, there is no better place to celebrate, I can't wait to get there! Everything is excellent, spacious rooms, tasty food, very good drinks, excellent location for shopping, sandy beach, sea with smooth entrance.

Beautiful hotel that is equipped with everything you might need on a seaside holiday. The room was clean and tidy every day, the food very good. Sun loungers and beach bar included in the price.
The only drawback is the location of the hotel, the hotel is further away from the sea. But that doesn't matter really every 20 minutes the hotel bus goes directly to the beach.

If you can't stand extreme hot, don't visit Antalya at August. It says 30 degrees but feels like 50, because humidity is 40%. There is 3 elevators, 1 always broken, the area around no A/C. So you wait 20 - 30min on elevators every time you want to use it, because even the staff uses them. Sunbeds around pools were always busy with towels but people only around animation time which is 1h per day. Same happens on the beach. One day we tried the pool inside, which was smelling on chlorine, after few hours my kid got water poisoning. They use shuttle to transport you to the beach, but every second day was broken. Animation at night was made in area where you literally stand and sweat. Because no space again. During breakfast/lunch /dinner you wait 1h to eat, because no space and the food is traditional all with spices. They close the fridges with water bottles after eating time and in morning they pick up milk 30min before time for breakfast ends. They lock coffee machines around the same time so if you want to drink coffee after breakfast you must go back to lobby which is 1 floor up and always busy with people, because there people wait their bus for airport. The game room which has kids playground, is not allowed to leave your kid, but also no chairs or any waiting area, so again you stand 1-2h till your kid get tired. Before to arrive they told me they let late check out, when day came, me and my daughter with fever, I tried to explain we are not well but they didn't wanted to listen, so instead to give me 6h, they let me use the room only 3 h and the group of new tourists arrived 30min before we left. Meaning they had room, they just didn't cared about it. My vacation was literally hell, hope my review will help you in your decisions.
