Cosy family hotel with extensive green area near the private beach. Pretty rooms, equipped with everything necessary, like couples with children and young people. Offers standard rooms and rooms with kitchenette.

Location: 6 km city of Manavgat, 2 km from the town of side, 3 km from the village Kumkoy, on the seashore, 70 km from Antalya airport.
Consists of one 5-storey buildings and twenty nine 2-storey cottages.

Beach: own sandy beach, 100 m from the hotel (1st coastal line). Umbrellas, sunbeds, mattresses – free, towels-for a fee. Between the hotel and the beach is the promenade. The beach is 75 m.

They are like a cockroach hotel, messy, overrating and overpricesing 4 wall hotel. I dont recomended anyone.

Nice hotel directly by the beach, one of the best ones, not too big not too small, cosy and clean rooms. Very nice staf and the food was great too!

Nothing is included in here
- WiFi just in lobby, so in a rush hour it is horrible, no one can talk to relatives and jet their stuff done. So if you want to get WiFi in a room, you have to pay!
- alcohol is free from 10 am till 11 pm, but it is vodka, wine and beer, everything else like cocktail are 6 EU min.
- drinks, - Fanta, 7up, and so on mixed up badly, not a real one.
- cafeteria without air conditioning and you feel like boiling egg
- animation for kids, is just for 30 min in the disco and the rest is paid, so daily care is paid and if your kids have to be approved and given a present at the end of day, you have to pay for it!
- the pool is so small, one might confuse it with a bath
- no water slides
- laundry is not free
- friends from other hotels are not allowed in lobby!!! They are ready to call the police about that. And we just were talking to each other

Close to the beach. Theoretically all inclusive place, but it's definitely not a 4 star hotel - maximum 3 stars. The rooms are ok, but the restaurant condition is bad. No air-conditioning, very hot with high humidity.
