I arrived with my wife to this hotel early and had to wait for six hours to get the room. The room was 10 m² and had barely accommodated the queen size bed. We literally had no place to move.
This hotel has 20 m² and 10 m² rooms in the same category and are both called "Superior." The front desk personnel are so rude, except for someone called Jalal, who was so helpful. I literally had to fight and call the agent in my home country to get the sall room changed.
The breakfast buffet is so poor. No privacy. We could easily hear what is going inside the next rooms. No car park. We used the hotel for sleeping only. The only thing good about it is its closeness to Trabzon Maydan.

I would highly recommend this place to everyone. The parking is paid in the otopark, other than that it was a 5 star hotel with a basic breakfast.

Amazing hotel ... very clean and near everything ... only thing is there is no parking for the car and you have to stop in paid parking but other than that perfect...

A very adequate hotel for short-term accommodation (for business purposes or 2-day touristic trips). The hotel is located in the city center. I do not recommend it for long-term accommodation.

A really nice hotel. The staff was friendly, the room clean and the breakfast good.

Room is very small for couple (not possible to walk in the room)
The room doesn’t have king size bed, but they pit two single bed together and shows as king bed.
Location is close to meydan.
Parking not provided by hotel.
Overall I not recommended for couple or for long stay.

I will suffice with this. We stayed 7 days at this hotel.
I do not recommend this hotel for anyone. the reception staff were very rude and not professional/educated.
The room was very small, They said that the room is double bed. In fact, it was two single beds next to each other, with 2 single mattresses.
The ground was dirty, and the shower box was broken.
I asked them for an iron, and they brought iron with cut and exposed wires.
The breakfast was the worst. It was a plate of cold food inside. Imagine eating the same bad breakfast every day

I will start with the location.
The hotel is located beside one of the main roads in Trabzon as also it is closed to the center (5 minutes walk).
When I arrived at the hotel, I thought that they will take all the amount from the card for the room, but they told me that they took only a part of it and the rest I have to pay in cash. So I had to find a ATM.
But the reception allowed me to go to the room and leave my stuffs and then go to the ATM.
They also told me that they upgraded my room to a double bed room free of charge, which was really kind.
The room wasn't really big, but it is ideal, even for two persons.
Comfort bed and really clean.
I noticed that they clean the room everyday, as I was receiving new bottles of water and cay, which is really nice touch.
The breakfast was simple, but it is ideal for a quick bite before leaving the hotel.

Great modern hotel in a central location. Excellent rooms, clean and tidy and great helpful staff. Breakfast was nice and fresh. Highly recommended
