- WiFi just in lobby, so in a rush hour it is horrible, no one can talk to relatives and jet their stuff done. So if you want to get WiFi in a room, you have to pay!
- alcohol is free from 10 am till 11 pm, but it is vodka, wine and beer, everything else like cocktail are 6 EU min.
- drinks, - Fanta, 7up, and so on mixed up badly, not a real one.
- cafeteria without air conditioning and you feel like boiling egg
- animation for kids, is just for 30 min in the disco and the rest is paid, so daily care is paid and if your kids have to be approved and given a present at the end of day, you have to pay for it!
- the pool is so small, one might confuse it with a bath
- no water slides
- laundry is not free
- friends from other hotels are not allowed in lobby!!! They are ready to call the police about that. And we just were talking to each other
