Side Yesiloz Hotel

The biggest problem of this hotel are impolite people from the reception. Moreover standard of some rooms is atrocious (mould is growing up the walls). Fortunately we changed this room, but it shouldn’t work like this… I felt that they (people from the reception) don’t respect people from Poland, although probably 40% of their guests are from this country.

I have to admit that I had big respect to waiters, always focus on their work and above all always kind. Personally I liked the food. Atractions at the evening were also fine. I appreciated private beach (by bus 5 min from the hotel). Summarizing they should sort out some issues, especially standard of some rooms and reception staff.

Stayed here with family of 5. To make it easier understand our frustration, we are not picky family, obviously not eating steaks on daily basis so this review is for same people as we are.
We booked family room, once arrived we told that we need to wait our room for 5hours. We got room in anex building (far side of the hotel territory). Room was in half basement, balcony facing pool cleaning and filtering system so very noise. Also hire workers used to come in that area for their cigarette break. Room was nasty, smell of mould and actual mould everywhere in shower. Toilet constantly leaking so it feels that you are nearby stream. After asking to replace room we been looked as as idiots and receptionist women was very rude and even Loughton behind our backs. We have room replaced after two days of stay once we had a talk with our travel agent. We got two standard rooms instead, they we much cleaner but in same old building. In on of the rooms air con broke down and we need to as twice to get it fixed.
If you don’t speak Russian or Turkish than you have to repeat what you need several times as no one in hotel speaks english.
On the plus side pool area was always kept nice and tidy.
Food - it repetitive but all in all good, always something to eat for adults and kids, different options for dinner every day. Thumbs up for restaurant manager and all his staff as guys were working tirelessly to ensure no plates or glasses are left on the tables. Salad bar had loads of options au plus for that. Selection of cakes was wide but all taste the same.
Drinks - bear is mixed with water so no taste only colour. Only one drink worth mentioning is rake as it’s only have taste of alcohol. Local whisky, vodka or gin used in bar does not even taste like it should.
Transfers to beach are at fairly convenient times but bus most of the times are overcrowded. Hotel’s beach is not too bad and most of the times fairly tidy.
All in all hotel is not worth your money, pictures in google and tripadvisor are old and not updated to how hotel actually looks like. Hotel location is poor, only upside that there is big bazaar on Saturdays nearby bus station.
Strongly recommend avoid this hotel.
